It’s a 4 only because I love the store. But when I called to have something put on hold for me Chris answered and was VERY RUDE! I will not cash out with him. He’s not only rude on the phone but also in the store. I try to come in when he’s not there! Just rude if you aren’t a pleasant person you shouldn’t work in retail.

Bren waiting for 40 minutes for my vaccine shot appointment. Still waiting. This company is an abomination - doesn't pay a living a wage, treats people poorly and as a resultso it can't get employees to provide the services they offer. These companies put profit over people everytime.

Terrible service. They don’t answer the phone. Called 3 days in a row - the last day waited on hold for 20 minutes. Would not recommend this service unless you plan on going to the pharmacy physically to get any questions answered.

The cashiers are great, the store just needs to do something about there never being any parking spots left despite there being only 5 or 6 people in the store. It’s a big parking lot and everyone who parks there goes to other stores on hertel. The cat food, refrigeratied section and frozen section is always empty. It feels like they never have what i need.

Walgreens would not allow me to take a walk through covid test in the pharmacy drive through because it is "hazardous for cars" and "company policy" despite the fact that there were no cars in the drive through at the time I was there, and every other drive through pharmacy in Buffalo allows it (it takes maximum 30 seconds to take a nasal swab) and I had a confirmed appointment. They offered no alternatives for me considering my situation and told me better luck next time, as if we are living in the year 1972. Staff also very rude.

They seemed overworked but wow do these people compose themselves when talking to a customer. I know they handle difficult situations and I am talking about the pharmacy when I rave about this Walgreens. That pharmacy has fulfilled my requests whenever I ask them to and they have been patient with me when I couldn't get my prescription filled due to communication issues with my doctor.The rest of the store is clean and organized and the associates are helpful.

The staff at this location is always friendly and helpful.However, in the last two days when I've needed to go to the store, the parking lot has been almost full, while there are very few customers in the store. Today I observed people parking in the lot and then walking directly across the street to one of the restaurants in the area, regardless of the fact that there are signs posted in the lot saying that parking is for Walgreens customers only.Management should enforce the parking restrictions here. The lot already feels too tight, to the point where it's difficult to get in and out sometimes, especially for those who don't drive compact sedans. Customers should not have to park on back streets and walk to the store just because people in Buffalo don't want to follow the parking regulations. A lot of elderly people have to go to the pharmacy to get their meds and they should be able to park in the lot.

Been here maybe 5 times in the past 6 months or so, and 4 of the times there has been a panhandler outside the establishment asking for money. Different people too, and one is aggressive. Not walgreens fault but should be noted for this location, as i will be avoiding this location after being borderline harassed by this latest one!

Well for a Walgreens im very disappointed, had high hopes. Not much selections, its very condensed not much room to maneuver, prices are NOT all family or income friendly very high prices lastly customer service was wired, not sure if it was because the color of my skin or what, but me and my family were being watched and stared at...Outside was disgusting full of litter. Needs work if my family and I to return.

This store is always clean, organized and stocked. The staff are friendly and helpful (but it should be that way, right?) In my opinion, those things don't earn you five stars -- exceptional experiences created by exceptional people do. I am at this store AT LEAST once a week and Lorraine, one of the stores associates, is always in there. I can't rave enough about this women. She goes above and beyond what is required. She greets each customer with a welcome and a smile. She is knowledgable, helpful and kind ( I think she knows every product in the store and its location, seriously!!). Her thoughtfulness and sincere care for others is BEYOND measure. She TRULY is an asset to this store and corporation.

Never any parking when I get off work. Someone has to do something about people parking in the lot and not going into the store. Half thinking about switching my pharmacy due to the parking concerns.

Employees were incredibly rude, the premises were covered in garbage, and somebody (I don't know who) called a tow company to tow me while I was shopping at Walgreens. I will be calling customer support to remedy the situation immediately, but until they have returned my car to me, I can only give this location one star due to the disrespectful treatment (other than by the Cashier, she was the loveliest human around.)Update: The owner/manager is not around to take my call, because this Walgreens closes at midnight when there is tons of local business. That just sounds like bad business to me. Also, they apparently don't even have my friends favorite type of milk shake, so they don't even stock the products people who live right next door need. Seriously, who is managing this store? Sounds like they need a secret shopper to stop by sometime.P.S. The customer service line also doesn't accept calls before 7am, so I'm sitting here in the freezing buffalo cold waiting for a diner to open so my hands will stop freezing.

Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I'm a bit displeased right now with them. I understand that everybody wants to be safe right now, but not all people can wear a mask for different reasons. So my daughter went in there and they insisted she cover her face with her shirt. She has brain injuries, and didn't even know her self that this would happen, her brain is now hurting her for the past 2 hours. So please be aware that if you have anything wrong with your brain, even for a short period of time, you may not want to cover your air passages. You can always go somewhere else and spend your money. I know I will be.

arrived at 11:55 at night to proceed to buy some necessities for my grandparents, who are in bed, I proceed to buy and at that moment the store manager tells me that I have to leave the store because they are going to close, I tell her that I still need to take some items and she in a hostile way takes me out of the store with only what I had in the shopping cart.

I LOVE this Walgreens!! For 10+ years, they have taken care of my many prescriptions and other health care needs. They always do it with a smile and compassion, above and beyond. Why would anyone go anywhere else..

I love Walgreens on Hertel. The staff is friendly. The store is clean and organized. I have never had an issue with a purchase or return. Walgreens is my go to neighborhood store.
