We came here to find equipment for our aquarium. Customer service wasn't great but that might have been because they were short staffed? I think we saw two employees, one of whom was very helpful in guiding us to making the right purchases for our home aquarium and the other who was our cashier and was friendly and engaging, sharing her own personal experiences with her fish. Prices seemed a bit high but we did see some products we're likely to come back for at another time.

So they "don't" have bathrooms. Everyone is sent to Tops Friendly Markets to use the bathroom. I wonder if Tops knows that they are sending people to use toilet there. I wonder if they can bill them for that convenience.My daughter said it's because no one getting paid minimum wage wants to clean the bathrooms. Oddly enough the PetSmart that we usually go to on Walden Ave, Cheektowaga, NY does have bathroom. And that's where I'm going to purchase my items tomorrow!
