This place is amazing. Short answer is, go here for a great experience, food and drinks were amazing and reasonably priced and the interior and décor was amazing!My girlfriend and I love traveling to this area and always look for new places to try. First when you walk in, the décor is incredible, both the large seating room and the smaller area with the bar, the attention to detail is incredible. We came in the night before and met owner Claire who is genuinely so kind and passionate. She saw us arrive for brunch, remembered us from the night before and came over and said hello.The food for brunch was incredible. I attached the pictures but honestly, it was the best brunch we have had in a long time. I can strongly recommend this place and it will be a stop for us every time we are in the area.

From the second I sat foot inside the door I felt like family. They were so accommodating, so friendly to my little dog, found the perfect place for me to sit inside with my dog in the shade, had an amazing tasting with a very very friendly guy who told me all about how their spirits are made. I had three cocktails one was better than the other, and I had a charcuterie plate which was very well done. They have great Wi-Fi, I needed the Wi-Fi because the town apparently has no cell service. All the servers were very friendly and attentive I can’t say enough good things about this place it was just what I needed today.

What delightful treat! My group of friends and I visited on a Sunday afternoon with the intention of getting lunch and doing a tasting. We had a wonderful experience from the tasting lead by Shawn (thank you!) to the lunch we ordered (get the fried chicken sliders) to the cocktails we had made with all of their own spirits (the Negroni was a big hit). All in all we had a fantastic experience and I hope we can return soon.

Nice place to get some good food and cocktails made with local, good tasting spirits. They carry a wide variety of products from their homemade honey to souvenir glassware to t-shirts. They also have a nice tasting room that can be used for private gatherings.

In June 2023 we hosted our Wedding Welcome Party at Catskill Provisions and it was a dream! The entire place was exactly the type of cozy-Catskill vibe we were going for. And the service is really stellar--from the wait staff to the bartenders, everyone is so helpful and upbeat. Last minute we forgot we needed a microphone for speeches and the bartender Cody brought his own for us to use. That should just tell you how amazing this crew is.HUGE shoutout to Claire & Heather who helped us create a custom menu based off some of our favorite foods. They turned out amazing and everyone was raving!! We even got to create custom cocktails with the bartender. They really did go above and beyond to make sure our party was exactly the way we wanted it. We can't wait to go back to visit for years to come!

Wow I'm amazed that you can order a tasteless burger with no taste at all for $24 dollars with lays chips as a side holy sht was this a waste , wings are also disgusting with no sauce taste at a $16 dollar price tag, why did the blue cheese taste like sour cream ?? Is this a joke ? The Cobb salad one piece of lettuce with nothing on it are you serious bill was $78 dollars with tip including one soda, what was good absolutely nothing very serious would not eat the food here astronomical price for food that tastes disgusting my first ever bad review for a restaurant, usually I do go out on the upper east side Manhattan and upstate food chains and never does the food have such a tasteless simple serving absolutely absurd thanks for the lays chips with the horrific burger , I would either fire the cook or have a menu redesign and revision from a professional chef to charge these prices upstate jul 2 2022

Not only do my husband and I treat ourselves to date nights at Catskill Provisions as much as possible, Catskill Provisions was the PERFECT place to bring out of town guests! Claire, Heather and their team are top rate and the food and drink is extraordinary. We've stocked our pantry with their incredible gin and our guests from IL took home whiskey, gin and a full pantry! We can't wait to come back!

One of the hidden gems of the Catskills, the Catskill Provisions Distillery is a delightful combination of fine dining, a female owned distillery, and tasting room. Definitely worth the effort to come by and taste their gin and whiskey, but you might find yourself staying for a while to enjoy the great food and fantastic ambience. They are dog friendly and frequently have live music.

We have had the pleasure of coming here on 3 occasions. Each time offered a unique experience. From dining with friends and family to a casual drink for 2 we have always been welcomed with such hospitality. This starts with our server, Andrea, each time we’ve come she has always had a beaming smile on her face (behind the mask of course). From witty jokes to great commendations Andrea has single handily set the atmosphere apart from the rest. Don’t be fooled this distillery has a lengthy and delicious drink menu; supported by their amazing food options.

I have a lot of food allergies and my usual experience is being served boiled chicken with white rice at most restaurants I go to. This chef went above and beyond making me incredible meal of steak and squash with fresh basil. I think this was arguably the best food I've ever eaten at a restaurant. The steak was cooked to perfection, the squash was so good, I can not put into words how good this food was. Thank you to the chef for getting creative and making me food that was well seasoned and tasted amazing. I'd recommend this restaurant to absolutely anyone.

We visited while they were having a pop-up with a restaurant. What a great space! Super friendly staff, beautiful interior, delicious spirits, a great soundtrack playing, and everyone was attentive to COVID-19 protocols. Love that their product is eco-conscious, too. We'll be back!

Jessie helped us and he was super rad. Super knowledgeable and kind 👍🏻👍🏻 We didn't stay for a good munch n' crunch or a sit n' sip (my words not theirs) but I'm sure everything they have is awesome. Did a little tasting of their spirits and everything is unique and delicious. Highly suggest you stop by 👍🏻

I would rate zero stars if that was an option. We went in on a Saturday afternoon, the place was not busy- only one other customer that a gentleman was waiting on. Upon walking in there was no “hello” or “good afternoon”. The two employees at the front near the cash register were just on their cell phones- the entire time. I wanted to purchase some items but it seemed as though the employees couldn’t be bothered to even ask if we needed help- again on their cell phones. Needless to say we left after five or so minutes extremely disappointed.
