Glad to see new employees there now, seem a bit more pleasant than before. BUT there is still ALWAYS only one cashier no matter what, it takes forever to get cashed out. I only go here if I absolutely have to.

The workers close the store early everyday. There are only Colored Workers working and they treat the white people nasty.They refuse to take my EBT Card for payment.The female cashier argued that a product was working fine and refused my refund when the product was not working.Another female worker is stalking me and changing her hair to like like my hair. Her clothes to look like my clothes.VERY NASTY UNCLEAN POORLY RUN STORE.In The NeighborhooD Of AmhersT. They Make fun of my Handicapped appearance.

Previously I was a Sales Associate employee at this particular Dollar General and by far this was the most Unprofessional, Uncomfortable, experience in my customer service career. Most of the Co workers were easy to get along with but Management made this journey to success come to a complete end for me. Honestly the place is unsanitary as well as unsafe, we constantly had customers physically fighting with employees along with customers stealing without proper legal action being taken. Dollar General became so bad that we were even held at gun point and robbed! (Absolutely nothing was done after all of this) The so called "hiring manager" knew everything that accrued and still...nothing she stated "It happens all the time." Leaving feeling high discomfort, discussed, confused, unappreciated i quit I will never plan on going near this place again.

This is the worst Dollar General in the city of buffalo. Not only is the store dirty. But their bank machines have been broken for over a month. So they don't accept Visa, Mastercard or EBT. The owner should be ashamed to operate such a substandard store!!!!!!

So what can I say about this Dollar General? It's definitely a Dollar General... It could definitely use some work on cleanliness as well as organization of the store layout. There was one guy there who was a very helpful as far as finding what we needed. But the store otherwise was subpar.

I love the store but this location in particular never has any workers or there have been times there was only one person working in the entire store. No manager or assistant manager to be of assistance to cashier or to customers who needed managerial advise.

This is becoming my go to store for sure I needed something for my home and I needed something for the kids and I ended up purchasing more items that day I must say I have been back a few times more and the prices are reasonably good they have both generic and name brand, they also have items to decorate your home also

This place has been a lifesaver on many occasions. I pass it on my way home. Great for last minute groceries like break milk pasta or sauce. They even have small frige/frezer section with dairy too. Stationery and school supplies. Even clothes and otc meds. Love this place!
