Staff very nice. Staff came out to met my wife since it was hard for her to walk and Titan is hyper at times. It took 20 + minutes for scheduled appointment and a few more for what they suggested. Titan looks forward to his visit.

City Creatures has always done a good job for us. They normally can get us in pretty quickly. Went in for a sick visit for an ear infection and skin infection. They diagnosed it quickly and the medication has been working. The price almost knocked me over but apparently that is everywhere.

This office is full of professional people who make the visit as pleasant as possible from the waiting room where they make you feel welcome to the care the pups get in the exam room. I will be there again in the future. Dr Ed Reiller is the best! Thank you for your time and opinions.

Dr. Albert is gifted with animals and a wonderful vet. My sweet senior dachshund was so at ease during his visit, and I've never seen him so calm and comfortable at a vet appointment. Dr. Albert took plenty of time to explain my boy's health status, labs, and best options for his care. I'd highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Buffalo area.

I've been going here with my dogs for many years now. My dog really needed her cytopoint shot cause she was biting herself to pieces. The first available appointment was in February. But the staff understood my concern and got her in asap. Thank you!!!!

I have six cats. The doctors at City Creatures have saved the lives of four of them. Brought two back from anorexia lasting a week. Handled three critical injuries.They listen very well, and as my cats' printed files tell me, they take note of everything I say. They explain things well and don't try to pretend they have answers where they don't. But they make really good educated guesses when they have to, and they use all the resources available to them to offer the proper course of action.I'm pretty sure I have dealt with every doctor in the place and I don't have anything negative to say about any of them. Additionally, I feel comfortable leaving my cats with their entire staff. I know for sure that when my sweeties go in there that they will be treated with kindness and affection even if I can't be by their sides. Not once have I picked up a cat who was rattled from the experience. They are always calm and typically feeling a lot better when I pick them up.I have been through veterinarians like a revolving door over my lifetime, and have dropped so many it would make your head spin. These guys really earned my trust and respect.Regarding cost, in my experience all medical care gets pretty pricey, especially in a multi-cat household or when they get really sick or injured. But the doctors always give me options and solid advice. They never try to push anything down my throat or try to force me into spending money on something that isn't really needed. They tell me the options, the pros and cons of different courses of treatment, and let me decide what I want to do. They are very human and understand that sometimes you're just strapped for cash and can't do Plan A. Regardless, they do good work here. Paying a vet and having your beloved creature get sicker or die leads to a ton of resentment. I have been through that elsewhere, lots of times.These guys are really busy and popular due to the care they provide. Because of this, it may be hard to get one of their emergency sick visits that are held open for the same day. The receptionist will most likely ask if they can put you on hold or if it's an emergency when you call. They did recently expand and they have a lot of people on staff, but I don't see them ever not being busy. I feel sorry for the receptionists when I listen to them triaging phone calls every 30 seconds. Somehow, they still manage to take good notes, so kudos to them!To wrap it up, I trust them with the most important people in my life. Would recommend to anyone.

My dog had stomach issues and I was hoping they could see me the same day. I was fortunate enough to be fit in the same day I called. The tech and doctor were both very empathetic, caring and thorough with my fur baby. We received a treatment that had him doing much better by the end of the day.

Better record keeping would be nice, and some more active pet engagement. It was rather clinical without any bedside touch. Receptive to our suggestions but I’d they could research some strategies to put pets at ease other than drugs it would be nice. Otherwise, clean office, knowledgeable staff.

I love this place very patient and understanding. My dog shut down and was afraid because this was his first time there and they worked with him and by the end of the appointment the was walking around and acknowledging the staff. They are great!!

The doctors and staff at City Creatures Animal Hospital are always helpful and knowledgeable, and this most recent visit was no exception. We've been dealing with soft tissue injuries with our canine for the last several months and we have felt supported by City Creatures every step of the way. We got our puppy at the height of the pandemic veterinary crisis—City Creatures was the only place willing to accept us as a new patient in time for him to stay current on his vaccines. Due to some unfortunate emergency experiences as a young pup, our dog is an absolute terror at the vet. But City Creatures has tried their very best to make him feel comfortable there and I have a huge appreciation for the work they do and the way they treat him despite his fiery temperament. They have a great system that allows you to get in for same day care, too. Really happy with my experiences here, especially with Dr. Sood and the support staff.

I can't express how much I love and appreciate City Creatures! I started taking 2 of my 3 dogs here about 3 years ago. I didn't transfer my oldest because his vet had taken care of him for 11 years, through a few bouts of Mast Cell surgeries and such, and I felt keeping him with the vet that knows him was best (eventhough I was thoroughly displeased with them for the last 4 years or so). Well, recently my oldest was out of sorts and needed to be seen THAT day. I had a HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE with his vet's office!!! Staff were jaw-droppingly terrible! While in the intake area there, I called City Creatures, audibly upset I'm sure, and gave them a brief rundown of what was going on and they were able to get me in THAT day and even gave me some kind words to try to calm me down. To say I'm grateful for ALL of the staff at City Creatures is an understatement. It just feels different here. The staff is caring (ALL OF THEM, EVERYTIME!), they communicate well, they follow through, they check in, they are reasonably priced, THEY ARE ALL COMPASSIONATE and not just out for your money! I'm not sure my needs for a vet's office could be met any better than they are here. And it's consistently like this each and every time! I love this office ❤️

Love the vets and techs at City Creatures. Dr. Albert has a unique quality. My dogs feel like they're going to see a friend. No anxiety at all. The vet techs are kind, compassionate people. My arthritic dog is getting excellent acupuncture results. She is almost 14 and can still walk the Chestnut Ridge creeks with me for up to an hour!
