I’ve been taking our vehicles to Denner’s for quite a few years. I’ve never had a complaint. Staff is super friendly and strives to provide top notch service. Prices are fair for today’s market and the mechanics try to get the service done as quickly as possible. They even have made time to drive my vehicle to find the noise I couldn’t describe.

extremely friendly, informative, and well priced. i was in and out quickly and they took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with my belt. kim was also outstanding from the time i set my appointment to actually coming in to the shop. (they have really cute dogs too) i wont be taking my car anywhere but denners!!!

Dennars took care of me when my truck broke down. I was stranded on the side of the road and had it towed to their shop. They diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, installed it, and had me out quick. Incredible shop that I highly recommend!

I thought I had a bad wheel bearing but it turned out I didn't. They could have easily charged me for the replacement but choose to only do the (much less expensive) necessary work. Work was completed while I waited and I drove away happy. Couldn't recommend enough. Get work done here, highly trustworthy.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

I would recommend this shop any day of the week! They were some of the nicest people I’ve ever come across in the mechanic business. Extremely happy with their work! From old vehicles to new they have great knowledge and skills to get the job done! Absolutely recommend! Military or civilian they treat you with the upmost respect and take care of you!

Never have I walked into a shop and immediately felt like family like i have here. I spoke to Michael Denner and explained how my $350 car payments for my 08 Buick Lucerne eith 195k miles were killing me.. He empathized with my situation and offered me a full diagnosis. Within an hour I recieved warning that my shocks, struts, control arms, sway bar links, tie rod ends, pads, rotors, calipers, master cylinder, residential valve, stearing gear, stereo, O2 sensors, and mufflers needed to be replaced. I left my car there 4 hours and Micael had fixed it app up for me. I feel like im driving a brand new car, besides the fact that my transmission is slipping. I'll be back soon to get more of that godlike service from the best family owned business i could hope for. God bless everyone there

Worst Experience Ever - Avoid Denners Garage at All Costs!I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Denners Garage, and I can honestly say it was the worst customer service experience of my life. I wouldn't wish this nightmare on my worst enemy.From the moment I walked in, I could tell something was off. The place looked like it hadn't been cleaned since the 90s, and the employees seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. But it only got worse from there.First, they quoted me an exorbitant price for a simple brake repair on my Jeep. When I questioned the cost, they became incredibly defensive and tried to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary services. It was clear they were just trying to milk me for every penny they could get.But the real kicker was when they finally started working on my car. It took them twice as long as they originally promised, and they didn't even bother to keep me updated on the progress. When I asked for an update, they gave me the runaround and acted like I was inconveniencing them.When they finally finished, my Jeep was in worse shape than when I brought it in. It was making strange noises, and the brakes were still squeaking. It was clear they either didn't know what they were doing or didn't care enough to do the job right.In the end, I had to have my Jeep towed to another shop to fix the mess Denners Garage had made. The new mechanics were shocked at the shoddy workmanship and told me it would have been dangerous to continue driving my car in that condition.To make matters worse, when I tried to discuss a refund with Denners Garage, they were completely uncooperative and refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes. It's clear they have no integrity and are only interested in ripping off unsuspecting customers.In summary, if you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and avoid Denners Garage like the plague. Their terrible customer service, shady business practices, and lack of competence make them a complete and utter disgrace to the automotive industry. Save yourself the headache and go to a reputable shop that actually cares about its customers and their safety. Denners Garage is an absolute disgrace, and I wouldn't wish their incompetence on anyone.

Took the car here right as the coronavirus pandemic kicked off and they were already addressing concerns about health and safety. I felt very comfortable dropping the car off and picking it up. Furthermore, the quality and value of the work was outstanding. Will definitely be using this location in the future!

Had my vehicle dropped off here on a Monday to give them time to have everything finished and looked at while I was unable to pick it up. They told me that it was plenty of time and it would be done the next Tuesday. The next Monday rolls around and called to check up on how it was going and they told me it was scheduled to be started that afternoon. Come in the next day to see that my truck had been left outside with 4,000 wheels and tires and a lift kit still in all the boxes had been left out side in the rain and not locked away. It hadn’t been moved since it was dropped off. Only for them to tell me that I had an appointment for the prior day after I was told it would be finished and all fixed by then. Wasn’t too happy with their service so I took my truck to Mr. Tire in town and that same day it was already in the shop. The next day I was called and told what needed to be done and that everything would be finished and ready for pick up the next day. Will not be returning to Denners for any work that I need. Would much rather take it somewhere where it will actually be worked on with out excuse and attitude.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I went to Denners and received excellent service. It is hard to find an honest and trustworthy mechanic. I was charged less here than I was quoted elsewhere. I would highly recommend this place. It is always nice to support local businesses. I will definitely be coming back again in the future for all my car repair needs.

I called to see if I can install/replace an aftermarket fog light that is installed on my truck. The female representative gave me the next day early morning. Which it was perfect for me. She also reduce the price of labor because it was done in within a good time frame. I will come again if I need anything else done for my truck.

I had a lift kit installed by Steve and his partner just recently but ran in to an issue because the rims I had weren't compatible. Steve is very polite and genuine, and answered every question of mine honestly and with great detail. He does not try and sell you on extra, and sticks to his word on estimates of labor and costs. He truly cared about my personal situation and did everything in his power to help get my family vehicle back to me as quickly and efficiently as he could. He is very knowledgeable, and if you somehow manage to come up with a question he can't answer, he will be honest and helpful with you. I've been to every shop in the area and he is by far the best one for miles. He will be the only mechanic that touches my truck from now on!
