Horrible horrible these workers are so rude. Unprofessional especially the guy with a bunch of hickeys on his neck. Had an attitude when one of our drinks weren’t correct. Then one of our food items were missing and we were waiting for them to come back to the window which they didn’t so we had to knock on it twice. Just rude and have an attitude, deff shouldn’t be working at a place like this

If you are looking for the world’s worst DD congrats, you found the place. This location, no matter how early or late you come is always out of pretty much everything. In addition to this it takes 40 min to get 2 bagels and 2 egg sandwiches. Order placed on the app 11:49am order received 12:28 pm.

Third time I gave them a chance. No more. First time they "forgot" part of my order even though it's on the recipe. Second time they gave me the entire wrong order and today they screwed up my bagel again. It's even printed on the receipt correctly. Someone just decided to use the wrong cream cheese instead. I seriously hope they get better help. I tried contacting the store on each occasion and no one ever answers the phone. I'm out $20+ in food and have to find something else. Unbelievable. Run away from this place.

Usually a good wait for the drive thru. You won't save any time going inside, either. Bring a book.Someone please teach these nice people how to put an adequate amount of cream cheese on a bagel and how to spread it evenly so it isn't just a glob stuck to one half.Other than that, it's a typical Dunkin.

Every time I go to this establishment, there’s always an issue with my order. I’ve tried calling them in the past, and no one ever answers the phone. Today I ordered a medium caramel iced latte and it Taste so burnt that it’s not even drinkable such a disappointment! Again, I tried calling them today and no one answers the phone. I will not be going back!!

The employees are excellent I will say that. But... Every time I go to get a crusade even with it not being toasted, They always taste and look overcooked.If I do get them toasted, they are always burnt. I ordered an item The other day as an ad on to a regular sandwich. They gave me double egg instead, when I went back to ask themnif they could fix my order... I was charged for the cream cheese that I originally asked for ... and it cost me $1.79 .... this has been an on going thing. I love dunkin donuts coffee and my regular breakfast sandwich. That is literally my morning routine. But im done with paying for inconsistent/ bad products.

Waited in line in the drive through for about 10 minutes. Which Is understandable they where busy. Ordered 2 things a chocolate glazed donut dor my son and an everything bagel toasted with veggie cream cheese. I pay they instantly whip out a bag and I thought wow that was fast.... toasted. So I opened it and it was a plain bagel not toasted with a thin line of regular cream cheese. So I waved at them and said I think you have the wrong order. She looked and Said no. I said that isn't toasted and it's not veggie cream cheese. She pointed to a speck of poppie on it and said it is everything..... and then told me i didn't order everything... on my receipt it said everything toasted with veggie. She basically scolded me and handed me the bag back...... I will never go again it was shameful. Just say you made a mistake and fix it don't lie and it's on the receipt. Terrible place.

Ordered 2 coffees through Mobile App and get there 10 minutes later and nothing ready. After 5 minutes of waiting they tell me they have no half n half for coffee so u can have milk. After waiting 10 more minutes for them to get half n half I asked for her to give me a fresh cup and the girl.has the nerve to give me an attitude. I asked for a manager and she advised me not one there until Monday. Wow, with mismanagement like this no wonder the employees are acting that way. It's a free for all! Stay away and go to the Catskill store, at least they have it together.

This place needs proper management to control whatever is going on here. No drinks are ever made correctly, food gets served cold, the elderly lady who does the food is nasty to everyone, there is just 1 nice young girl there. She was doing everything and fixing everyone's mistakes and was not even frustrated...the inside of the store is filthy. If I had the time I'd go to catskill DD instead.

I have been to this dunkin’ for years, and at this point I don’t believe it’s the employees who are at fault, but rather the management. Managers are never there to help, it’s always kids working who have no clue what’s going on, and when the manager is there? unbelievable attitude. Read your reviews. Do better. My kids and I most certainly won’t be returning. Especially after our order was messed up. Again. This place is ridiculous.

