It's a Family Dollar - you get what you expect. However the employees are always kind to me when I go in and the new remodel is very nice. I think having a security guard would benefit other shoppers and the employees. The employees aren't paid enough to deal with sometimes dangerous people coming in and stealing.

They need a security guard so people don't steal inside the store. The protection of the customers and workers are needed to be safe. The customer service is good but this is my only concern for them. Also I wished other customers would be respectful and considerate to clean up the mess they make inside the store. It is obvious that the workers are getting exhausted and aggravated from doing this over and over and over again in one day. Yes, it is part of their job but it would make them feel better if their store was respected as well as for them.

My opinion about this place is that it’s a disgrace the employees always think that I’m a thief. They have told me to leave my purse in the front which I refuse and they told me to lower my hood from my coat. This is the only family dollar that does this and it’s getting out of hand. I understand they have many thief’s but not everyone that walks in is one and why have cameras and the security system for if they accuse everyone that walks in

Supposed to open at 8. Walked here due to a flat tire only to find out they made up their own hours and not opening until 9. I walk here a second time now I've gotta wait 30 more minutes. Which has made me more than an hour late for work. Doesn't even deserve 1 star

This has to be the worst family dollar in all of buffalo ny. It doesn't even deserve one star truthfully. The store is an absolute junk pile with items scattered everywhere. The cashiers are rude and nasty especially if you're buying a lot of items. They seem as confused as all those one-way streets on that cramped westside. Long lines are frequently backed up because there's only one register open most of the time. You can also expect to get bump/brushed by customers due to them having to step around the mess.Eastside up

A little crazy very crampted and boxes everywhere but super friendly and helpful staff. They helped me with my ?? and assisted me in finding what I was looking for.

I was accused of being a thief and once I asked that I was not who she thinks I am. I told her to apologize for her reckless accusation and she would not. Then when I asked her what her name was, I wanted to file a complaint she told me her name was supervisor. I'll be calling corporate.

Disorganized and messy and the line was long because there was only one person on the register working the family dollar on westferry plaza needs to improve and better service needs to improve too and the staffs also needs to improved too

No remodel is going to help this store . Boxes and trolleys to unload merchandise scattered amongst the floors , cashier on there personal phones while cashing out someone . The entire staff needs to be retrained ASAP . What I can say is at least things are restocked !
