If I could give zero Stars.Rite aid would forget to order my meds ???this store totally sucks !!!Brian you are a bully!!!!to the senior citizens...save yourself and go to .CVS leave .Rite Aid alone.They would only screw up your meds.they will only screw u over.and lie to your face.@hang the phone up.Rite Aid leave them alone .CVS is the only place to go.I'm serious CVS.Rite Aid nno good..Once again Brian r a Bully. you .individual you're unhappy.with your life and you.take it out on senior citizens..you do not need to work in a job with old people.

Terrible Auto-Refill System!!!This pharmacy is ALWAYS behind schedule on my auto-refill prescription. I have to call for a refill (for the same meds I have been taking for years). And its for only ONE medicine. I even signed up for text/call reminders which I NEVER receive. Its agravating especially when I run out of my prescription. Then I have to get an emergency refill to hold it over for a few days until the full prescription is ready. That's Terrible! Prescriptions (especially auto-refills) need be ready on time. Sorry but you can't count on your prescriptions being ready here.

I am not one to leave “negative reviews” or complain… but what happened today was inexcusable! I am a regular customer, and spend anywhere between $50-$100 a week at this particular location.I brought my goods to the counter, the woman literally looked at me and said nothing - I said to myself, “rude, but ok…” she then proceeded to scan one of my items and brought her phone out and texted for 30 seconds (mind you, she wasn’t multitasking, she was ignoring me fully while texting) — I’m a patient and understanding person, but refuse to be disrespected. I stood there in awe and tried giving the benefit of the doubt. I counted in my head… if she continued to do this for 5 more seconds without at least acknowledging me, I would just up and leave - surely enough, I counted to five and just left. I was not rude, I don’t deserve this… especially when I’m a known customer. I have zero problems with any other employee, in fact, I get along really well with everyone else. I would LOVE for someone in upper management to reach out to me because I can tell who this person is. It was at approximately 4:20pm, 5-21-23.I did not exaggerate anything in this posting. I would also LOVE someone to look at the tape to see how much this story is accurate. I’m probably never going back to any establishment with Rite Aid. It’s not right to feel this way.

Pretty sure the pharmacy is severely understaffed or management is running them ragged. I got there while the store was completely empty and I had to wander the store aimlessly for a good amount of time before anyone at the counter could help me find a product that ultimately wasn't even really there (bad, overpriced selection). Everyone seemed super busy and stressed out (despite store being empty).Giving it 2 stars because they had really cute gardening stuff to distract me.

After going to the emergency room with my wife for a broken collarbone a prescription was called in to a rite aid but it was Sunday and the pharmacy was closed. I then drove to the Rite aid on Sheridan and colvin where the pharmacist, John Jiles,Jr called the hospital and got the prescription, filled it, Mr Jiles was professional, courteous and extremely helpful. You have a great employee.

Generally a nice store offering good prices and items but often times I could not find sales representatives and left me wandering the store for multiple minutes until someone came out from the back and happened to see me wandering. This same problem occurred with check most of the times where I stand there and must call out loudly “hello can I please get cashed out” and then someone from the back comes running etc, not well staffed

The service and employees are Awesome although the floors were very dirty especially in cart area. We don't like going to this one unless We really have to cause of how dirty it is.

I wish I could rate them no stars!!!! Terrible place...incompetent people and ignorant pharmacist. Every time I need something refilled it requires no less than 5 trips to the pharmacy each with a different excuse as to why it's not ready!!!! The icing on the cake is when I filled a prescription for my infant and they gave me the WRONG medication.

The people are nice enough but the pharmacy staff takes way too long to fill scripts and apparently will not call to notify you when they are finally ready.

They always either don’t have the most common medications at the pharmarcy and ask you to come back in few days or if they have it, it takes them forever to get it ready!!
