We love Strutting Mutts and highly recommend them! Their staff is kind, personable, and attentive to both owners and their pets. Paul, the owner, is especially communicative and lovely. They’ve been flexible through some flight delays that resulted in a later pick up time - which just saves additional stress when travels don’t go as planned.We’ve moved away from Williamsburg and still commute to bring P to see her pals at Strutting Mutts- she loves it that much.

My dog needed social skills and get used to being around different dogs, as she is too attached to me. I started to drop her here about once a week to help her get socially comfortable, and it worked. She likes this place so much that each time we walk by, she pulls me to the door as she wants to get in. It really helped her to be more friendly and play with so many super cute dogs. I absolutely love this place.

They have been great. I bring my dog here for daycare when I work, 2-3x a week. Very affordable!!! I also live close enough that they walk him home for just an extra 5$, for days I may work past 5-6. So helpful!!! I only wish they gave discounts after coming so much, like a punch card because I never can afford or have the mind to order a package prior, I freelance so I don't always know when I will work or stop working. I also just wish they had a camera or some sort of way to check up on him when I'm at work, but still a great place, with no real complaints just suggestions! I also love watching their Instagram as well with all the events they promote and doggie pics, of course.

We love strutting mutts. The staff is extremely friendly and are great with the dogs. They are also quick to respond. They have taken great care of our dog when we had to board her over long weekends. Definitely recommend.

Gabby did such a great job with her wash and cut. She was able to schedule me in the next day and made my pup feel comfortable. Definitely going here again! They also have boarding, daycare, and home sitting, which I'll try another time. Note for the cut, when I went they were cash only

I love this place he looks so handsome I let them pick a cut and I'm so happy I did please check them out they have alot of services and a window to see other dogs 🤗 very friendly and welcoming too I've taken my dog to other places and he's come out nervous and shaky this is the first time he was so relaxed like he was with great company

So happy with these guys. As close to feeling like a friend or family member is walking Matilda (but with way more professionalism)! After a less than ideal experience with another dog walking company that shall go unnamed, can't express enough how much better I feel with this team. Their communication is prompt and honest and hilarious. Great folks who really love all their pooch charges - you can tell, and it makes all the difference. Tens tens tens across the board!

We highly recommend Strutting Mutts ! They have been very helpful in walking our dog Artu, every day of the week, with great professionalism and care. The app is really well done and the comments on the walks always very helpful (and funny).If you need to walk your dog, we would definitely recommend them !

I was planning to board my dog here for a weekend. They require you to do a few hours of daycare so your dog can adjust before boarding. I didn't end up using the boarding service but the staff was so kind and helpful during the few hours of daycare. Would recommend!

Thank you Savannah and team. Boarding is not easy on the emotions but my girl came back happier than ever.I love that they do walks in lieu of an outdoor space but I do wish there was a camera inhouse or photo updates during their stay.

Lack of outdoor space isn’t great. No way of knowing if they actually go on two walks a day, but I suspect not. Some of the dog watchers seem much nicer than others.Never had an issue, but my dog didn’t love it either.

Strutting Mutts have been walking and babysitting my dog for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him (not even most of my friends lol). I been with them since they first started 8 years ago and have only had 3 different walkers from the team walk my dog. Each one have been super friendly and my dog fell in love quickly with each one. I have recommended them to several of my friends and each one of them had told me how happy they are with them as well.

