When my eheim canister filter’s threaded intake was accidentally broken, I thought I’d have to buy a whole new filter, but this site had exactly what I needed and it arrived quickly. Ordered on a Sunday night, arrived on Wednesday afternoon. What could have been $200, now cost me $50. Great website!

Never received my order, waited over two weeks and just received a credit memo email with no explanation. Sent an inquiry into my order and never received a response to that. I could have ordered this on chewy with free shipping and received it the next day. Won’t be ordering from Big Als again

You think is a big als pet store but.... its only a warehouse. They should change the name in the map saying something like that (big als warehouse) that way you don't waste your time going to a fishstore thats not a fishstore.

Was very disappointed with my interaction on google store. Took five days to be notified my order was cancelled and when I received notification it stated “I” had cancelled the order.
