Despite the reviews, I like this pharmacy. They are quick and to the point. 100 times better than the rite aid we’ve been using on Union. This specific rite aid actually answers the phone and I’ve never had a problem with the staffs attitude.

I just called about a prescription for my son who has Covid. The script was called in early this afternoon. When he went to pick it up they advised it wasn’t ready & would call him. Meanwhile it’s 8:40 pm & he never received a call. I called to check & it was ready but the person who answered the phone was rude & abrupt. Jeez, I hate to bother someone who is doing their job & filling prescriptions for sick people. If you can’t be a decent human being while dealing with public, get another job! Very poor representation for an otherwise reputable pharmacy.

Every time I call this store the staff in the pharmacy sound so unhappy to be there. I’m not saying they have to be thrilled about their job but they make me feel like it’s an issue I need their help in the first place lol. If you don’t like your job then quit. I said “thank you” and the girl responded with an “mhm” 💀

the pharmacy tech is rude, disrespectful with poor customer service. When pulling up to the drive thru window she does not greet you, ask for your DOB or name. She will look at you with a blank stare as if you are a bother to her. Personally, I am a nurse manager so I understand how short being short staffed can be stressful but her attitude is down right ignorance. Get a new job if you are unhappy. I will be switching pharmacies based off your techs poor performance. Numerous reviews are left on your page about poor quality of service pharmacy yet nothing has changed.

O my goodness... Ok where do I start. We're in buffalo an were getting socked with snow. I have life altering medication that I depend upon everyday . It's not fun at All. Now my Dr had sent my script in 735am clear as day I had confirmed this with 2 providers. Now they weren't open that day cause of snow now today that they are open the two women at the counter were laughing at me for waiting all day . Literally laughing at me because I chose to wait instead of taken off . Now may I remind you I've walked 12 miles to get there today threw 0 degrees an a wind chill of -20 f ok not to mention 60 inches of snow . With more on the way an they found it absolutely amusing I waited for hours an I waited because I had multiple conformations my script was there an properly sent by my Dr . Now I walked down to the hospital because I couldn't take maken there day so much more fun by counting the hours I have sat waiting just to feel like a normal human being nope that was the delightful part of there day . An that makes me absolutely sick . Get another profession I strongly suggest. I may dress like a bumb but bite makes me sick when I go to work I am a armed security officer an I really can care less what I wear off duty

Not sure what’s up with your pharmacy as of late. They used to be really good, but now within the past few months, they’ve gone downhill. I used to be a pharmacy manager, I get they’re stressed, but every time I’ve needed to call for my grandfather, they have been rude, curt, and just downright nasty. I just tried to call today to help him figure out what medication is ready for him and I was immediately placed on hold without a word (I didn’t even say anything and nor did whomever answered, just click, right to hold). Called again and put on hold again. I get it was 10mins before lunch, but it would have been a 1 min call and I would have been out of their hair. More than likely they would have kept me on hold until their lunch break and hung up. Again, I know they’re stressed because I’ve been in their shoes, but the way they’ve been lately is just ridiculous and I can’t excuse it anymore.

I have been a customer for almost 8 years. The customer service gets worse every single day. Especially in the pharmacy department. Right now they have someone who literally acts like she’s doing the CUSTOMER a FAVOR. So sick of the lack of customer service.

The people who work here are friendly and very helpful. Mary is the best at reminding me of the sales . Or about using my points. Chris is always there to answer product items.The Pharmacists have answered all my questions about my meds.I go to the store on 845 Abbott Rd # 01816

Nice neighborhood store and pharmacy. Just wish they would have more employees in the store that are cross trained. So when it gets busy they could call one off the sales floor and have them help in pharmacy when it’s very busy. Most days only the pharmacist and one cashier.

I picked up 3 prescriptions and I have NEVER encountered a more miserable, rude pharmacist….if that’s what she was OH MY GOD!!! She conveniently didn’t have a name tag on.I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER use that Rite Aide again, if any Rite-Aide!!!WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If I could give you negative stars I would.

First time I went into store. I usually shop at the Mineral Springs and Seneca location and find the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Shelves are always stocked and prices easily located at that location.

Stopped here desperate for a bathroom on a road trip. Bathroom out of order.No bathroom at the nearby THREE gas stations. Employees did not offer any help/advice on where we could find a bathroom whatsoever.

Worst pharmacy. You can try to call to check a prescription. Most likely you'll hear them pick up, then hang up. If you have a choice, pick a different place.

It's Pathetic that phone calls are not being taken. Go to pick up scripts only to be told they are not ready. Customer service is at a all time low. The sad part is they don't care one bit.
