This Family Dollar @ South Park & Louisiana is simply outstanding !! They always have a fully stocked store neatly put on shelves . The small short manager is very friendly to all customers !! She also manages the store very well !! Cashiers are fast ,friendly, & efficient !! This store is one the best in Buffalo !! I highly recommend !!

Hello World, for the most part this store has what you need. Ppl stop getting Mad at the Cashier I'f the store prices are what they are and or don't have the product that you need. This is a case of hurry up and buy Bye lol 🤣 because other people like myself have to Cash and Go, time is valuable and respect another person's employment. Have a beautiful blessed day ❤️

That manager BELLY is very unprofessional and unremarkably disgusting with her attitude. She aggressively put my stuff in the bag and rolled her eyes at me when I told her she gave me the wrong change. Shaking my head.

Racial profiling accused my daughter of stealing when it was another black young lady. When my daughter tired to explain itwas impossible that's when themanager attacked her calling hera liar. My child is 15 years old. I was livid who the hell steal from a dollar stole. Poor customer service.

The workers there make my day. Polite helpful and friendly. The stats well stocked and the staff is very informative about product placement and sales.

This store has only one shopping cart so if you are buying something heavy or a bulky item or two that won't fit in the hand basket you will need to wait, or come back, or might even need to go to a different Family Dollar (if you have a vehicle)
