This Family at 1185 Genesee St. Is Too crowded. I am unable to keep the 6ft social distance. There were items I refused to get because of this.I believe there should be a limit to how many people can enter the store at one time. Someone should be assigned to the door to monitor this. I understand revenue. I also understand safety !!

It's one of my favorite places to go but I have to go somewhere elsewhere because their shopping carts cannot go out to your car. The carts have a long pole on it that prevents you from taking It out. It's very inconvenient.

Its hit and miss at this store. However management staff Phil and Karen are superb! Sometimes there's a small issue with posted prices not matching register prices but its usually rectified at the register.

I went back to that family Dollars the manager was very welcoming and kind in the store looks like he had a Kmart things up off the floor on the shelves and everyone was just kind and willing to help you great manager keep it up thank you

I have so bad experience with this store. Recently I move from nyc. I thought people are so nice here . Unfortunately this store people are very racist. Especially one guy so rude and assaulting with me and my lot of friends.

I went in there fist this I saw was a bunch of empty boxes in the way, employees were talking to eachother lije there werr out side just hanging out, grab what i need it then they stared srnding each other to the register none wanted to cash me out. Worst place ever.

I am at 1185 genesee buffalo N.Y. family dollar and the cashier ringed me up for a $25.00 PlayStation card n scanned it and did not put it in my bag. He tried to steal it .

At this family dollar everyone always has to wait in line at one register and people get aggravated and the workers seem up tight all the time like stuck up and snooty this is the worst Family Dollar I every walked into the workers who slack are always he women like mad and stuff but the guys are cool they are patient and fast at the register

Horrible.clerk training a new person.kept leaving him alone to talk to her friends.line long as ever.she even told one of her friends to stop moving so she could get her phone number.sad.pot hole so deep I'm 65 if I get hurt then what.poor rating.
