I would like to thank the employee(s) who noticed right away, attempted to get me, held on to the money till I called in a tizzy - very fast acting to catch that and I thank the person(s) who did that, thank you! This Hannaford is the pinnacle grocery store in Greene County. I had polite and kind interactions with the general public here. The workers are friendly, too. Management and loss prevention are very good at what they do.

Excellent shopping!! Some of the items are missed place by other customers; not placed back where they belong. Aisles are extra wide. Produce is fresh. Great experience. How about more sugar free baked goods.

Updating this review, as I have downgraded my original review.I have noticed a disturbing occurrence that products have empty spaces for too long. Stock is not being replenished regularly, and prices are skyrocketing. I believe the merger of two LARGE EU grocers are the cause.Also, a minor renovation meant no more CS desk, appalling at the very least.If another supermarket is having a good sale, I will go there despite the long distance.I will say that prices, compared to other supermarkets, are competitive. However, if products are constantly out of stock, which they are here, it wipes out that savings.

My cashier was super friendly, and transparent. She told me she was new and needed to call for help in order to scan a difficult item. I asked if she had the scan gun, and she did, so no leadership needed. We all need to work to help eachother without expecting anything in return. Her smile and relief was enough for me. Great job Hannaford for hiring a positive, upbeat, happy, honest, and ethical employee, not afraid to be transparent and honest, even if she may look bad to the customer. Honesty and ethics matter! ❤

Nicely laid pit and clean store. Ot was very busy and the choices were great. Well stocked and easy to navigate.We stopped her after a short vacation for lunch not wanting to eat out again.A nice touch was utensils as we went out so we could eat our food on the go.

This is a typical Hannaford store. They have a great meat department along with a good fresh produce department. Groceries, other than sale items, may be priced slightly higher than at other stores - but if you get the weekly circular and plan around the sale items, you can do well. Handicapped accessible parking is available, as are spaces for expectant mothers. Bring your own bags or purchase reusable bags - disposable bags are banned in New York State. Curbside service is provided if you want to order online and have your groceries brought out to your car.

Great assortment of foods and supplies. Excellent meat, seafood and bakery items. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The butchers will cut special cuts on request. Very clean with side aisles. The management is very friendly as well. This store has the Clink bottle deposit return. Clink allows you to bag all your bottles and cans that have deposits on them and simply drop off the bag, where they will scan you deposits and put the returns in your account. If you are like me and go through a lot of drinks with deposits on the containers, this is such a great service I would drive a distance to use it.

Most of the staff is usually pretty friendly. There's a couple of items we wished they carried that they don't but, their bakery items are definitely superior to all of the other area grocery stores! (Specifically their muffins 😋.) Their lotto is almost always "off-line," I'm not sure why because the other lotto stores in the area don't seem to have the same issues. 🤷‍♀️

With my husband, we love coming grocery shopping! We are from the city, and every time before going back home we pass by hannaford to get some chicken, meat and sauces. Prices are really good, great display and everyone is super friendly!

Nice store, clean, friendly staff. Very refreshing to see helpful,polite, respectable young people as I have at this Hannaford Store. It's not a huge store,but they have everything you may need. We stop in on our way upstate. We always find what we need at a reseanable price. They have spacious, clean restrooms which come in handy during a long trip. I would recommend this store.

The staff are not very friendly or helpful. I will never use the hannaford pharmacy again. The pharmacist is rude and was not helpful in answering my questions. I was harassed by the guy that works at the seafood counter and he tried to get me to go out with him. Never again.

Always busy with city people on the weekends. Store is clean and well stocked. Best selection of any store in the immediate area with large selections of fresh, frozen and ethnic foods. Parking lot is a little congested.

Primarily, We use Hannaford for their "Hannaford-To-Go" service. Super convenient when we don't feel like going into the store. We place our order online...choose a good pick-up day and time for us....show up...call them from the car and they bring out my order and put it in the car for you. Out of stock items are a constant pain....but it seems to be a sign of our current times. I would recommend it if you can't get groceries delivered to your door.
