The manager here, somehow unbeknownst to me, got it set in her head that I was shop lifting here one day. I visited the store every day for numerous reasons, for many many years. And I have never stolen anything from here. I occasionally would use an app that required me to photograph items and I would receive an incentive. One day, wow I was pissing in front of the store when I was having a conversation on a phone with my son, I was approached and assaulted by a very large man for almost no reason at all, (I honestly believe my pacing made him uncomfortable). He ran up to me, literally picked me up like I would a 3 year old child, slammed me into the building and then LAUNCHED me about 15 feet away. When I attempted to run into the store for assistance, not only did he give chase , but the manager sprinted towards me and pointed a can of pepper spray in my face from less than 6 inches away and threatened ME, who is there to receive help assistance, and said she was going to call the police if I did not leave the store immediately.. when I questioned what the reason behind her actions were, she even more harshly threatened me with the can of mace when I was clearly in distress AND danger from a HUGE (I would estimate he was almost 7 feet tall no exhaggeration) and was so obnoxious and belligerent and incredibly out of line and control that the security guard on duty had to intervene and pull her away from me, as everyone else in the store could clearly see it was i who required assistance and she was acting insane. The guard gave me a slight gesture to just be on my way and seeing as he was not acting irrational, I followed his directions. NOW, she has spread it around to all the employees in the store, some of whom I am friends with, that if I enter the premises at all, I am to have the police called and be arrested. I am planning on taking measures to have this "situation" handled by not only writing to the district manager, but I am looking into hiring a lawyer to pursue having charges pressed on the woman for harassment as well. All I really want is to be able to shop in the store seeing as I live 2 streets away and 95% of my grocery shopping was done there. I don't drive at the moment, so I'm struggling to be able to purchase the necessary items I literally require to sustain my life.

Good selection of items, well stocked The only recommendation would be organizing items in an efficient way so customers can find them more easily. There are some aisle signs, buy not very informative. Asking the store employees did not help either, as they were not fully sure if they carried the item I was looking for. Overall good location to shop at.

Just love when Kelly is working! Super nice person!🤗Went in today to do shopping, did not notice til I got home & looked at my receipt, I bought 4 sweet potatoes @.99 lb.Was charged 1.29lb. Pd .30 more per pound! I walk so it's hard to keep going back & forthI DEFINITELY WILL NOT purchase an,$8.00 pre-made salad from Tops! It was almost a whole head of lettuce, 2 slices of a hard boiled egg, about 8 strips each ham,& turkey! Shredded cheese, alot! Very disappointing!

My grandson ran an errand at this Tops, he came back to the car saying how nice the store was, quiet, soft music, but best of all was when he ran a sliver short on the cashout someone chipped in with what was needed! Thank you kindly🙂

This place is pretty roughI walked by to check if they were open people were walking out there was male employee at the doors looked almost like security in his demeanor but he completely ignored me like it was his job, another employee gestures that they were closed so I kept walking on the way back a few minutes later saw another shopper leave and a gal dressed up like a nurse enters the store??? There seems to be some service issues hereAlso this was at like 1020 pm odd time to be deciding they are closedMost tops close at 11

Great variety of products. Their gas rewards are worth shopping here. Through independent health they partner with Tops on nutrition rewards for purchasing produce. I've gotten over $200 worth of gift cards for buying produce from tops. They've also got Flashfood, which helps them sell products that are almost expired for half price, which caters to a wide range of people who shop at the store.

This particular tops is pretty interesting. It's very small which makes finding things pretty easy. I would have knocked off a point for the size alone however, once inside the people here were incredibly friendly as soon as I had a question there seemed to be somebody right there to answer it and show me exactly what I was looking for. The store definitely proves that size of heart beats size of store every time. This is our new tops and we're proud to be here.

They have great service and an excellent selection of products that I use everyday. My only concern is that I have applied online and in person but even if they have an advertisement for employment and tell me about positions that are available, I don't get a call back or any other kind of response. I have been working in the retail store field since I was 16 years old and I don't understand how I can be putting in applications for the same company at multiple locations and all I get it the same thing every time. Why the silent treatment? I am as qualified as the next guy but hey it's the cover being judged so I have to say I won't be going through this scenario any more.

It’s a nice little store, great for last minute pick up, really nice having a Tim Hortons in side. BUT NEEDS TO START checking some of the expiration dates.

This store is fantastic for a quick grocery run. I work for Instacart and find myself here often. The employees are very helpful and they have plenty of self checkouts. This Tops is very convenient but crowded at times because it's a smaller store by comparison. They make great use of the space and there's even a Tim Horton's inside.

Normally I love tops but this time it was hard to even feel welcomed. I walked by many staff and no one greeted me. I had a very hard time finding things and when I asked for help the only person that cared enough to help me actually worked for the Tim Hortons within the store. Then I go to check out and waited behind one other part for 15 mins because they teller needed a manager to do something with the til . Not impressed

They don't always have what you need but when they do, it's fantastic, nice when you only need 1 or 2 things as well, usually quick to cash out too, friendly cashiers and other employees. Tim Hortons you can either enter from inside the store or outside, no drive thru, great atmosphere, friendly employees. I'm happy that they brought the flavored iced teas back as well!

