This place is going downhill. It's dirty, hardly ever stocked and there are packages and boxes blocking practically every isle. I can never get what I need because there's so much in the way. It's disgusting here.

This is by far the worst family dollar ever. The workers are very young and rude. These young people need to be trained on customer service because they lack it. It was so bad here that I asked for my money back and went elsewhere to spend my money. Do better people!

I’ve lived in the same neighborhood for seven years, and never had a problem at family dollar today today me and my two children had the worst experience ever. They hired a lot of young kids who stand around and talk and do nothing while the lines are literally wrapped around the aisle I ask for corporate‘s number I asked to speak to a manager and the so-called manager. Candace told me I could look the number up. She was blatantly disrespectful and rude I ask for corporate number six different times another older gentleman. Start yelling at me telling me it’s not that serious. I can look the number up myself. I asked for corporate’s number several times I will be reaching out to corporate in the morning. do better.3364 Bailey Ave.

Store is terrible. Manager is extremely rude and not helpful. Also caught her lying. She was yelling at her employees in the store. There are boxes everywhere. These carts with boxes on them seem like they are going to fall on you at any time. The floors are filthy. Prices are crazy high on alot of there items. Things are always broken. I also once saw there milk sitting out came back 2 hours later and it was still sitting there. Unless I need toilet paper I will not be going there. You have been warned.

A so-called assistant manager is the slowest working person I have ever seen in a retail setting. She needs a desk job. The young man sweeping the floor had piles of trash throughout the store starting at the entrance. That is the only thing I saw when I walked in. There needs to be more training on good customer service. The manager needs to have more meetings for her workers and stress how important good customer service is in any community ,not just the white community.

Store is under stocked empty shelves, can't find what I needed. Some staff is not so friendly and some are very nice and helpful. Compared to the suburd stores the East side sucks. Depends on the Area you live in.

Very convenient location in my area. But this store Sucks on Sunday. It was about 20 people on line and they had 1 woman working the register. Some of the patrons walked out today. They can do better

Very clean and organize setting!Most times the cashier's are polite!!!Gives receipts and machines aren't sometimes out of paper/ or not working!Could be abit clutter but only when there's a delivery happening!

I am a huge Family Dollar fan. That being said, I believe due to Covid 19 restrictions or lack of adequate staffing this location had serious stocking issues. Boxes full of unopened products filling each aisle made it hard to move around with a cart and several aisles were barren of products. This issue is plaguing many stores right now across the country. Family Dollar would be smart to review their hiring policies.

The Isles were blocked with a lot of boxes where there was no room to shop I had to move carts just to get items off the shelf. Also most shelves were empty
