Sometimes there's an active phone tree, sometimes there isn't. Sometimes they answer the phone, sometimes they don't. Sometimes the pharmacy is available, sometimes they aren't. ????? I have been calling all day trying to refill my script and no one is picking up at the store.

I just wanna say thank you to a manager and young cashier who were really nice to me here at this location even though I made a really annoying mistake during my transaction. There is a manager, a woman with piercings and an associate with curly hair. I needed to get a refund for something I bought and the computer wasn’t cooperating with my card and she was really patient trying to get my money back to me even though it was kind of my fault for not getting a receipt. This is a busy location, thank you for your help 💚

I no longer feel safe at this location. An aggressive pan handler was clearly drunk in the store and said he was going to kick my a$$ in the parking lot because I didn't buy him a Dr. Pepper. He was there two days in a row and nobody does ANYTHING. Needless to say I won't be returning.

I use to love this pharmacy now I dread going there . The pharmacy staff never answers the phone . Front of store staff is always pleasant but that pharmaceutical staff is the worst .

Aggressive pandhandkers in n outside of store, people steal right in front of the clerks n nothing ever gets done about it. Shelves are bare, I can't believe this location is still open. It's so unsafe! And I cant get all my meds cuz the pharnacy "met their quota" and can never order more. Very inconvenient. Stock your shelves! Get a security guard!

Ever since west ferry closed everyone went to this one. They don't pick up the phone! They are over worked and low staff. Sad I can't speak to pharmaceutical staff. Update 10-1223 still can't get no one to pick up

Went for Covid 19 vaccination. The staff on Connecticut Street, Buffalo was the nicest in the world. Charming, helpful, and efficient! Michael, the pharmacist, was also super and explained everything thoroughly. I did not feel a thing while getting the injection!!!! Excellent! Great store selection, too!

I don't know how many times I have to go through this . Your automated robot calls and tells me my medicine is ready . I come by a day later and it's not ready and they tell me everytime "they don't know what happened" well you guys would be the only ones who would know. Why are you guys this messed up ? You need some new people in charge who actually know what's going on and know how to run a business this is medicine your "playing" with.

This pharmacy is near from my house therefore I go to this pharmacy but I never get my dad medication refill once and on time. His dose use to left because their out of stock medication. They never care about their customer.
