So, I’ve never actually been to a Price Rite until just now so I only have other grocery stores to compare this to. In all, the place kind of feels like a disorganized mess, at least in the after-work rush. A lady and her kid accidentally knocked over a cardboard display which for some reason had a tray of queso on it, and although I tried to help them clean it up and then find an employee, there was almost nobody to be found. When an employee finally did show up, he was swearing up a storm about the fiasco. The general sense I got from staff is that nobody actually wants to be there. This somewhat shows in the way the store is run. The shelves are poorly stocked, there’s somewhat poor organization to the way the displays are laid out, produce looks fairly pilfered through. The checkout experience was difficult. In the self-checkout line, only one register was actually moving because everyone else was having issues. As for the other lanes, the employees just looked depressed, and because there doesn’t seem to be consistency in the uniforms which just look like football t-shirts, and I don’t think anyone is wearing name tags, it’s hard to tell who actually is an employee.I think the way to shop here is to focus on their own brand items, for which pricing is pretty good. The rest of the store is fairly hit or miss, and for whatever reason, it seems like they’ve gone out of their way to avoid stocking any veggie broth or bouillon at all. I think I’d probably try as well to go much earlier in the day next time.

The store is close by to my residence. Never had issues with employees or inventory. There is one security guard however that most certainly has an ego and self esteem problem and I have witnessed him numerous time harass, follow and put hands on paying customers. He needs to go.

Love this place. Usually in the morning you can find many varieties of fresh vegetables, maybe toward the night the shelves are half empty sometimes. You can self check-out in this store and prices are reasonable here compared to other stores.

I work at Aldi but I do most of my shopping here at Price Rite cuz it's close to my house. They have the best Dairy around and this store has a very friendly staff. Good produce selection and always great prices.

I love price rite! Not for everything, but they do have certain items that other grocers don't have in stock, and they are wonderfully priced! Love that store!!

Charisma wardlawThey have plenty of workers. When storm hit people often buy everything off the shelves. That is not to the store or there employees. Before leaving reviews on your first time in a store you should do research. Perhaps you should take yourself to one of those pantries you are using to shipping at. Any this store is good when people do not wait till the last minute or buy up everything with there food stamps . Justing saying. # abolish food stamps.

The shelves are not fully stocked. This location has a very limited section of products. They REALLY need to hire more help to make sure shelves, and meat items are available.

The place is quite good but the security guard is always on a trip on the phone and he is supposed to be on the lookout outside and inside the workplace, not to be with the phone in his hand and hanging out while people park their scooters or bicycles. outside and that's why they steal it, because the guard is on a trip and is not paying attention to his work. Only with the phone in his hand hanging out and there are no excuses for that. It is a security guard to keep an eye on the place inside and outside. that things are not stolen but if things are stolen it is because the security guard is on his trip as always

Affordable groceries but the store is not organized, especially the vegetables section, the items are not properly labeled or are missing all together, sometimes the vegetables look so tired and exhausted 😔

The parking lot is on the smaller side but never appears to be overly full. I always manage to find an open parking space. The store itself is large with huge savings on not only their items but brand name items also. The store itself appears to be clean despite being a very busy store. There is knowledgeable staff available to assist you and there is also a security guard presence. I love the area.

Prices are great. But sometimes the quality of the produce is subpar. You need to really pay attention to it because sometimes it bad before you even buy it. They change their orders and sometimes dont carry items for a whole month before you seem them again. Clean and friendly

This second star is only for the produce. It doesn't last very long, and when it goes bad it looks scary. I've seen the normal looks of vegetables going bad, but I've never in my life seen carrots turn into green slime. Going forward, I'm sticking with wegmans produce.

The display of goods is a bit different, but in a good way. The space inside is comfortable to shop around. The only weird thing was the self check out, the agent has to punch her pin so many times.

Store is small and compact. Some stuff is missing. You at times will definitely need a Tops supermarket instead to get some of your stuff. They were out of regular instant coffee temporarily. They never feature Lender's Bagels permanently.One thing. I bought the Price rite non-dairy creamer and opened up the sealed container. It was only 80 percent full.Another thing. At the self checkout you request a bag on the computer and sometimes the cashier tending to the whole thing neglects to bring you one ( they are, I believe, supposed to) and you end up having to go and ask for one.

It was hard to rate this a four, after what I experienced at your store at the beginning of January. That trip was the first time I had shopped at this Price Rite in over 10 years! But boy I didn't even recognize this place! It was dirty, produce was rotten no plastic bags to put the produce in that did look half decent! The employees were trying their best to keep up with the demanding customers, and do their jobs effectively at the same time. There were hardly any lines open, the self checkout was congested and some of the machines didn't even work etc. But just 2-3 days ago I tried you guys again, and when I walked in my eyes almost popped out of my head! The produce section was full of fresh and beautiful vegetables and fruits. Everything was clean and the workers were not as stressed. I have to admit that that particular store has amazing, hardworking and caring employees; very respectful! So now I know not to shop at the beginning of the month there. But even with the beginning of month, there should be no shortage of workers, food and produce especially, not being on the floor, no bags to place your produce in. I have to admit that some of your prices on certain items are higher than the big grocery chains in my area. So, yes, my last experience garnered 4 stars, much better experience this time around.

I have frequented this store since it opened, and it's just gone more and more downhill. I want to like it... Good selection, great prices. However, the customer service (what little there is) is atrocious. Lines are always super long, they never have enough cashiers working. Most employees who cash you out barely say hello, let alone your total or say hey thanks, have a good day. The store is not the cleanest either.
