Nice pet store. Kind of small but nice. Fully stocked and very clean. They have an array of products but cover everything you need and with nice things; not just there to say “well we have one”. You can tell they care and pick nice products people and their pets would like. Staff was helpful and expediting the process. Found what I came in there for and showed where to find it. They were nice. As they were also gifts for a friends pet I can report that both the cat and dog loved their respective toys more then the owners bought toys so their selection here speaks to that 😄 they know what pets like! It’s a great neighborhood store with the real city feel. It’s great! Check them out for all your pet needs 🐶 🐈 🐩 🐈‍⬛ 🐦

Love this place, owner is helpful and will make an effort to keep things in stock that people want. Maybe not the biggest store but pretty efficient and a solid selection, definitely a small business worth giving your business to.

Recently, my cat stopped eating anything at all and, despite vets finding nothing wrong, he was growing increasingly lethargic, scared, and rapidly losing weight. Even an appetite inducer did nothing to help. After 9 days of eating nothing, including his favorite treats, the owner here recommended a food brand that has now become the only thing I've been able to get him to eat. He is slowly eating more every day and is almost completely back to his old self. I can quite literally say that this store may have saved my cat's life, and I'm eternally grateful.

Trixie’s is the best! We’ve been coming here for 8+ years and really appreciate having this gem in the neighborhood. The owner is so knowledgeable and has never steered us wrong, always has helpful advice on products and referrals for local groomers or trainers. We have 2 cats and a dog so we’re here a lot. The prices are fair and the selection of foods are quite diverse for a shop with a somewhat compact space. So cool that they deliver, too! When Covid first hit and it was unknown what kind of access to shops would be permitted, the inventory was getting wiped out and the owner made sure to help us stock up on good pet food appropriate for our dog who has allergies. You can’t get this service or care from Amazon!! Support local and engage in the neighborhood, especially when the quality is as superb as Trixie’s.

Great pet store - there are treats along one wall and leashes, brushes, etc along the other, with the majority of the food in the back. My cat gets bored of his food and I've been able to mix up his selections with the help of this spot. You also get a discount if you buy a "case" of food, but it can be mix and match, which is perfect for my needs. The staff and owner are supportive and kind. They offer all sorts of things outside of the typical pet food, treats, and accessories, like cat grass and dog icecream too.

Last week, on a calm walk with my cat around the neighborhood, I stumbled into this fantastic store and was quickly serviced by a handsome gentleman named Richard who referred me to a better and healthier cat food brand. On the way out he thanked me and told me to continue to get that bag. Excellent pet store and great service.

One of the workers once overcharged me $20. I suspect he was stealing. Also, the prices are extremely high. I'd rather shop on Amazon. His prices are tripled. Owner is rude and does not appreciate regular customers. Even if you are few cents short he wants every penny. Will never go there again

Horrible customer service. I went there with my dog, in a very rainy day, both wet and angry, looking for fresh and dry treats that call my attention. I was asked by an old man if I was looking for something in particular, I said I wanted to take a look at the fridge, he directed me. I went there, couldn’t find anything interesting, so I went to see dry treats. And again, I was questioned by this old man, in a horrible and very rude way : ARE-you-LOOKING-for-something-IN-particular? What kind of customer service is this? Can’t I just enter and take a look to see if something calls my attention? If having something in particular in mind is a requirement to enter to your store, please post it outside. Don’t be this mean with clients that are just looking. You have lost a client, I’ll never go back there.

Needed a 36” dog crate and they said they *might* order it and to call in a few days. I called they said they didn’t know. I called again they said they sent it back since it was larger than 50”. They said they’d order the correct size. I called a few days later and they said 36” dog crates don’t exist. I went on Amazon. Ordered a 36” crate in 5 minutes. Not sure why this was so hard. I want to support local businesses vs Amazon, but this was too complicated and frustrating. My dog needed a crate and started eating furniture because I couldn’t crate her when I left.

They have a lot of good stuff in stock, and a larger selection of "natural" pet food than anywhere else in the neighborhood. In my experience, the staff don't really know that much about the stuff they sell, so don't count on any expert help to assist you in choosing a product, but they were attentive enough and polite.
