This is my third visit to this store and my last. I tried to give the owner the benefit of the doubt. Thinking maybe the first two times she was having a bad day but by the third visit, it was obvious she couldn’t be bothered to assist or help.

Not much here for the western rider. And unless you’re a highfalutin English rider (🤣) don’t expect the owner to be friendly. Two stars because the prices are fair.

Everything a rider needs under one roof. Great selections, knowledgeable staff and better than average prices. Also offer consignments. Picked up an amazing saddle that has never been used for an equally amazing price. I have been here twice so far and looking forward to my third trip.

Love this tack shop, my favorite place to go! Always have a good selection and they will order whatever they don’t have in stock. Good prices and they run lots of sales so I can stop in and purchase what I need at discount. Great consignment shop too, I have purchased many gently used blankets and sheets for my horse. Would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for horse gear and supplies.

Two floors of everything you need for you and your horses! Experienced horse people own & work there, so you'll get a professional answer or recommendation! They carry all the best quality items at a great price. I love their consignment area.... Now it's the whole upper floor!Classy place. Worth the trip from anywhere.

Great tack shop, I have consigned a saddle there and they have been very accommodating. Not too many of these shops left, everything being on line. It's nice to actually be able to shop for things that you want to feel, touch. Especially things for your horse.

I've been going here since they were in bloomingburg, more now then ever as I've started riding again (almost 10 years riding total) and I haven't been happy since they moved. I've never been asked if I needed help even standing in front of someone looking for my size etc and still not asked! I've asked for help as well and basically got ignored. I took a few friends there a few different times and all those times they commented on how the service was not very helpful. i was walking around today looking for another pair of riding pants and saw that 85%-90% of them were $100+! I will not be going back and shopping elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. This is no Whinnies and Knickers who would custom order Halloween horses or any model My heart desired. When asked about sales horses on the shelves they refused to sell me one. The worst experience was when a good friend of mine purchased a new model from there for me as a present. Unfortunately he was a duplicate, so I went to return him. I was accused of swapping tags and not purchasing this model from the store. I was treated like s thief, and not allowed to exchange him for a model i did not have or even given a store credit. As a member of law enforcement I waa highly embarrassed and mortified!!why have models out and refuse to sell them? Why refuse a return which clearly has your sales label on him? Why was i given a total attitude when inquiring about ordering a special edition??? Staff are snotty, unprofessional and lazy. They do not even try to order decent models or slecial models from Breyer. Whinnies and Knickers in Newburgh could always order special models. Wth??? Rude, incompetent and unpleasant to deal with. Do not want to issue returns, and will snicker and talk about customers within earshot. Not professional!!!!!will never shop there again, unless they change and make things right. For a $50 gift i sold on ebay taking a loss. A gift certificate to ur store for the foiled again model i lost could rectify the situation. Otgerwise, i will advise friends not to shop with you, and will report u to Breyer and the BBB for not honoring your own return policy.In the meantime, does anyone know where whinnies and knickers relocated???? Loved them!Be careful when shopping at this store, not honorable people at all!!!! Thank you!!!

Friendly , warm and open with a heart for horses, and owners even when they are adopted and not worthy money they still give you the same time and respect as show horses. what a nice place to find .
