Pharmacy is not open until 9.They don’t open all the steel over the windows in the day so it looks a bit unkempt and brings the neighborhood down.Clean, well-stocked, open late. A bit understaffed at checkout.Hard to browse the clearance while in the pharmacy line. They could move it by one and it would be easier for their trying to look while in line.

The cashier tried to charge me $30 for a tub of Aquaphor you can find on amazon for $15. When I balked at the price and wondered if she scanned it twice by accident, she rudely asked "well did you look at the price on the shelf?". No ma'am I did not but I know I have never paid $30 for butt cream! This store is always dingy and understaffed. I only ever go here out of desperation because it is the closest store to my home. Do not recommend.

I’ve been a dedicated customer of this location for years. The staff at this location all know me and are very helpful.Unfortunately, I had a bad experience yesterday. There was a sign on the door as you entered the store that just said “No Bags,” with no explanation. I thought it meant that you couldn’t enter the store with bags. Nope! It meant that the store had zero bags for customer’s purchases and prescriptions!! I was prepared to buy a reusable bag, but no, those were gone, too.When I asked the cashier why, they said it was an issue with Rite Aid stores and the supplier!I’ve never heard of this in my life, or at any other store. I’m also disabled, and couldn’t struggle with all my items. Fortunately the cashier gave me to use a trash bag.Unacceptable and inexcusable. Calling corporate.

The Rite Aid store on Delaware Avenue in Buffalo New York has always been my go to place. All the people are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.The store is great this questionnaire that I just filled out is not at all what they said in time. They need to have a much shorter questionnaire. That will be the last time that I will fill it out.

I called on 11/17 to ask what time the pharmacy closed since a storm was coming the guy on the phone said the whole store closes at 9pm. I rushed to get there to get my sons prescription for asthma that he was just diagnosed with today only for the pharmacy already to be closed the gate was cracked someone yelled to come back Monday. I wouldn’t have drove in a storm had i know it would be closed especially since i called first it’s always an issue here & it’s other rite aids closer I’ll definitely have our pharmacy changed no need for apologies it’s not like you all care anyway

This is a pretty small Rite Aid. It is clean, well organized and they have friendly staff. It is a little over priced.... but that's what you pay for the convenience of a 24 hour store.I must note that the pharmacist here (Adam) is super friendly and extremely helpful. The pharmacy is only open until 9pm I think.

Went to Rite Aid this past Friday to load $1,000 on my Green Dot card 2 separate transactions $500 First Received my receipt tried to load $500 a second time it would not complyThey said due to Protection of the consumer we can only load $500 on the car per day So then I went to Family Dollar and loaded $500I t was available within 10 minutes My transaction for Rite Aide is still not available I'm going through a Rite-Aid and Green dot and it's a headache it's been 4 long days. The managers at Rite Aide has been very rude. They refuse to reimburse me my money, even though I have a receipt. I just want my .o ey back or card loaded.This has been a nightmare. NEVER AGAIN

Almost always an issue picking up my prescriptions. Pharmacist audibly sighs, grumbles and talks over me on the phone. Went to urgent care since my throat is swelling limiting air flow and the pharmacist hasn’t filled my prescription and it’s been 2.5 hours already

This is one of the main Rite Aid's I go to usually so I have had quite the experience or two here. Always good!!! One is where I cut my finger while at Delaware Park not too far. Rushed over, got some First Aid and I was all set. Another is the Western Union and that was always a smooth transaction. Any other time is just a late night run or grabbing something on the go. Staff are always helpful and the place is always clean. Not too big or small so you can find what you need. Oh!! And it's 24 hours so yes, will ALWAYS be a winner for me!!! Easily recommendable based off that alone...

Staff is fantastic i go there because its free for me to use and also use pharmacy. I pretty much talk to all the staff like real conversations and can honestly say very had a bad experience only thing that isn't to par in this RA is cold food section. Is lacking and cooler isn't very cool but besides that might be best RA in city of buffalo.

This is a very small Rite Aid store but it has a real neighborhood feel. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I fill prescriptions here and have not had problems but they are very busy. It is a very convenient store!

There's definitely nicer rite aids out there, but this one seems to have most of what I need. Unfortunately, their cold food selection is poor compared to other RA's, and the coolers never seen cold enough. Midge, one of the managers is great.. If they don't carry something that I would like, she's kind enough to order it android it's usually in stock within a few days.. Customer service at its finest.

I was getting a pack of gum and I went up to the register and it was $1.50 Tax. I did not have enough money so I had to get out of line and ask my sister if she had any change. I them went back up to the register and the price was $.90 less. Right after that a man came in and said that she had charged him extra money for a donation he did not ask for. I am almost positive that this is what she had done for me the first time. This was a very stressful experience.

There is a white manager at this store. He has a problem with minorites! He works on Sundays! And is always a problem when I come in. I'm 50 and brown! Every time! Im talking to all my black people who go there to stop going. 20 of my people ain't going. Already!
