Listen!!!! Ms.BW! Absolutely is a great manager! I won't get into detail because she knows how great she is. People when I tell you just go there so you can see how awesome she is!!!!!! And her employees, the two that I experienced this time, absolutely great!!!!! Im goin to start going there in the future (not even to shop ) just to speak to her and keep letting her know what a great job she is doing! Period!!!!

Not my neighborhood, but decided to shop there and check out the memorial. It was an extremely bright and clean Tops and was orderly considering how busy it was.

I've been coming here for years every year it gets worse and worse, they're putting thawed out food back in the freezer to be refreezed. Bought a apple pie it was thawed out previously and I put it back in the freezer, cooking it was terrible.Customer service sucks buy item at One Price displayed, then when you get to the register it rings up a different amount higher, explain to them but the item displayed read, more or less tell you it is what it is go to customer service, really I'll never shop there again.,Consumer beware , location Jefferson Ave, Buffalo NY2/12/24Bought fish perch look good but when you cooked it, it was spoiled terrible but two packages. Both of them were over $18 had to throw it in the garbage. Literally throwing money in the garbage that was terrible. Yeah, I got to do better.

I'm disappointed and will not order a bulk fried chicken of 80 PCs again. This is the 2nd time within 3 months that my church or 80pcs and more for the expensive price they charge and the chicken looks like it was either doubled fried or fried a long time in old grease. Pieces dried or looked old. We used to order from here all the time for church events but I guess you got a new cook that doesn't know how to cook chicken. No More!

Honestly I wish I could give this Tops review 0 stars. I live in Elma/East Aurora, I shop at this location because it’s closer to where I work at in the city. You’d think after the tragic event that took place here the store would have improved tremendously, that is not the case here at all. It says the store opens at 7am but the store is never prepared to be open that early, No one is ever at the deli, the deli display is never fully stocked for early morning customers-the precooked cold prepared foods are rarely available . It’s the same issue with produce, as you’re walking in the store employees are in the direct walk way at the entrance and customers can’t get to anything because they’re stocking produce that should’ve been done the night before. If you are able to get to anything and would like to move forward with a grocery purchase you won’t be too successful at that part-there are never any cash registers open or any cashiers available. Which ever employee is in the vicinity at the moment will proudly inform that “there are no registers open because we just opened at 7am”. -Self checkout isn’t available until about 7:30am. Either district management needs to step in and get this store location together or they should just open later in the morning when they’re better staffed and completely prepared to open. They should not be “opening” at 7am while they’re unavailable to assist customers or provide any customer service.

I don't come to this location very much, but I can tell it has come a long way. This store is on the smaller side compared to the other Tops locations. Depending on the time of day, you can find yourself shoulder to shoulder with other customers. It's especially crowded on the busy days around the cash register area. As much traffic this location gets, they still keep the place very clean.

I don't normally come to this location unless I am in the area but when I do, it is always decent and fairly clean. The staff are pretty cool and everything is easy to find. People love to come for their fried chicken so definitely get there as soon as you can or else there may be a line. This is the case especially on Friday. Overall, a pretty decent Tops if you are around the area and need to stop in for a few things!!

Helpful employees. Never had an issue at this Tops location. Much smaller than most locations in the area. Not overcrowded. Prices are high but it’s like that at all Tops locations. Unfortunately, there are no other large supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

We like this Tops. It's always well stocked and clean. The only complaint is that we wish they had more cashiers on duty, seems like there are only 2 to 3 lanes open at any one time.

When we first walked into the store we were greeted by the Red Cross people with the Bell very friendly as well as the security guard who was also very friendly had a smile on their face. My sister in law is the best we were grabbing Thanksgiving dinner sides the store was very organized and clean. He will be going there again that's for sure

Employees are rude and ignorant.. Not all but most.. Bathrooms are ALWAYS filthy. Has a habit of having poorly stocked shelves.. Lines are always long while managers sit and chat with other non working employees. If you need help you'll be better of asking another customer instead of an employee.

