I am pretty disappointed with the grooming done on my pet. Haircut was not done properly & if they could not do it, then just tell me that. The hygiene in the place was also disturbing as it was not clean and smelled like cigarettes. Spent over $100 & very disappointed.

They did an amazing job. Had 3 kittens groomed and nails clipped. Really good price and most groomers refuse to do cats. Could not be happier. They came back so soft.

Very happy new customer! We brought our Shih Tzu here to have a poorly done groom (from elsewhere) corrected. Curtain Call fit us in the next day, ensured the groom was done on the early side given NYE plans, and did an excellent job.

They were really friendly and my dog did not mind them or panic at all when she got her nails trimmed. She tends to panic when you do her nails. As she's a super friendly Chihuahua it's not a big deal. Usually I have to tell her, "Dog I'm bigger than you you're going to get your nails trimmed."not this time she just willingly did it.

I brought my long haired cat with a lot of mats to curtain call. They got everyone out, trimmed his behind area, and trimmed his nails. They did all that in about 45 minutes. He looks wonderful. They are also extremely nice and kind, and my cat didn’t seem to mind . They are also very reasonable. Definitely going back. What a great find.

The owner is such a sweet older woman, she takes great care with your animals and delivers excellent grooming. I've had two of my cats done and am extremely pleased with the results.

Her prices are above average ($60 for a breed cut), but considering they are close they do an AMAZING job with our Gordon Setter.Sweet old woman and her staff is caring about the pooch and us. Perfect breed cuts if you have a care like we do on that fact.

Confused my dog with another and kept her for 5 hours for a simple haircut. I cannot say they did a bad job with the haircut, as she came out looking good, but there has to be some improvements regarding the accountability of the dogs they have on property.

Curtain Call does an excellent job with our large Bernese Mountain Dog, Obie. He's a 100-lbs of bouncy puppy, and the very kind staff does a fantastic job of handling his energy. He looks absolutely gorgeous when he comes home - perfectly trimmed, clean, and shiny. We've had him ing NYC after a grooming, and have had strangers stop us on the street to tell us how beautiful he looks! Highly recommend.

Dropped my goldendoodles at 9:30am. I explained that I was moving from out of town and wanted to find a new groomer. Spoke with the owner, Lyle and the groomer, Donna. They examined both dogs and quoted a price of $80/each. Around 1:30pm I received a call from Donna saying that the dogs had taken too long and that the price was now $100/each..... and that the dogs were still not finished? Finally received word that they were done at 3:30ish.... never have I paid this much nor waited this long for their grooming.

Lyle is the owner/operator for 40-plus years, super sweet and inviting. Definately felt comfortable leaving my friends dog there, and she only took 1 1/2 hours. Support local business 🐶🐕

the dogs are always stressed in there and always barking or crying, multiple dogs in one cage, no food or water for the dogs in the cage in the middle of the summeredit: I've never yelled or cursed at employees of any business, and no I'm not a customer there because I would never allow my pets to be groomed there after what I have seen in there.