Great location, produce here is far beyond greater than the produce at Wegmans by a long shot, clean, fully stocked, staff friendly, bottle/can machines were moved recently, not sure where but gave up trying to find them and would've given 5 stars however have to go to Wegmans for gluten free choices as they have a section for that only with far more options. If tops had that I'd never go to Wegmans. But overall, for sure recommend this location!

The aisles are really tight, and they are a smaller Tops store, so the selection usually isn't that great. The produce section is about as decent as Tops can get, while much is left to be desired for the rest of the place. A great visit if you're just looking to pick up a specific item (or a few), but if you're doing serious shopping, I'd stay away. It's pretty frustrating when there's barely room for more than one cart in an aisle and you end up doubling back around so you can get to something seven feet away because you can't get past the old lady looking at canned goods. They do have a redbox - recycling, check cashing and all that good stuff, but I still only visit because I'm local. It's convenient.

The store itself was fine and the lady in Delhi was very helpful... But the cashier was horrible! I was working for Instacart, so am being timed on my performance. She would not stop gabbing and do her job! Yes, conversation is perfectly fine, but continue doing your job while conversing! I even told her I was doing an Instacart order and she needs to pay attention and move along. She STILL completely would stop checking things out to talk to customers walking in regarding the Bills game. I had to start bagging my own items to hurry things up. I was so close to calling for a manager, but had already wasted so much time. I had a small purchase, 4 small grocery bags and there were at least 3 customers in line waiting behind me because she was so distracted and SLOW!

Normally I wouldn't give supermarkets five stars because there's always seems to be a cashier or somebody unhappy. And the prices at Tops are high! But when you have everyone in customer service smiling and willing to help. Hey how can I not give 5 stars this tops is where the saying tops friendly market came from 😊

It depends which tops you go to, I have had good and bad experiences. You do have some knowledgeable employees, and you also have some employees who are rude, and don't care. I had problems with a few female employees at the tops on Seneca Street. I have seen them talk to there friends, not pay attention. I think both tops in West Seneca are my favorite to shop at,

Absolutely, by far, hands down the worst TOPS I have ever been to. I understand they are a small store, but their selection of items to choose from is horrendous. While this TOPS is conveniently located for me, I will not be shopping at this TOPS location anymore. Throughly disappointed.

Literally just a supermarket, everything is well organized for the most part but it seems some of the staff doesn't know where some of their products are. Went in with the intention of buying yeast. Went to the baking isle because yeast, then was told it was in the refrigerated section. Wasn't there, long story short found in the isle I originally thought it was in.

Ok the selection is alright, the prices are great. Expecially when you shop for sales like I have a bonus card and my purchase went from about $86.00 to $56.00. that was incredible! The frest fruit options are okay. There was no pomegranates which was a bummer for me. Staff is kind of young and act like of like stuck up snobby punk kids! The four wheel carts you can buy are all broken (there is a plastic peice that keeps the cart up off the wheels that are broken on every single four wheel cart) the two wheel ones are fine.its kind of a small building so it's sort of cramped. There is a Redbox. An ATM. Bakery. And deli enjoy

My trip to Tops today was pretty good they always have the Kool-Aid pouches on sale for a 1.88 a box and I just got a 20lb bag of Goya rice for$ 10.99 which is $5 off usually$ 15.99

This is a very small tops. So small in fact, that while they carry most of the same products as other tops, they cannot carry all flavors or types of thoes items at the same time. So if you want lenders onion bagels, you may be able to get them today but, not in 2 weeks. They will have rotated flavors and have only blueberry and plain. It is quite agrivating. Other than that, store is clean and nicely kept. Having a tim hortons inside is sweet too

Close and convenient Corner Market. This Tops does not have anywhere near the selection you might expect walking into a Tops but it sits in the heart of the South Buffalo Seneca neighborhood and it certainly makes life a lot easier for locals having it there. It opens early and closes late and is perfect for picking up a few things you may have run out of or may need for the day. The Tim Hortons inside also attracts a lot of business.

Much like wegmans they sell food and what not. I like food actually I need food for my survival. I believe we all do. I would say for sure we all do but I'm not too sure how Bane from the batman comics and movies ate. In the dark night rises he says it would be extremely painful to take off his mask so I doubt he's taking it off for three square meals a day. I could see him possibly taking it off for for an Easter brunch but not regularly. So food may not be a necessary item for all of us. But for those of us who need food I guess tops is saving lives. Their prices are so high though I might look into how Bane gets by without it. I'm paraphrasing here but alfred says Bane is quick and furious so I'm going to get to the bottom of this because I want to be quick and furious on a no food diet. I'll keep you posted, this is truly groundbreaking stuff...
