I'm appalled! My friend and I walked around the store with our mouths open. We have never seen such a filthy dirty, messy store in our lives! The store manager should be fired, district manager too. This place looked like a bomb went off. Totally unacceptable.

This place is a ******* joke. Over half the shelves were empty and carts with stock blocking half the aisles. I stopped by yesterday to use a gift card I had sitting in my car I forgot about and the cashier couldn’t even get it to work even after I called and verified the balance. Worst shopping experience I think I’ve ever had. I’d give negative stars if I could.Oh, and when I first went in and was looking for someone I had to ring a bell to get their attention and was told to wait while she was texting on her phone. Are you effing kidding me????

Terribly messing and unorganized. Shelves were barren, and aisles were partially blocked with carts. Store honestly looked like it was going out of business.

Cashier was extremely rude, made us wait in line for more than 20 minutes because she was putting stuff on the shelves. Didn’t say thank you or sorry and she let us know how annoyed she was by her job

Absolutely rude I asked if self check our was available she said yes I said it needed a log it started ignoring me walked away helping other people then another person comes up to self check out and she drops everything to help him but when I asked for help I got dirty looks and walked away from should probably restaff ain't gonna get very far with that raggedy woman walking away from customers who need help

Staff great. Store doesn't seem to have enough staff to take care of customers and put stock on the shelves. Much of stock is on carts in aisles, not on shelves. Happens a lot at this store...staff friendly and helpful.

This Dollar General is fully packed with much more of everything imaginable than the 3 within a few miles of my house. Plus the shelves are full & neat. clutter free isles...no tons of boxes strewn about. Only beef is dire shortage of shopping carts.

I was in the area and stopped in for some soda pop on sale. I was amazed at how it had changed. It was so much larger and the staff was very helpful. I was checked out quickly. Happy with the price I paid and the effiency of the cashier!

This location's merchandise and store layout is overcrowded. The ailses are very narrow and can seem a bit claustrophobic. I understand that it's a small space in an older building. But I don't usually go to this location because of these issues. I usually go to either the William St store or the store on Harlem and George Urban.

A complete mess! Today and always. Products for sale lying on the floor, things in the wrong place (So there's always a surprise at the register) If I go for 10 items, I can almost guarantee I will only leave with 5. Out of stock, improperly placed ect.When a new delivery comes in....I won't be able to see things on shelf because they are blocked with unloaded inventory. Always frustrating.....

Most dollar generals are the same,honestly. This one has good staff usually. That's the only thing that separates them all is the staff. I guess all you need to know is that the staff is good. It's similar to other dollar general stores. I have nothing bad to say about it.

I love this place with it's cheap/inexpensive products they sell. The things they sell span from food products to frozen food products to laundry products to clothes to make-up to hygiene products to etc. . Whatever you can think of, they have it. I personally recommend you to check Dollar General out.

Rude employees. One of the employees is always drunk or high. Management is rude and not helpful, It always seems like the customers bother them. But um hello big percentage of the job is to keep the customers happy.

Great Store, but the shoes suck. Paid 12.50 for a pair of shoes and they broke in half in two months. i had 10.00 shoes from Walmart that lasted longer. I wish i could get a refund.

It's a dollar general... Nothing much to say... They sell goods cheap.... Theres not that many around. I bought 300 paper plates for $6. The thing is you gotta use at least 3 of them when you microwave something or else it will be like pulling out your food on a wet napkin

I absolutely hate going in to this store. It is ALWAYS A MESS!!!!!!! I very seldom go in there. Last time I was in there was about 3or 4 months ago. It was a MESS then and it’s STILL A MESS! The employees are not very friendly either. I will not go there again!!!

I had a bad tooth ache... Went to the er... The prescribed me some antibiotics. They never once looked at my mouth or touched the outside of my face where the infection was in my nerves and making it sore and puffy. I too my antibiotics and guess what... My tooth ache still there but actually now worse it's also in my gums now. Took two hours for nothing!!!!!

Every time you turn around the stores got a note on the door were closed for 30 minutes 2 hours they don't tell you when it starts and stops what accrue whoever owns this should be ashamed of themselves

Always very clean and very helpful even in the winter time when people are tracking in knowing everything they keep it very well maintained so that nobody follows that is an added Plus for me as a handicapped person!

This dollar store is Located in the rossler plaza, it is very clean and well organized. Everything always seems to be in stock when I go in there. The and staff is always helpful and nice.

Love this store but not ever enough cashiers and always out of main staples like milk and breadThe guy with the red fluffy hair and beard is the most miserable cashier I've ever seen, maybe don't work with people??
