They didn’t have what I was looking for in stock but I really appreciated the person I was speaking with! They took the time to really check their stock and check the warehouse. I was looking for something right then and there I’m not up that way often but if I’m in the area again that’s where I’ll be going for my Dr. Bronner’s stuff!

I sometimes hit the big box stores thinking I’ll find what I need, only to wind up back at Dibble’s with the right tool, part, product and assistance. They offer services and friendly helpful assistance that the big box stores simply can’t compete with. Family owned, and the same helpful staff for years.

The staff are really helpful. I'm always very impressed by the prices in the gardening section. I got high quality vegetable plants and pots for much less than big box stores and even local garden centers.They've got a bit of everything and it won't take an hour to get in and out. I highly recommend Dibble's.

The Ace Hardware store is close to the neighborhood that I live in size like 10 minutes away. Often you find that many of the sales associates are season they have been with a store for many years some of them are very pleasant and others are not so. Today the cashier was a woman short heavy-set with gray hair and failed to put in a bag what I purchase , did not even ask me if I wanted a bag and when I asked for a bag to put the items she open the back and asked me to put them in it. Lack of courtesy is only the beginning I am shocked especially for her to be older than me guess you know what customer service is all about. The employees should never ever forget the reason they have a job is because of people likeme who purchase items at the store so they can earn a leaving whatever that leaving is.....

It's a very convenient place to shop for your hardware needs for home or business. I think it is great to locally shop from your neighborhood stores to support the local economy. I am definitely coming back to True Value for my home improvement projects.

All through This pandemic I have chosen to go here instead of Home Depot. While people were standing in line an wasting a whole day at depot. I was going here. In and out fast Friendly staff. They have most things you can find at depot. It's on West Ferry Street in the middle of the west side. Its two blocks from my house so it's way more convenient for me as a west sider to go here instead of Home Depot. I have not gone to home depot in 5 months. Vote with your dollar and support a local business.

Dibble's on W. Ferry is the best, and I KNOW this, but just wasted time and money going to a larger hardware farther away thinking they would be more likely to have what I needed. But NO, they did not. How do you sell thermostats and not carry thermostat wire??? Of course Dibble's DOES. They are always so helpful and ask all the right questions and have the right answers. This should be your first stop every time. Keep up the great work!

Have been going here for years, the selection on some things have been reduced due to stores like home depot and bargain outlet. But this store is great. The staff is amazing, very knowledgeable and friendly. Also it's a local place. No corporate here!

I was trying to find silicone lubricant. The guy who helped me didn't seem to understand that, and took me to the caulk. We eventually figured it out, and he wasn't unhelpful, by any means, though he then took me to a locked, glass case that held WD-40. (It seems like half the store is under lock and key.)

Place is an excellent hard to find item hardware store. From parts for old clawfoot tubs..to thermocoupler for space heaters .i highly recommend.

I was in there today to exchange some cup hooks and they were very friendly and helpful to what I was looking for, I really like shopping there, They all seem to know what I need and what I am looking and it's a Bonus that they are located two blocks from my home and I don't need to drive there, Now I am working on getting my " Rewards Card "?

I went in to buy a new plug for an old family lamp. The staff not only helped me find the right plug, but actually replaced it for me ( at no extra cost ) Now that is customer service.
