Clean well stocked store BUT TERRIBLE EVENING SERVICE....wish the two older associates would shut their mouths and focus on their customers, didn't need to hear all your conversation of your opinion of "Delilah" from the radio and what tunes she's selecting. If you focused on your customer I might have been able to cash out quicker since you neglected to see that you as the cashier needed to hit your tender button so my chosen card would process. You talked about young employees also during your conversation( which again I didn't need to listen to) and how they don't pay attention yet you did the same thing, totally disgusted WILL NOT shop here again

I drive right on by 2 dollar trees just to get to this one. The Elmwood store is so dirty I feel like I need to wash my hands as soon as I leave there. Last Friday I was helped by a worker Alex at the Sheridan store. She was very friendly found exactly what I was looking for. The store was so clean and organized. Kristen (hope that’s right spelling) helped me as well. She’s helped me before and she’s one of the main reasons I drive that distance. Thanks ladies.

It's very hard to go in for a couple things. I always end up leaving with more stuff!! I love the Dollar tree. I bought a new coffee mug and a bunch of other stuff. This Dollar Tree is very nice! Never over crowded and don't have to wait long. This is why the Dollar Tree is still here in Buffalo NY. Right now they have great Saint Patrick's day decorations! Get in there now before it's all gone! 👍🏻🍀🇮🇪🐸 Please like my photos and reviews. You'll help me to get my rewards up!Thank you so much!

Have always shopped at the Sheridan/Colvin store for all my craft and holiday needs. The staff has always been very friendly. Today, however, I witnessed a cashier dress another cashier down, at the register, in front of customers. That should never happen. Poor girl was visibly embarrassed. Then the other cashier and another employee made remarks about her attention span, loud enough that I heard it. Extremely unprofessional.

Clean and organized. Most of the employees I've encountered have been friendly and helpful.. However, I was told that I shouldn't change my mind about purchasing items at check out because then they have to waste their time putting them back.

Updated: no, no, and no. You do NOT get to yell at my kid for standing in line and politely asking what his total is so he can pay for his items. Need to get the manager’s name because this employee was completely out of line!Disappointing. Did not have a very large selection of items.

Terrible experience today. Not only were there shelves terribly stocked but the cashier refused to do an exchange for me because so called manager was unavailable at the moment. I explained that I can’t manage to come again so soon because I have small kids and yet she told me the manger could not come to do the exchange. How do you expect to run a store like this. Very unprofessional

They keep up with their store very well. Everything is where it needs to be or on karts out of the way. I haven't had a single cashier check me out without a smile. This is a very healthy work environment and it seems like the employees are treated well. I highly recommend this Dollar Tree.

Staff was so sweet ☺️ 5☆ for staff! Shelves stocked. Entry foyer flooring must be in the process of being redone as very gross and dirty. When finished and cleaned up will be a 5☆ $1 store! Ok, 8.4.22 update. Outside is so dirty now thar it stinks. Garbage overflowing, simply a fixable offense that this dollar tree does not deem necessary for its customers. Poor employees. The check out gal is a 5☆. I'm seeking out another dollar store, this one doesn't care about its patrons' health. Maybe it's just another $ laundering ny special!

Dollar Tree has all your pantry staples, awesome frozen food section, school supplies, paper goods, personal care items and seasonal merchandise. This location is always neat and well organized and the cashiers are friendly and cheerful. I shop here first before going to the high priced grocery store.

A nicer location than many others. Employees always friendly, professional and masked. Frozen food section available. I won't go to Delaware Avenue location in Town of Tonawanda any longer after unmasked employee showed disdain for complaining customers and barely 20 year old manager was outrageously rude about the situation. So this location gets my money now. Recommend everyone go here rather than breathe in possible virus from employees who won't obey the law.

Good selection of items, but the line is often long, with only one cashier working. Also, they should rename it to "Dollar Twenty-Five Tree" now that it's no longer a dollar store 🤑

Unfortunately every time I go to this location ( not often ) the lines are long and many bare shelves. Cashier was nice though.

Don't let the banner picture fool you. This place is neither that large or extravagant.But, it's a Dollar Tree. You're not exactly going there to get pampered. I like coming here because it's convenient and they have cheap stuff for parties.I mean ... you're not exactly buying high quality goods but for such a low cost you can easily replace whatever breaks.

A little untidy compared to some of the stores, but I think they are in the middle of a Christmas reset, so I will still give four stars since I used to work for Dollar Tree stores and all the basis were still covered.
