I'm so excited to have these folks in the neighborhood! They are so knowledgeable and GREAT with all animals, not just exotics! We're fortunate to have their establishment so close to home.Buffalo is the "City of Good Neighbors".

The owners of this place are so welcoming and attentive. Their passion is contagious and they really get down on the kids level to teach them and engage them. The Buffalo Turtle Zoo is an inspirational place and local entrepreneurship at its finest! Give this gem a chance and stop by for up close encounters with one of a kind creatures!

Great! Customer service they provides awesome details on your pet needs and how to care for them as well they have wonderful prices and is very! very! Convenient you don’t have to go far out just to get your pet necessities. My experiences here has been nothing less then amazing I love this pet shop definitely recommend %100 💛

Pulled into a non plowed parking lot. My granddaughter fell on ice. Doesn't look like a pet store that you can just walk right into. Had to ring the doorbell. Nobody answered even though their hours said open. We got back into car called the number listed phone picked up and hung up. Called again they answered. I asked if open they said yes. I said I'm outside they said they will be back in like 30 to 45mins. Not very professional. Looked through window a bunch of boxes to the left and like 10 tanks to the right. Maybe they are just starting. Disappointed granddaughter I had. Won't be back.

He has his store on here as open so we drove there through traffic and everyone said he comes and goes as he pleases and store is currently closed. Should do better. Don't recommend
