The drive thru is always closed. They do not answer the telephone. It takes 3-5 hours to get your prescription filed. They are very rude and not compassionate to your medical issue at all. Terrible customer service, worst ever.

These people are so SLOW and DUMB!! I AM TIRED of paying 5¢ for a CHEAPASS BROWN BAG that tears up BEFORE I get out of the store... They even charge 5¢ when you pay with your EBT CARD.

They never answer the phone!! I'm diabetic and need my pen needles for my insulin which they were supposed to have ordered a week ago and they still haven't said that they're ready! This pharmacy is the actual worst. No wonder rite aid has gone bankrupt.

Wonderful staff but one employee by the name Ms Tiffany went far and beyond to make sure I got the medicine I needed since my local location that I go too was out! Appreciate staff that goes above and beyond 5 stars

Staff consistently friendly. Orders processed accurately and quickly, even at obviously busy times! Staff are proactive in offering other services like vaccinations or reordering medications about to be due for refill. Store is always clean and uncluttered!

The general shopping area is quick but the pharmacy is a pain don't call because they don't answer and if they do to you your medication are ready you will still have to wait for about 15 minutes so plan ahead for the wait.

Excellent Customer Service!!! The Cashier was very very kind, patient and helpful! I wished, I had paid more attention to her name so she can be properly recognized by management. The store was also very clean and organized!

Worst Riteaid ever very slow service. They always keep short staff. Always closes the drive thru because they don’t want to have proper staffing in place. Yet they make so much money from us.

Wasted $9.78Went there to take passport picture, first picture that was taken wasn't accepted by the post office (cause too bright and too close). So when I went back and let the manager know and she put the blame on me by suggesting since I accepted the photos it's my fault. The regular employee was very nice and they agreed to take it again, but once I give that to USPS it was still too bright (said post office lady). So I decided to take the photo taken by post office which is $15 not go back and argue with that horrible manager.My issue is, if you claim to take Passport Photo then at least you should know the requirements put by the government. Why make people go back and forth and waste their time and energy.

Call me 20 minutes after I picked up my prescription to tell me it was ready after waiting 3 days for their phone call! Employee told me while in the drop off line to please use the pick up window. I was trying to get the prescription filled. I tried to tell the employee this he walked away from the window. Another time my husband went to pick up my medication they gave him a hard time. I had to go with him to pick it up. Funny there wasn't a problem while he stood next to me!

So rs f operation are from 9am-9pm. What's the point of opening the store without money the drawers. And then the manager persisted and acted as if it's my fault. Gave me a huge attitude. Extremely unprofessional.
