I walked into the store as usual no greeting. I took an item to the photo department because I thought that’s where returns went. While waiting, a manager continuously walked by as if I didn’t exist. As I continued to wait an employee came in to start her shift. She clocked in and came out and asked had anyone helped me yet. I told her no and that I had been standing there for 10 minutes with not even a “Someone will be right with you.” That’s when she informed me that unfortunately I would have to get in the long line for returns. She immediately apologized for the manager and told me she would get on her register to get the line to move faster. I went back to see what this beautiful woman’s name was so I could include her by name in my review. Her is Carla always helpful, polite, smiling, pleasant, and very approachable. Manager not so much!!!!

I had a bad customer service experience with a store worker. Moira and Gary took the time to hear about the experience and rectify the issue. Besides this experience, I like shopping at this store whenever I visit the Buffalo area. Great deals, service and location. Thanks again Gary for your assistance!

Why doesn't this location have security anymore?? I swear every time I come in here someone is walking out with a bunch of free stuff setting off the alarms. And this evening I walked in right as some guy was running out setting off the alarm. Then while cashing out another guy comes in who apparently just walked out with a case of beer according to the cashier, he came back to grab his bookbag that he left, and threatening the cashier who wanted him to grab another case of beer to ring up. How much more do not only your employees have to suffer but your customers too???? Do better, HIRE SECURITY

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to, yet there are no alternatives in downtown Buffalo. If there is a line of more than 2 people, prepare to wait at least 10 minutes. When there's more than 4 people I turn around and attempt to come back later.For the customers that take a long time - you put them to the side and have someone else handle them. Keep the line moving - when someone picks up a script, it should not take more than 1 minute, assuming the customer has checked to make sure it's ready in advance....But don't call them, it will take over 30 minutes for them to pick up the phone - do it online.For the more difficult customers, you should penalize them by having them wait to get their concerns addressed in detail, not the regular customers.I used to live in downtown Chicago. There would sometimes be lines of more than 10 people after the 5pm rush hour. Would take 15 minutes tops, they understand how to keep a line moving. How is this not standardized across all Walgreens? This isn't a mom & pop shop.

Waited for someone to help me in the deodorant aisle, pressed the button and everything. No one came so I can grab what I needed, the button went off for 15 minutes and still no one helped even when there were no customers.

There needs to be more help at the desk of the pharmacy. I've been put on hold for 30 minutes nobody coming back and saying sorry for keeping you on hold. Then I called back and spoke to someone not at this pharmacy and was told I was being connected directly to the pharmacy and ended up being hung up on. Some of the staff have attitudes. Also, I have called about the same thing and I get different answers. When getting a vaccine, even after I fill everything out online, it still takes about 15 minutes to get the paperwork done. That's not counting the amount of time I have already stood in line for. Its an average of 25 minutes waiting in line. I have been a customer for many years and I am seriously considering going somewhere else.

If I can do less I promise I would. After leaving multiple messages my scripts were ready I go, after calling to confirm, that there’s nothing in the system for me. The short version. Left more details with corporate and will also be in touch with the Better Business Bureau.

This location does not accept BCBS insurance., but they applied a goodRX coupon for my sons medicine, only went to this location because it was open late. Thank you for the help, but it would be nice to know the reason for not accepting our insurance at just this location?

Don’t expect your medications to be ready in a timely manor. I come here because of the location and that’s it! Staff are lazy and unprofessional , the place is dirty, people loitering around as you walk in. Look at how many 1 star reviews there are. Let this be your sign to go to a different pharmacy.

Absolutely the worst experience! There was a large black lady laying on the countertop playing on her phone complaining about having to work on Juneteenth and how she was going to refuse to work on Independence Day because she didn't feel it was fair Walgreens made her work on a holiday that has only existed for two years. If she wanted it off, she could have requested it instead of whining and complaining to other staff in front of customers. Definitely won't go to that location again. There's doesn't seem to be any management around to manage the staff.

Horrible experience! I use Walgreens local to me, I do not live in Buffalo. This store was used out of convenience for my daughter who is forming at a local college. I called to verify availability and pick up with applicable insurance applied. Over the phone I was told all the medications will be ready, available and insurance is applied without issue. They gave me a ready time, I told my daughter to go two hours past that ready time to insure it would be ready. My daughter gets there (for the second day because they day before there was ann issue) and there is issue with insurance and prescription. I called while she was there, in disbelief because of the contradiction of information. I was told be the Pharmacist or Tech that it’s unfortunate and that the call center representatives “suck”! We changed to this pharmacy for convenience due to the relationship with our mail order pharmacy program. Regretful of the change while in Buffalo.

