This place is amazing, and I would recommend to anyone! They have the best products for great prices and knowledgeable staff. On top of that, they let me schedule a separate time for my reactive dog to come in and shop when there wouldn't be other dogs around!! Absolutely amazing customer service. I called this place in a panic bc of Google search and rose answered the phone. She has the sweetest voice. I had just come across a lost dog and was looking for help on what to do. She checked for a chip, took pictures, called around , shared post, checked Francis out and made sure he was going to be fed and secure on his journey back to his owner. Truly a life saver and friendly person that owns the title city of goodneighbors! Thank you so much and truly the shop is a gem and has way way more than I expected will be back for sure! I highly recommend you check this place out!

Stopped in to shop for our Granddog, had an amazing experience. First off, didn't realize they have a great selection of cat items and a great cat adoption area too.Awesome selection of high quality items for both cats and dogs at super reasonable prices. But really the best experience was with the staff, very friendly and helpful, you've got a customer for life.

A wonderful friendly-staffed local boutique pet store with a seriously solid selection of quality pet supplies. All of the items/brands they stock appear to be 'hand-picked' as they're all seemingly high quality. The only thing 'missing' (not missed) from this store is the cheap junk that falls apart the instant your dog even looks at it.They have a section in the back of the store that stocks various foods. They have really unique pet collars and leashes that I have not seen anywhere else. They have locally home-made treats and snacks as well as plenty of chew and puzzle toys for your furry friend, too.This is the ideal place to shop for a gift for a pet-loving friend or family member.10 out of 10, would recommend.

My favorite local shop with a loving owner, who deeply cares about what she can offer to your four-legged family member. The service is exemplary: I once inquired about toys for little dogs, and on my next visit to Buffalo, I saw Lisa had stocked toys that are small enough for my little one. They are some of his favorite toys he has ever had. Always worth a visit if you are in the area!

Terrific LOCAL SMALL BUSINESS pet shop. Carries local treats and wears. Carries my dog food in the size bag I need. Great location on a corner easy to find parking for Hertel (no $ parking spots). I love Daisy's Doghouse. Everyone here is amazingly friendly and helpful. When we moved to North Buffalo, we had trouble finding anyone who carried our dog food (NurtiSource) so Lisa (the owner) ordered it for us, and has placed an order for it each month since. They have a great selection of dog toys and anything else your furry little friend may need. Highly recommend this shop to anyone with a Dog or Cat!

Seriously the very best place to go for your dog or cats! I buy my dog food there, treats, toys , such a great variety of treats for both. Bought a toy for a friends dog who tears apart toys in a minute, not that one, dog has had it for months now! Cat , dog beds are beautiful, theres just so much more items there that are terrific. Its definitely a must see, Daisy's Doghouse is amazing. Owner is such a warm friendly person. Highly recommend to everyone!
