We made a stop at Finger Lakes Distilling during a wine tour with a group of 10. This distillery has a good selection of whiskey, Rye whiskey, vodka, liquors and more! During my visit I tried a flight consisting of one of each of the aforementioned types. The atmosphere at the distillery is warm and inviting, and the side gives you a pretty good view of some still equipment. I would recommend this Distillery if you are on a tour and looking for a stop that will change things up a bit!

Visited after a snow... Even though they delayed opening for weather, the nice young woman Natalie and McKenzie (I hope I remember then correctly) opened earlu for my group.We had several flights and a few bottles purchased. The young women were versed in bourbon and rye, which was a pleasant change of pace.And no fault of theirs, but the house bloody Mary needs work on the mix and add olives and celery...Ended up leaving with several bottles... Great visit!

The best distillery so far in the finger lakes if you are a Bourbon, Whiskey, or Scotch drinker. The scenery and location rival some of the nicer wineries on the lake. The staff was great. Natalie was so glad to make us an Old Fashion, even though it was not on the menu. We were impressed with how much she knew about all the different whiskies they offered. We were so impressed, we went back a second day. Doug was very knowledgeable about the entire distilling process and more than glad to share his experience with us. They had so many options from Bourbon and Irish to Scotch like whiskeys. We will definitely visit in the future, even if we have to go out of our way to do so. Natalie and Doug, thank you again for such a great experience.

We stopped at Finger Lakes Distilling as we have been coming to the area annually for a while and keep driving past it (in favor of wineries / breweries). The building itself is nice with a view over the distilling area. There is a patio as well. We each tried a specialty cocktail, but we didn't love either of them. Maybe we should have stuck with a flight or a basic Gin / Vodka Tonic. We will be back to give it another shot as the location is nice.

This business has a great view and a beautiful building. The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. We got to try a few options for a fair price, but I did feel pressured to buy a bottle. Ultimately, I bought some of their cheaper vodka. It's delicious, I just didn't like feeling that pressure from staff.

Really cute rustic place to have drinks and sample other beverages. The staff is very friendly and really add to the overall experience. It's a good spot for a nice, casual date.

Thank you, Tom for making this the best distillery experience! Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the distilling process. My Fiancé and I bought the Tier One membership so we can come back and taste again, this experience went beyond our expectations ☺️

Finger Lakes Distilling was one of the best tasting experiences I’ve had. The tastings were delicious and the staff kind and informative. Tom specially hosted our group so well answering all our questions, making us laugh and asking great questions of us to help us figure out what we would like. 10/10 recommend. We will be back. Also if you are looking for a place to start - try their Gin. Amazing!

This place is great! The drinks are delicious and the food is phenomenal. One of the best sliders I’ve ever had. One of the few places in the area where you can watch a game with the view of the lake. Staff are very attentive. My only very small critique, would be to add the option to be able to listen to the game on the back porch but everything else was perfect.

This is a cool place to stop and enjoy some tastings. We were looking for spirits and the straight bourbon was very good. We ended up buying a couple bottles.

Best Distillery in the Finger Lakes - Hands Down. Great selection of bourbons, whiskies, and much more. Great gift shop area too. Great snacks to go along with your cocktails. I know this is my 2nd review in 5 months for this awesome place, but, I can't seem to brag enough about the Finger Lakes Distillery. One of my favorite drinks there is the Berry Metro. Natalie, the most outstanding, fun, and coollest bartender there, got me hooked on the Berry Metro. There is a great selection of cocktails they make here. The staff is truly the ultimate best. Natalie, McKenzie, and Dan, are so much fun, have great stories and they treat us like good friends or family and they make us feel so welcome. My husband wanted to go here to celebrate his birthday and so we went and had the best time with the staff there. They were so kind and made it fun for both of us. If you haven't gone here yet, please get there soon. You will be so very happy that you did. You won't leave empty handed. FLD - You are all Rock Stars in our book. This is great mix of gift shop and tasting bar. You can see some of their operation through the window and their flight selections are great! There are beautiful views of Seneca lake from their outside patio.

A great place to visit. We had a lot of fun with the taste ‘ flights’. The samples were varied. I had a charcuterie board that was absolutely delicious. This is a great place for a group of friends.

Very underwhelming. The building is beautiful. The view is fantastic. If the staff is knowledgeable, they sure didn't show it. Our drinks were very good, but that was it. We learned more about this place from our server at a different winery, later in the day. The host sat us but had no personality. Our server was not rude, in any way, but also did not offer any information. From what we experienced, the staff was simply going through the motions.Edited to add, the establishment was not busy at this time. There were plenty of empty seats at the bar, and tables. Some staff members were congregating at/behind the bar. The staff at the register appeared to not have anything to do.Thanks for the quick response. Maybe we'll try again next visit.

Great spot for a cocktail and some of the best craft whiskey around. I almost don’t want to call it craft given how good the whiskey is (and given that most craft whiskey is, well… not good). The staff was attentive and very knowledgeable. Very enjoyable experience.

Came for a tasting with a few girlfriends and had a great time. We made a reservation for the covered patio. We had the space to ourselves and the rep that did our tasting (Doug) was wonderful. He had great stories and fun facts that he sprinkled throughout the tasting. I surprisingly really liked the soju. I would also recommend sampling the grape brandy. It is unlike anything I have ever had. The bourbon whiskey was nice as well. I bought some of the cassis for making kirs with the white wine I plan to purchase from one of the wineries in the area. The view of the lake from the patio is so beautiful. If you are in the area, I recommend making this a stop.

Pleasant staff and attentive.Came for the pear brandy left with cherry liqueur. We tried four brandys and it was like drinking moonshine. The staff informed us they are distilled like European brandy. Good to know!We enjoyed dill cheese curds and the sweet liqueurs. Our two picks were raspberry and cherry. Since we already have raspberry at home we got a bottle of cherry to go!We were told to try it with ice cream. Can’t wait!

This place was nice to visit, but it missed the mark. The atmosphere is cool, the spirits were tasty but service could have been better. We did a cocktail drink and a tasting and the guy behind the bar seemed more concerned about drying glasses than customers. Another young man, who was busy seating people, got us drinks and chatted a bit. There are lots of things that could have been improved. Customers (not glassware) should be priority. While doing a tasting, I would like to know more about what I'm trying. All I received was a paper telling me what the spirit is. How about a little background and specifics? While I enjoyed the spirits, it would be nice to be able to taste/buy some limited release top notch spirits. All that was available was their run off the mill stuff. Hope they continue to improve and grow!

I’ve been here a few times now. I’ve enjoyed their whiskey flights and had an excellent gin and tonic. But this last week we stopped by for a couple of bloody Mary’s and was a little disappointed. The server filled a rocks glass full with ice then poured a premixed Bloody Mary into the glass. I’m assuming the vodka was already in the mix. If I’m paying for a full price cocktail I expect at least 1 1/2 ounces of spirits. Any other bar will add ice, spirits then the mixer.