The service at this store is horrifying, if you could even call simply checking out service. Unbelievably, the last 2 times I've been there the exact same cash register malfunctioned, and it was the only register open. They had to send me to the cosmetics counter to check out. And there was already a line a mile long before this even happened. People were not pleased to say the least. And it is always like this. And it's not even a busy store. Almost every customer checking out encounters some kind of problem. I find it unbelievable that considering how bad the problem is they don't do something about it.

I just waited an hour and 15 Mins to pick up the PHONE. Pharmacy is so badly understaffed. I feel bad for them.But they need to hire people, so that's not my fault. But I could have walked there to ask why my scripts are ready in less time.Always a long line and sometimes they shut down the drive thru... which is annoying.Managers get your people some help.

So glad the pharmacy is open 24 hours! The store is clean and bright. The pharmacy staff are very nice and had the script ready quickly. So glad I was able to get a prescription filled after 8 on a Saturday.

This store is probably the most unreliable store of its kind I've ever encountered. At least half a dozen times in four months it's been inexplicably closed for no apparent reason. That's apart from it's falsely advertising itself as a 24 hr. store. Very bad.

This pharmacy is horrible they have nasty attitudes, don’t provide correct information, they have people there that don’t understand or can speak proper English which is important when your dealing with medicine and prescriptions I would rate them a 0 if I could they never have anything right or take the time to atleast check that they are doing there job correctly

No one here knows what there doing I'd recommend going to another pharmacy they told me my scripts were delayed, I went to another pharmacy and they were ready right away. Not to mention every time I go theres an extremely long wait and the people that work there are very unpleasant. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere eles

I went to Walgreens Delaware/North on Labor day. I needed a refill! Because the Walgreens I would ho to was closed due to Labor Day. I called the Delaware store and the lady said my medicine would be ready in 90 minutes. No problem! I'll go in 90 minutes. Pills wasn't ready. I ended up waiting and addition hour in the store. Plus! The pharmacist screwed up my prescription. First! They didn't have alot of (Halfin so she gave me what she had and changed me. Which nost times wouldn't have been done. Walgreens would've given me the pills and pay for the rest when I pick up the reminding amount.I have so much to say and very little to say it in certain platformsAll I can tell you is to research drug stores like Walgreens, or Wegmans. Make sure you're not getting scammed by the store.

I visited on a late night while I was at a nearby hospital for a family member. Their open hours were very helpful in my situation. Their selection of items was good even if they didn't have what I exactly wanted there were alternatives. I had no issues with the cashier myself. Overall a positive experience.

Came through the drive threw to grab some meds after being discharged from the hospital at around 1am, waited for about two min for the lady to be finished with stocking the orders too it’s appropriate bins.. once she was finished she completely turned away like she didn’t notice us at the window. So I left my daughter who just had surgery this evening in the car to go pick up the meds from inside. I asked her why she didn’t answer us at the window... she says “because you didn’t ring the call button”😒The humanity

Stopped in to grab a few things from the cosmetic dept. I'm glad I did because the service and assistance I received from Tink was top notch! Better than any service I've received at Sephora or Ulta. She was personable, friendly, and willing to help me find deals and sales. I will def be back just to see her! Thanks again Tink :)

Large shop with masses of choice. Selling usual pharmaceuticals, also has pick up for prescriptions and medications. Stocked anything/everything - sun creams, skin care, clothes, food .... Main check out service is slow, so queue slow.

This Walgreens is very unappreciated the workers work so hard and do so much to go out of their way to try and help and make you satisfied you might see the negative reviews but there is so much good at the store they are friendly helpful and all around amazing.

Pleasant store, well stocked and clean, worth nice and efficient employees. Also had a Redbox kiosk out front because DVDs still exist or something? Was a nice stop for snacks.

Stocking carts in the middle of the floor i had to push out of the way. They said they were giving 40% discount to veterans this 4th of July. Upon arriving the manager said no and i paid full price. The only thing keeping this above one star is good item selection and 24 hours a day. Don't tell your customers disinformation and if you're not a participating location put signs up saying you're not so i don't waste a 20 minute drive.
