The cashier gave me excellent advise yesterday. He said I should have come here first. I was looking for some old electrical parts. I purchased them here along with some outside gutter parts. They saved me another trip buy having everythingbI needed. I am going to use his advice the next time I need hardware. Satisfied customer.

Fellow urban dwellers...Did you know, according to historical records, no person has ever sucessfully completed a DIY project on a single trip to the hardware store?So you already hit up the big box and you're knee-deep in a project when it hits you - you blew it. You forgot a $3 junction box and now its rush hour so Delaware Ave is a mess. Don't fret... Ace Hardware is your savior.Why deal with the nightmare of North Buffalo traffic when Ace is right there? For those little things you totally spaced on. Ace is the spot. I mean, yeah, might be a bit pricier than the big box places, but honestly? Worth it in terms of time saved.Ace is def the place... when you're in a pinch.

Did great work but gave me three quotes the same day. Kept on texting me five times when I told them I would think about it. And email me four times .They do not provide their material. You have to get the material .But the workers were very pleasant. I will not hire them back again. They are too expansive$$$

I went there for bar oil for a chainsaw, they only had gallons on display, they were restocking but had what I needed in quart size, and chose not to offer it so, to me they don't really care to much about customer service... Nice guy's, truth..

Fantastic service. I went in today to obtain a wrench to remove old bolts from my car to change plates, but didnt know the appropriate size. Staff personally selected a whole range of sizes and trialed them on the bolts on my car to determine which one I needed rather than have me just buy an entire set.

Great for a quick trip for small item’s. They have some important plumbing items that come in handy jn times of emergency. I’m glad I was able to find a 3/4” Union to connect my broken pipes.

For a small store, they carry quite a bit. Great neighborhood hardware store--convenient, fair pricing, helpful friendly staff who don't run n hide like at the big well known store (you know who I mean)...Of course if you need large amount of repair/building materials you won't go here, but for smaller projects/repairs or an item or two...it's worth it to try this place out, it'll be you go-to place especially if you need to save time and hassle of waiting in long lines or dealing with not so helpful associates.

They are always extremely friendly and helpful and I can usually find everything I need in half the time it would take to walk up and down the aisles of a gigantic box store.

I take customer service very seriously, so when I have an experience that is more than average (good or bad), it sticks with me. I went to this location for the first time the other day, and am oblivious when it comes to hardware stores like this. Joe was INCREDIBLE and it meant so much to me. Ace is always professional and friendly. No exception here. Employee at the front register knew where the item I wanted was and directed me to it. Right there, that's 5 stars. Rare to be able to ask anyone a question and get a response these days, let alone the correct one. Parking is even easy in crowded Allentown. I'll be back.

They had the Ball Freshtech water bath canner and multicooker! They are very hard to find. I can't wait to do some canning!. Everyone was super nice too!

Staff are extremely helpful. Ask nicely and they might even help fix a flat tire on your bike, or help lift a box for you to your car. They are super knowledgeable of what is needed to fix your problems.

They were helpful and close to downtown. Saves me time since I don't have to drive to like Home Depot or Loews. I usually go there for the winterization kits, they always have them, where as other places typically sell out. Their kits are also fairly priced.

I was over impressed with the prompt courteous service from Schuele Ace Hardware. I needed help getting a new lawnmower delivered on the busiest lawn and garden weekend of the year. If the service is that great on Memorial weekend it speaks volumes for the rest of the year. I did not expect the lawn mower to be delivered with a tutorial within 24 hours. Thank you to Schuele Ace Hardware for your help in this difficult time.
