The Petal Pusher in Burnt Hills is so talented! Kathy is so kind and creative, it is the only florist I will use now for personal arrangements and gifts. Kathy did an incredible job on our wedding flowers- no detail was overlooked. She captured the vibe I was going for and took it to the next level. They were so beautiful!!!! Since then, every arrangement my husband has gotten from the Petal Pusher has been unique and different. We cannot recommend Kathy’s talents enough!

Kathy is the best! She did my wedding reception flowers, my best friends wedding flowers. She's also done birthday bouquets for me that are absolutely gorgeous. She's the absolute best, hardest working florist in the Burnt Hills and surrounding areas.

Don’t give this place business. My friend called and ordered a bouquet for me because my grandmother had just passed. I live only about a mile away from the florist, so she figured it’d be an easy delivery. The day they were suppose to be delivered they weren’t. The day after I got a call from a random number. They started to leave a voicemail and I heard it was the florist so I picked up. The woman rudely said she had been trying to get a hold of me, as if I was inconveniencing her. I said sorry but the flowers are a grievance gift and I had been dealing with planning the funeral arrangements. The woman’s response to this was, she did not care what I’m dealing with and it’s not her problem. I’ve never been so disgusted by someone’s complete lack of respect and sympathy.

I ordered sympathy flowers for my friend asking that they be delivered the following day. I was told they would be delivered the next day and if they couldn’t be, they would leave a hang tag. That day came and went and no flowers. They called my friend today asking if she was home and she said she was and had been all day today but yesterday she was planning her grans funeral, the florist to her they don’t care what she has going on. Don’t order from here. They have bad customer service and are inconsiderate.

Thank you Petal Pushers. We were unfortunately gathered here for a funeral,but the flowers we receiced were fresh and beautiful. Staff treated us with the upmost kindness and concern at this difficult time. My sister especially loved Irises and they were beautiful throughout the arrangement.

I called from out-of-state to order a floral arrangement and could not be more pleased with the service. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and really delivered. My daughter just called to tell me how thrilled is with the arrangement - it’s not only the nicest she has ever received but captured her personality as well. I will absolutely call Petal Pusher the next time I need flowers!

Wish I could give no stars. Horrible service and flowers were dead and falling off her wristlet before pictures for my daughters prom. Waste of 27.00 ! Don’t go here she was horrible 30 years ago for my wedding and is still horrible.