I shop here everyday and I have bought plenty of rotten food from there. Their avacados are ALWAYS rotting out i have no clue how they have the audacity to sell those. There potatoes are usually rotting out too. Ive bought rotten breads from there and cheese. I think it's time for someone in management to step their game up or soon health department will have something to do with this. They never have lanes open its always a long line. Workers will be closing their lane to check out when they see the other lanes are backed up like crazy. I've never been a manager but i could do it better then anybody who is running this department now sadly. The workers are pretty friendly but that's about all this tops has going for them. Worst tops experience i ever had. And i still shop here everyday because i don't really have a choice

Gotta be 1 of the top slowest Tops in the nation, Unreal. The hot food department is pretty good I must say. They (Cust service, cashiers, managers gotta do better, new Top managerial help is definitely needed there. & corporate, tell em to smile more, even if it's a fake 1. Sad.

I like because the manager at tops had help me with the atm . because I had lose my $20 he was teaching me how to call to get the money back. And he also gave me gift card. That was so nice of him. Thank you

Every Sunday after 7:45 morning worship Marilyn and I always have a little shopping to do, but once we get to Tops Market on Jefferson Avenue go in and see it's only two cash registers open with fifteen other customers shopping. There's always only two cash registers open with a very long line of others waiting to check out. It takes one hour for my waiting in line. This is a terrible thing for me or any customers to wait one hour or two before getting checked out.

It's a Tops close to me. I have had my wallet stolen from me in this Tops.Tops cameras suck, very pixelated couldnt hardly make myself out which is crazy. Police never showed after waiting on them for 2 1/2 hrs. Called 911 again she said there were no squad cars available but literally saw one at the light waiting for it to turn and kept driving. Had to go to police station next day to file report. Horrible experience

Tops Supermarket located at 1275 Jefferson Ave 14208 specializes in frying chicken and only carrying things that the basic corner store carries management is above average but employees are the disgruntled there's an issue every day and more arguments than a Corner Bar........If you appreciate my review please like and share with others

I love the new renovations that have occurred at the TOPS Markets Jefferson Avenue location; from the newly tiled walls and floors of the clean, remodeled customer rest rooms; to the self-serve registers for those who find this option more convenient. Also, the food is fresh, the variety of choices is great, and the free fresh fruit for kids is a nutritious plus for making the shopping experience with children more enjoyable, by offering healthy choices, and less stress for parents from fidgity kids! Additionally, (and most importantly), the service offered by employees is warm, inviting and helpful. Kudos for the positive improvements at TOPS MARKET ON JEFFERSON AVENUE!

Well the last time it was a 1 only because I had to give it a star. I complained and it is improvingI just wish they would invest in cleaner shopping carts and a better vegan selection and fruit. Mirror the maple road products city folks like to eat healthy also.editing my review as of 3 17 19 they are redoing the store. The produce section has improved and the are adding more specialty item. I am told they are doing a section at a time. I also spoke to one of the new managers I think his name is Chris super friendly even chatted with me a few minutes so I am giving 3 stars now. I hope it will become a 5 Star tops.Update it now goes to one star. I really don't understand but let's start with the produce. It's summer height of the fresh fruit season. A few bruised necterines placed high on display and not worth the reach, same for the plums. strawberries are usually showing signs of fuzz. I fail to understand how the tops on Maple road can look amazing but Jefferson location.IDK different farmers? There is few healthy options I am told and I quote "people in the area prefer more frozen processed foods" Not sure who they asked. But let's move on I feel like I am annoying some of the cashier's. is my purchase bothering you ,I was literally asked don't you want to go to self serve.Noooooo if I wanted to I would.I always say Everytime is my last time, and until they change I will withhold my change.

This store needs major improvements. There is NEVER more than 2 cashiers -for over 2 1/2 years- when I go shopping the line goes half way into the aisles and they just don’t try to get customers out they truly seem not to care :( I will update with photo once I go again

The customer service here is horrible. They usually seem to only have one or two registers open, no matter how many people are in line. It's dark and dirty. Cashiers have personal conversations across the aisles while customers are waiting. Not a good experience.

This tops is never fully staffed all the register people are always eating and playing and talking they never have the time to even greet customers. If at all possible if you want a good shopping experience shop a different location.
