Already don’t even need to go to petco anymore. I love this store. Has tons of potions for pets accessory. And always have discounts for pets food and they also have free delivery. Will definitely order again.

Just been to the store a couple days ago, and it’s full of surprise, they have variety of cats and dog food, and cute cloth for my cats. The owner are nice to help me out when picking some treat for my cat. Overall, a it’s a pretty good store, can’t wait to visit again.

Was shopping in the mall today and we noticed a black and white cat named Roy. When we went up to the cage he was hissing over and over again. I looked at the condition of the cage and there are litter particles everywhere, the box is stuffed and needs to be changed and his water and food are extremely low. Also there is nothing for him to lay on it’s all wood. I tried to talk to the employee about which shelter the cat is from and I didn’t get an answer. When I asked him how does the adoption process go he said you just sign and go. To put all of this in a nutshell I don’t think this place should adopt animals out and I think this is animal abuse! I will keep complaining to other outlets and I hope something is done soon!

Ripped me off - sold cat house door was missing packaging was open and a mess. I really wish people would value their customers and not sell garbage and be deceptive. When I tried to call the phone goes right to a full voicemail- Do not trust this merchant and i will never 👎 shop there again . shame on you

I got 2 cats at home and this place is the best place and the food they sell is very health for cats and dog. And I LOVE their pet clothing OMG so cute. I have brought over 20 pets cloth from them already. Great quality!

Me and my boyfriend went there 2 days ago and saw they had cats for adoption in the front corner of the store, so we decided to check them out. There was this one beautiful cat named Gloria that only had one eye that we immediately fell in love with. We told the one lady working there that we would be back the next day to adopt her since we didn't have cash on us at the time and she said it was fine, we can get the cat the next day. We come back not even 24 hours later with everything we'd need only to see her selling the cat to someone else and her only reasoning was "they wanted to adopt her" even though we were told she wouldn't give the cat to someone else until we either didn't show up at all or decided not to adopt her after all in store. That's terrible business.

What shelter does this place work with? Is it just SPCA? One cat was hyperventilating when I was there recently and I was concerned but all the employees were in the back. Planning to contact the SPCA as well. The orb shaped condo provided was not practical, the kitty kept trying to step down from the orb but when he stretched his paw out to step down out of the orb bed, his paws kept slipping due to the slippery surface and how far he had to stretch… like maybe throw a little pad down there? Totally appreciate you guys helping to get cats adopted but just feel like that must be a scary environment for the kitties to be in, so somewhere comfortable and maybe even for them to hide would be welcomed. Just advocating for the cats since they can’t speak for themselves - I’m a long time volunteer in cat rescue and I notice more than a normal patron because of this experience.

I’m very disappointed in the cage for the cats. went today and these poor 2 kittens were in this little cage that you could clearly tell that it hasn't been cleaned in a while. Kittens were tiny and mal nourished.

Came by the store and saw a kitten with no water or food. This is animal cruelty, this place needs to be reported based on all this bad reviews I see. No animal should left for hours when the store closes with no food or water. At least water if they have them on a feeding schedule..

Really cool store. The price is fair and I noticed that they have something that you can’t find it from local commercial stores. Had a nice conversation with the owner and he’s actually an Active Duty Army veteran.

Adopted a cat from this place. Explicitly asked if the cat bites and the lady said no. Took the cat home and found out that it was a blatant lie. In addition, she has all these other health problems and was clearly malnourished.