Used to be my go to dunkin if in the area but after getting a bacon egg and cheese croissant yesterday here and the bacon was cold and uncooked i think i will be goig somewhere else. Service was acceprable, considering the low quality of service at most dunkin locations, idid not have to wait long and the cashier was cordial. Wish i had opened my sandwich before i had gotten to far awsy to go back.

Strong smell of urine. Made the girl ar the counter aware to tell her manager. Forty minutes later asked for the manager and did not see one. Told another employee that the smell urine was so strong I the dining area. I was asked which bathroom and stated I did not know because I hadn't used either. This should have been taken cate of after my first complaint.

Literally thee worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to close to 100 locations. Employees are nasty,I’ve had two girls make negative comments about my wife and I when we had to go inside from the drive thru because they messed up our order. I can never get a coffee right. I mean it’s not hard to make a reg coffee with cream and sugar . But they do,I almost always end up with a a sugarless coffee .They seem to be out of donuts before noon anymore.

I hate bashing companies or employees but this Dunkin is the worst one I’ve ever been to they constantly ain’t opened on time I show up 10 mins after they are supposed to be open and they never are they run on their own time not the business hours. And the coffee is never made right and the egg sandwiches are never toasted. They run it through the toaster oven for like 5 seconds. The drive through is the worst they consistently tell you to wait to order then when they ask you to order they say can you wait a minute this consistently happens a lot I would say 8/10 time I go there. I know these people don’t make much but if you don’t take pride in anything that you do. You will never succeed in life. I used to work at a pizza place when I was younger and you have to take pride in what you do cause it reflects on everyone else and in the end you make more tips. People notice good service.

There’s a lot to say about this particular Dunkin’, and I don’t know where to start. Mobile ordering isn’t convenient when you never know if the lobby is going to be closed or not. And if the lobby happens to be open and you placed a mobile order the chances of you getting your stuff before a walk in does is slim to none. The staff tends to not notice if you’ve been standing around for awhile and won’t ask what you’re waiting for. I’ve watched an older woman who was making food flip out and hit the mobile ordering receipt machine with tongs over and over while cursing, causing a scene and making people who were waiting for already paid for orders to leave. The last time I went my husband and I went through the drive through so I could order one coffee, I always start my order with “could I please have,” and end it with “thank you.” After I ordered there was a long period of silence, I was sure there was a new employee taking the order so I was patient and assumed she was trying to figure out how to use the POS screen to put my order in. Instead I heard another voice begin speaking, not to me but to the person taking the order, assuming she was trying to help, and then I heard “they’re being rude,” which was not the case. So we left. I’ve been patient over the years knowing understaffing is an issue everywhere, but now I’m beginning to think it’s not an understaffing issue as much as there is a staff issue. I really wish someone higher in corporate would check this place out, I’ve never had an issue with any of the other locations local to where I live, but Cairo Dunkin’ has many.

I ordered ahead from home to pick up inside . The doors LOCKED! I have sat In line for 20 min now ! Finally after paying a head waiting 20 min the speaker did not work ! Than I was greeted with no sympathy and a huge attitude. I will never come to this Dunkin again .

Consistently have gotten orders wrong for the past year. Recently, the past 3 times I’ve came here on a Saturday I ended waiting 20+ minutes just for a coffee. This is insane. Nobody who’s buying a coffee has time to sit and wait 20 minutes in the worlds tiniest drive they/parking lot.

Go here often and seems to always be an issue. Staff is slow and out of alot of products often. Don't bother ordering ahead on the app , never know when the inside will be locked so have to wait in line anyway. I understand sometimes having not enough staff but seems problems here are more then that.

Went thru the drive thru waited at least 20min for someone to answer to take our order. Had to drive around twice for someone to notice.. Should have driven off however had a very persistent tiny human who needed his donut fix. After ordering waited 15 more minutes for them to put together order which was 2 donuts, a large ice latte supposed to be light and sweet but it wasn't, one cold brew medium, a small ice tea, a small coolatta and a bagel which they completely forgot about and we had to wait another 20mins at the window waiting for it while the guys at the window and the other women working discussed taking breaks, amongst some other stuff.
