Horrible they ignore you like you not there store is open they see me they can heard me and all they doing is taking looking at there phone there is 2 people no one ask me if I need help been here for 15 minutes can't leave because I need my daughter medicine place sucks big time I will never come here again ever and I will tell my people to not come here ridiculous seriously This place need better management our just closed the pharmacy anyway they always do is no different like who cares about your dogs and friends do your job is not socializing time

I went to Rite Aid to pick up my prescription and their are two black female that work up front are very unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable and not safe to come back, I called to talk to the manager and she were very rude and unprofessional as well. I asked for corporate number and she claimed she doesn’t have it. Then when my boyfriend called up there now they don’t have a manager in today, just lies and unprofessional

Sad with low staff that they keep closing the drive thru window. I had my granddaughter just coming out of surgery that can't walk right now and couldn't go in either. Had to go to another pharmacy to transfer the prescription. Because they keep closing in the drive window.

They never answer the phone at this location. Long wait times. Rx sent at 8am not filled until 4pm. Had to call the pharmacist line to get through. Then placed on hold again for another hour. Luckily I called another Rite Aid closer to home. She was able to help me within minutes.

Really need to work on pharmacy hold times over the phone. You have to call multiple times And spend a ton of time just trying to get somebody on the phone. If they could just have a hold service instead of dropping your call when a staff member isn’t available to answer, that would be a great alternative.Just want to edit and say that everyone I’ve encountered who works in the pharmacy has been very nice, patient and professional. It seems they are just understaffed at a very busy location, not to mention it seems that most if not all are bilingual English/Español. The above review is for the overall customer experience, not the staff. I can tell they’re all working their hardest and they’ve always been as accommodating as possible given the situation. Especially one time when I was out of one of my meds and in a very rough spot mentally, and the pharmacist working the drive through expedited my script at a very busy time so I could get it before going into work. I don’t know her name. She was (I believe) a petite brunette Latina with chin-shoulder length hair, probably in her 40s (not sure since it’s hard to tell through a window) and a kind smile. I only mention this because if it gets to anyone in charge, she basically saved my life that day and I want to thank her for her act of kindness. Very kind and understanding crew, even amidst the chaos of Covid. Not to be redundant, but the staff are all really great people and all deserve a raise.

There is no point in calling them because they never answer the phone. I don't think it's the fault of the staff, but a pharmacy you can't get in touch with is not a good pharmacy. Even if you call 15+ times you will usually not be able to reach anyone. Kind of ridiculous.

The literal worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies, from perpetually empty shelves to un-attentive staff and what has to be the worst, rudest pharmacist this side of the Mississippi River. There is absolutely no point in calling as the phones are never answered, the front doors are still boarded up going on about two years now and they lack almost everything than every other rite aid has because it’s a Niagara st so who cares right? Absolutely pathetic I’ve dealt with it for years because of convenience but I rather walk 7 blocks to go to Walgreens than ever deal with what is little else than a crackhouse at this point. Also employees openly vaping and talking on the phone while on the floor is just the *chefs kiss* can’t make this up.

I love this pharmacy-the pharmacists are extremely knowledgable, especially with regard to my conditions, which are rare. They took the time to educate themselves on them so as to better serve me. The pharmacy manager also makes it a point to ensure that my hard-to-find medication is always in stock. This place definitely has a long-term/long-time customer in me! :-)

The pharmacy is absolutely and without a doubt the best in the city. The pharmacists Jason, Michael, and Cheryl, as well as the pharmacy technicians Luis, Marisol, Iris, and Angelica are all the nicest people who remember your name and do everything they can to make sure you have speedy, friendly, and accurate service. They truly are a wonderful team. As someone with two rare conditions and on a lot of medicine, they always know the answer to my questions and worked with me to align my refil dates so that I only have to come once a month instead of up to eight.

I first went to this pharmacy after making an appointment for my Moderna Booster which is available for those 65+ and eith immunosuppression issues. I received text messages confirming the appointment along with the type of booster - Moderna. I was treated horribly when I showed up - being told there was no such booster, etc. i even showed them the three confirmation texts and they literally shooed me out of the store.A week later I received a call from a pharmacist at Rite Aid who told me to come in as soon as right then and there. She apologized, for the treatment I received and confirmed that, yes, they do have the booster, etc and I went to the one I was rejected from.I was rejected again. "I don't care if you're old and got arthritis." (Actually, it’s Rheumatoid Arthritis which is an immuno disease) I told them someone called me and showed them the number. They said it wasn't theirs - so I called it and it was another Rite Aid a few blocks away on Connecticut Street.I went over there and was promptly provided with my MODERNA Booster. I was told they have stock and are providing the shots so she had no idea what was up with Niagara and Virginia Streets. I'm calling corporate again tomorrow to let them know how gracious this woman was and how horribly I was treated at the the other location for a second time. Booster done and I am a happy girl!Avoid Niagara and Virginia and go to Connecticut Street. People there are customer service oriented and quite lovely to deal with. From the pharmacy to the cashier.

10 minutes I waited at the pharmacy, no one in front of me. 3 people working inside the pharmacy not a single one acknowledged my presence or asked if I needed help. Terrible costumer service experience. Visit was on 3/3/2021 at 5:30 pm.

Good when you go in person, trying to call and refill a script is murder. It's not that hard to pick up the phone. I am making sure to not call during peak times as well.

Trying to get ahold of them over the phone for a medical prescription is almost impossible (I had to call 5 times and it's throughout the day for them to pick up) but when you go in person they have several people behind the counter and not one of them can pick up the phone. Terrible
