I've gone here a number of years and always had pleasant interactions short of now two experiences with a male staff member that clearly treats women very differently than men. He also felt it necessary to provide his feelings about my style choices that are frankly none of his concern. To make comments on everything we are trying to purchase and then accuse me of "having an attitude" when I was not interested in defending our choices and asked that he please just mix our paint is completely inappropriate. At this point I will send my husband in if we have to but I honestly will just find a different store.Everyone else had always treated me with respect, but that one man has soured my feelings completely. Please train your staff to not speak to women like they are children.

Long time customer. Went in and asked for a specific product. The staff reports they don’t have that. I found several different options on their shelves. The days of quality hardware guys are long gone. Lost me as a customer. Won’t go back.

Wanted to like this place, as I always prefer buying from local businesses instead of big box stores.Stopped in here at 4:30 on a weekday to quickly pick up a paint roller. There was a female employee loudly complaining that customers were coming in "close to closing". Made me and the other people shopping feel pretty unwelcome. It's not like it was five minutes to closing.That said, there was another gentleman cashier who was very courteous and helpful.All in all, I don't think I'll be going back here. Can't get over the rudeness factor.

The kind of hardware store I love! It is compact but arranged well with clear signs for guidance. Benjamin Moore paints and lots of home improvement items, outdoor gardening needs and lumber. Best of all, it has knowledgeable people to help you.

I had the most incredible experience this week at this store with the most helpful employee Wayne! He went above and beyond to help me fully repair my precious lamp. A project I had put off for years was made brand new! It was my first time at the store. I didn't want to goto a big box store. I knew I wouldn't get the assistance I needed so I searched for a local handware store and was beyond thrilled with the service. Thanks to Wayne's care I will not go to a big box store for most of my needs ever again. Thank you so much for being a part of the community!

They cut custom glass for low cost!Went in there for a glass cutting tool and found out they'll actually custom cut the glass for you. For a great price compared to a framing place. Also bought a few extra things for more work around the house. Definitely a convenient place to go.

I always go here before I go to Home Depot. I want to like this place. I want to shop here, but some of the cashiers are rude and unhelpful, and half the time, they don’t have what I want. Today summed up my experiences there: the cashier today was super helpful, but they didn’t have what I wanted, and then I had to listen to one of their managers or owners rant about how clueless Joe Biden is. I guess I can just stay at home, turn on Fox News, and order from Home Depot on line.

One of the few surviving independent hardware stores. They've been there forever and know what the local customers need. A decent size, and they've done their winnowing and selecting carefully. If you need it, they probably have it and a better quality version than HD carries. Yeah it'll cost a few cents more: So what: mileage isn't free. Neither is time.

I visited this hardware store for a key and the gentleman at the counter was very friendly! He attended to my request and found the exact match for what I needed. He then proceeded to assure me that if it didn't work, he'd give me a refund. The key works just fine. I am very pleased with their selection and service!

My wife stopped in for assistance repairing her mom's eyeglasses. Wayne spent time and got the glasses repaired well enough to tide us over until we can get new glasses. He went above and beyond to get the glasses fixed and wouldn't accept payment. Wonderful service, thank you!

had everything I needed it is a well-supplied well outfitted hardware store has most of everything you need and you'll get in and out on like going to the big Brand store such as Lowe's and Home Depot you'll probably spend an hour plus fiddling online waiting to get out of the store not to mention not being able to find what you need this place not the case this is what we need more of less Home Depots more of this
