Standing outside this 7-11 on Friday January 12, 2024 was a tall Black girl with her two friends laughing and talking. As I walked up, she told me the 7-11 was closed til 5am the next day. I tried the doors and they were unlocked. She insisted she was closed. I asked why were the doors unlocked. She said because she was cleaning. I asked her how are you cleaning if you're standing outside and if you're closed why are you here a half hour after the closing hours. She insisted she was cleaning then her friend start chiming in and I told her if you're closed lock the doors and go home.This is not the first time this has happened at this location. Either you are unaware that you're losing money because of the laziness of your employees or you need to hire people who are willing to work overnight.This black girl is in her early twenties about 5 ft 11 in where's braids and has big round eyes. She is a medium brown skin tone and medium build. She works Friday nights on a regular basis. I don't know her name. However I strongly feel that if you are a manager you can look up who worked Friday night January 12th and find out exactly who I'm referring to.

This 7eleven location is weird… the people at night any time after midnight locks the door and in handwritten letters on the door we are closed.. but will let some people in and others get rejected . This happens each time i go and its a 24 hour 7 eleven . The owners needs to fix this issue asap

Seems like a relatively nice place, but one of the $20 bills I got from the ATM on March 3rd was fake and now I have to jump through legal hoops with the bank to get my money back. I think the cashier should have given me a new twenty and contacted the ATM company themselves instead of me having to contact two companies and my bank to work things out, but I might just be new to the area. Wish me luck.

TERRIBLE. I went to the store at 10:40 8/31. Walked in the woman was EXTREMELY RUDE. Had a terrible attitude said she wouldn’t serve me. I wanted propane. She said they didn’t do propane. i asked if she knew if the other location did and she said “Go find out” if I wasn’t saved I would have put hands on her. I walked out the store to my car to relay the message that there was no propane. I returned to the door to get snacks and she LOCKED IT. Whewwww Chile the ghetto. Just close it. It’s not even worth it. I’ll drive far for better service.

The employee at the register charged me twice for one item and when I told her she said I was wrong and she didn’t. I went to my car and stared at my receipt and then went back in because I knew I was right. She didn’t try to argue with me she said go and grab the item and she’d issue a refund. The lady gave me attitude because she had a hard time with the refund as if I was the one at fault. Maybe next time lose the pride and own up to your mistake right away instead of trying to blame the customer.

Whole store should be shut down..Luckily I didn't want to start any trouble. Whole time there just no customer service. Whole neighborhood sitting inside store . Beggars and pan handlers outside..Just wasn't what I expected...I can go on and on about the location. Do better 711..Need to talk to owner direct. Terrible just Terrible ..smh

Sooooo ghetto. Counting the draw out late at night with customers just stand and waiting. Never have anything might as well close down. Workers and the manager (even the new managers) are very unprofessional. Don’t even waste your time might as well go to main and winspearJust close the store already. The evening and night shifts suck!

The rudest girls working today.I watched as they stuck their toungs at an old woman and calling her names as she was leaving.Their excuse... She complained about having to show ID even though she is obviously 50. Grey hair, wrinkles, no teethThe works and they just had to pick on her

The cashier should not be working there, she's rude and has an attitude snapping at me why I didn't put money into her hand like she's a beggar. Atrocious customer service not sure where she trained but she should be send back a few times.

This store is horrible. Absolutely NO customer service, the register/system is down half the time, dust on the products, $2.09 for a warm 20oz soda (that was in the "cooler"), no thanks. And when I asked for a phone number to corporate, I was told there wasn't one. When you try calling the store, to be sure the register is working, no one answers the phone. And this has happened multiple times. Learned my lesson, I"ll wait until a different convenience store opens before spending my money at 7-11 again.

I just wanted a hot cocoa with a twist donut!! There is a homeless man who’s super scary and came to my car window making faces and asking for something. The employees never came out and never noticed the guy apparently which is a big issue for inventory

One day they take coupons for tobacco and the next day they don’t. Shady business when they are supposed to accept them per contract with tobacco companies. Especially when a rep gave me the coupon and as soon as she left the manager on duty stated that he couldn’t accept it due to the system wouldn’t let him.

August 1st I sent my 14 year old daughter two streets up to grab a pizza and some other items from 7-Eleven on Bailey close to Winspear when the pizza got back to my surprise it wasn't cut I called the store spoke to a girl and told her my complaint that my pizza wasn't cut and was I supposed to cut it myself she then call to some new guy that sounds pretty young he said he was rushing and forgot to cut my pizza she put him on the phone I asked him what did he think I should do he said bring the pizza back in here cut it I said my time my daughter brings the pizza back the pieces going to be cold by the time she gets back home and then what am I supposed to do he put his supervisor which she claims to be on the phone she ran short me if I brought the pizza back they will cut the pizza and then I will get another piece of for free and she will write it off her words exactly my fourteen-year-old daughter took the piece of back when she returned home shortly after still with the same box of pizza cold might I add she said the lady said she was never giving me a free pizza and you can have your mother call whoever I give this service 0 Stars if that was an option they're ghetto rude and disrespectful at this 7-Eleven there's a rotating door there's always new people corporate really needs to look into this 7-Eleven because for the location it shouldn't be this ghetto I didn't get the people name so whoever work there August 1st 2019 at 8 claiming to be the manager she's a black female fat with glasses she's very disrespectful and rude and needs to be fired this is the 7-Eleven on Bailey next to Winspear
