Rudest experience of my life from the employees. Walked in and politely asked if they were open because doors were open,cars in parking lot and people were walking in and out.I was told no so i said thank you and went to walk out. As i walk out the employees began to make fun of me said "is she slow" and "what she couldn't read the sign on the door" it wasn't that hard to respond and i didnt believe i was inconveniencing them but to them i did. The ignorant response I got was unneeded and your classless employees could use some sensitivity training.

Store has great staff & large selection of merchandise. Isles are cramped. Their clothing section is cool and full of cute clothes. Staff was friendly and nice. I recommend this store.

it’s a great clean store, the staff are really nice. this lady always asks me if i found everything, which i appreciate. they have a nice selection of snacks for cheap & drinks for 75¢. only thing missing is atomic fire balls. i always feel welcomed. what are all the bad reviews for?

I ran in for a birthday card and a gift card...and, ended up leaving my phone at the register. Not knowing the store or the neighborhood, i worried that it might not be there when I returned. A huge thank you to the cashier; and the mom behind me. You guys rock🤘🏿Also, the cashiers are friendly and moved the line along quickly.

The worst family Dollar! Lines are ALWAYS long, always smells bad, usually the employees that smell bad, and very rude! I absolutely hate coming to this location but unfortunately the closest to me. Needs better management! Oh not to mention you get harassed Everytime you check out to buy candy for a "competition". Very annoying!!!The only good thing about this store is the sweet old lady that works here! Best employee here!

This Family Dollar had everything I need to keep me getting my family through COVOD-19. The staff is a polite group of people. The store had the products that I needed. Miss Linda is respectful, knowledgeable when I had questions I recommend the store just keep up the good service. Have a beautiful day!

It's in a convenient location, and yes courteous employees, however, very very dirty store. Floors look like they're never swept or mopped, shelves are always disorganized. More merchandise on the floors and under the edges of the shelves than on them. It's a shame. So many expired food products in the coolers. Ridiculous.

Employees are always very friendly but as with all family dollar stores not just south park/tift location always messy. Boxes always on the floor in middle of aisle making it difficult to get through. The stores need to hire someone sttictly for putting stuff away so there wouldnt be such a mess all the time not rely on cashiers to stock when they are needed upfront to cash customers out

I live close by and basically come to this location often. The little young female manager has such a nasty demeanor. Then one morning a new worker that I never seen had started she was so rude. When I asked for a price check she said OMG it's to early for this. Then she rushed me so bad I forgot to use my five dollars off coupon. So I waited until she cashed everyone out had her call a manager and use my coupon. She said why didn't you use it when I cashed you out. I looked at her and said because you rushed me. But other than that it's a nice selection of items.

Of all the locations, this one seems to constantly be in disarray, and always pushing Snickers bars for contests based on how many they can sell. There's other stores not far that are cleaner and better organized. The staff here are VERY nice people though.

Not a fan of this location, always dirty and messy, and was looking at a safe that was for sale in front of the store because I was looking to buy one and the worker yelled at me for touching it, well I ended up going to Walmart to buy one and I actually got help from employee in purchasing one, not grief, won’t be going in here anymore

I am legally required to carry an epidural pen on me for an extreme allergic reactions to bee neurotoxins as well as shellfish, i was denied service, and had police called on me for refusing to leave my bag up behind their counter; since i could get stung at anytime anywhere and go into anaphylactic shock. Also (and this is public knowledge and information can be requested by anyone) but one of the employees at this location was accused of stealing from someones bag (public police reports can be requested about this incident).

Cheryl always provided the best customer service I don't know about the Manager there though, she always seems to be either intoxicated or not that involved with helping anyone that comes in with any questions regarding merchandise or help with questions regarding the store, I honestly feel like Cheryl should be the manager.

Masks were not enforced and it was super messy. A box of "cheap" kleenex was $3.50 but name brand was $2.50 and the small purse/backpacks I was looking at were coated in mud but still hung for display.

coolers are consistentely broken - store is always out of bags -- but the staff is always in good spirits -- hopefully coorperate can help the staff run the store more effecentelly !!!

Decent shopping experience till an estranged employee with scraggly hair and a jittery demeanor rushed by me three different times in three different isles . Each time loudly saying 'scuse me' . After all three occasions I stopped shopping and cashed out with a couple items less than I intended to buy 🤔

I went to Family Dollar on South Park and I've been going there for 25 years for the first time somebody had a problem face and their reaction reflected on their job I think that people should smile more that helps and communicate with their customers that's called polite and respect if somebody in the store acted like that they would get kicked out and I think the people that go to the store need to work on how they react two others too