I have used Strutting Mutts for over a year now for a gamut of services, from walking my dog every weekday, always at the times I requested, to literal last minute dog sitting during the pandemic and dog walking. In my humble though experienced opinion, as an admitted helicopter dog dad, Strutting Mutts is the only option in New York City. I have tried every service between Wag, professional boutiques and a one-man walker. You simply won’t get the reliability, compassionate care, professionalism, and value anywhere else. Their rates are shockingly affordable to the point that I am selfishly hesitant to let the secret out about Strutting Mutts, but my dog & I owe them that much.Specifics: safety, reliability, patience, compassion at an affordable rate was my focus. They are 5/5 stars in every category, without exaggeration. They are always on time, always, even if it was a last minute request. They will never BS you which meant a lot to me. Other services can be super “on it” but then a week goes by and the pageantry is exposed; after endless walks and dog sitting, the attentiveness of Strutting Mutts proves that if they say they will meet all the little quirks and times you ask, they will, and you don’t get that guarantee elsewhere. They have an app to track the walk and take notes about your walk. Reading the notes each day, they know my dog. I have done both walkers and they not only love my dog so much, my dog freaks out with joy to see them. That is important. It is so on par with what I would envision for a walker. Reading it is the highlight of my day. Paul is the person to talk to about all the all things operations, be it scheduling, billing, and any questions you might have. He is so impressively “on it” for literally any request or concern [though honest to God those don’t really exist with Strutting Mutts]. When I talk to Paul I envision a command center analogous to the NASA Space Station, when in reality the place they keep your dog, their home, is what I’ve called “dog Heaven,” without thought, inside and out [yes, out, the yard is even better, it’s a little oasis]. They update you on your dog, mine is very sweet and docile but quiet, she won’t look for love you need to offer it. They knew because they are the closest thing I have experienced to dog whisperers, and I have been a dog owner all my life. They served me with a large dog, remembered every single request & do it with legitimate joy that it’s saintly if they weren’t also such fun goofballs with dogs as we owners are. It’s the dog owners go to, from booking to payment it’s incredibly easy, I do it on the train platform or in my apartment, on the go. It becomes an after thought because you know Strutting is taking care of my baby. Wait until you call Paul for the rates. You’ll think there is a catch, believe me there isn’t, I write this without any gain to myself nor my dog. Be it Cory, Destiny or a new kindred dog soul they bring on, Paul will book the walker based on YOUR DOG, your best interests and requests, never their convenience. They are clean, kind and understanding. Your dog will not get lost in the shuffle at an overnight nor on a single walk. They treat my dog is if she is their only client, and it visibly shows with my dog. She adores them, I feel it’s important to repeat that.If your dog is the most important part of your life, if your dog has a tough past or is up in years and needs a special focus and patience when they are unruly, if your dog is like my most recent apple-of-my-eye being a complete cuddle bug who is easily is startled and needs extra comfort, if you want a truly loving, attentive walker or dog sitter [when no one is looking, which is vital], if you want your dog to be safe, around joyous company, and a genuinely all-around GREAT experience to boot, then frankly Strutting Mutts is by far the most logical choice for your dog walking and dog sitting services. Just moved to Williamsburg and needed to find a groomer for my 1.5yo Bernedoodle. Gabby was excellent in every respect! Great communication, didn't make me feel rushed explaining how I wanted my dog groomed during drop-off, and a phenomenal final product. You can tell Gabby takes pride in her work! My dog was extra dirty so she gave him multiple baths, without increasing the price! Great pickup, too: helpful recommendations for the next visit and maintenance till then. So lucky to live near Strutting Mutts!

Gabby did such an amazing job with our golden doodle! He’s had some bad cuts in the past so we were definitely nervous but she took her time and made him look so handsome. DONT GO. I dont know how they have such high ratings. The most unprofessional experience ive had with a dog groomer. THEY ALSO CHARGED ME $10 MORE THAN THE PRICE LISTED.First off, scheduling the simple nail trim was a nightmare. The person NEVER ANSWERED. Then when i finally scheduled, The groomer was at least 30 minutes late. (They told us this happens often. EXCUSE ME?!)I left my dog because i had to return to work and was already well over the time i told my coworkers i would be gone for BECAUSE THEY WERE LATE. Then when i hadnt heard back from them (for over an hour after i dropped my dog off) i finally decided to call them and the person i interacted with had left so no one could tell me if my dog was serviced. Then i called the groomer who never picked up!!! Then when they did call they claimed they tried to get in contact with me (which was a lie) and they had called the wrong number even though i has CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES So i had to go back and pick my dog up with no confirmation on whether my dog was serviced or not. Unprofessional, lazy, SCAMMERS, AND liars.
