Product has met our expectations. Customer Service is horrible. Need a replacement carry case as the one received with the product was ripped. Heard from Zampa once and never again and its been a month. Sad! If you can't replace the case then at least tell me. ZERO FOLLOW UP.

I have called and called as I have an issue with the mesh zippered top on the pet enclosure.nobody returns calls. I have emailed multiple times again no response I will not do business with this company again
