This is the nastiest store you can ever go in the staff is clueless the manager is the worst she needs to be retrained or a new position she is rude to but she need not to be nasty to people with the way her face look she needs a face lift that's why all the people was stealing when I was in there I just laughed and walked out embarrassing and disrespectful

I hate coming to this store but sometimes I have to, due to the hours I work also it’s close to my home. The workers are rude most of the time and you have to put them back in back in their place. The place never fully stocked or has what your looking for; neither is it the cleanest inside or outside. They close whenever they want often 1/2 hour to an hour before closing time ,today I came by it’s 7:27pm they were closed, No explanation on the door or anything. I am past done with this store. Customers please save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere. Goodbye!!!

Is this Family Dollar actually reopened or not. I can't get any confirmation. So frustrating. I see "workers" and employees. WHAT IS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!

I wish I could like the store better, as the staff is friendly and helpful and they usually have what I need, but unfortunately the area it's in is rather dangerous and unseemly. There is always someone lingering outside either panhandling or trying to sell you something. It's to the point that I rarely go to this location.

The store was fine. The staff is friendly, and I hope it stays open so that we have a decent store in the neighborhood. It's a shame we lost the Rite Aide across the street. I hope another drug store takes its place. As for the Family Dollar it would be nice if ther would clean the parking lot and the floor of the store.

The aisles are too narrow, the items need to be more organized and the workers definitely need to be trained on customer service and manners. One employee had to get through our line and instead of saying excuse me, he just cut some of us off like it was ok. This is my least favorite Family Dollar in the city. Too ghetto

Walked in the store to drama yesterday evening. Store was closing before 9 because they said due to short staffing. Suppose to close at 10. We had 5 minutes to finish our shopping. Smh Family Dollar needs to do better. This is our community!

Ghetto and the workers were very rude about the bag policy. Yelling at me like they were crazy. Only reason i go in there now is because i had to curse em out to get some respect and it's convenient for me.

I’m always in family dollar on Delavan if not everyday it’s every other day I don’t live far from it I shop there a lot tonight made me don’t wanna shop there nomore I sent my husband to get a can of cream of mushroom soup he was rushing so he wouldn’t be late for work he picked up a can of cream of chicken it wasn’t even five minutes he ran back in there asked if he can switch they told him no that’s crazy

Actually I was disappointed because Although the cashier was polite she seemed to not be intrested in Checking my coupons off of my total... Try to show her my email number she seemed to be too busy chatting with the other cashiers so I didn't get my discount love the store disappointed in the service just for today

While the young man that cashed me out was friendly which is rare. The store is always filthy and unorganized. Floors are dirty, never enough staff. The store needs a total overhaul. I totally avoid it unless necessary.

I like the family dollar on grider and delevan. Every store seems to have a unique signature. Theirs is a homely, corner store type. It has this and that. It needs more of the same products but in a bigger floor space.

Dirty,messy, products on the isle floor. One person on register 2 other employees doing nothing, and didn't seem to move from their spot for 15 minutes I was there. Again,Messy,and Dirty.

Yo it's usually a good experience but it was this one cashier with glasses short dark skin that was just a straight a****** all over a penny he got a real tough guy posture but he was scared to come outside I don't like that guy and I'm starting to think that the quality of that Family Dollar is very poor

This family dollars floor is so dirty. .shelves are unrganized, it just looks a hot mess in there, but they got what the customer needs.
