Took my dog to shop for her birthday. She's very anxious & really did not want to be there even though the store was not very busy. I picked out a toy & some treats for her. Staff was pleasant& attempted to engage with psycho doggo. Cashier gave her a treat at the registers. Bear loves her new toy!

The Petco store is a great place for anything and everything that you may need to take care of your pets! The customer service was amazing and very knowledgeable, answered any questions to educate and given choices. All of the staff members are super friendly, give them a try for your next pet need because I think they will treat you just as good as I was!

Bought a baby bearded dragon from here less than a month ago. Was told she was 100% healthy when I bought her. She was NOT healthy. She was malnourished and had a respiratory infection. She passed away today.I went into the store to talk to the manager and was met with absolutely no remorse. Was told her was healthy and that I should’ve brought her back (dead or alive) for in store credit. I do NOT want money. I want my baby back. Her life was important to me. To them she was just another dollar.

Tyler is so awesome!!! He should be paid top dollar for his expertise and customer service. I hope he opens his own Tarantula shop someday. I know many collectors frown upon pet stores dealing tarantulas, but Tyler really knows how to properly care for them. We promise to take care of this T the best we can. It's a truly special specimen.

I enjoy shopping at Petco due to all the foods my cats enjoy are available to purchase at Petco. The shelves were very well stocked. My Cashier was very nice too. Thank you! I will shop at Petco again.

Got two refills of cat litter. Even though we have 6 rescued cats indoors and 2 in our breezeway that were TnRs from our backyard we decided to keep, I still stop and look at the kittys you can adopt.The visit went as expected with zero issues. Staff was pleasant.

I honestly must say, for what I consider a big box store. Their prices are comparable to "Chewy". I am impressed with the employees knowledge when asked a question.

Whenever I need help in here I look for Drew. She’s always happy, helpful, and knowledgeable. One time I had ordered a cat tree online but once I got there it was too small. (They don’t list the sizes of the perches online) she had to get a few different ones down from high up and did so happily, without even a hint of being aggravated. She gave me her opinion and I actually bought 3 pieces. The next day I had a fish problem and went in and was happy to see her and she was just as helpful. What a great employee petco! I hope you give her the recognition she deserves!!

My Yorkie had her very first grooming appointment with Denise and she was fantastic. She made me feel comfortable and was very patient and kind. When I picked my baby up, Denise made sure I took advantage of the perks and discounts Petco had to offer and spoke with me about any concerns she had. My baby Phoebe looked so good and Denise listened and did exactly what I wanted. Glad to have found a nice groomer with the help of these reviews. Thank you Denise and Petco!! 🐾💕

Our dog had problems with her ears. The vet recommended a specific ear wash. After researching online, we went to this store because it said it was in stock. Otherwise we could order online from two different pet supply vendors. The store seems under stocked with little staff to help you. We ended up leaving because they did not have the product. We did find a very similar one at a different pet store and ended up ordering online anyway. We probably wouldn't choose this store again for this type of product. They were well stocked with food choices etc but not for medical needs.
