I love all that is ShaggySwag! I could not even tell you the last time I went to a pet store! Everything I need comes in that box, and by little bb's know as soon as they see it that it's something for them and they get SO excited. We treat ourselves everyday to anything we want, they deserve the same and Shaggy makes it happen! Love you guys! Thank you for all you do!!!!Figgy girl is OBSESSED with her Kiss head!

I ordered 2 boxes each with add-on shredder toys in the beginning of November for my 9month old puppies. I received the box in December. It was missing 2 toys and the other toy was a hard plastic turkey. My puppies are aggressive chewers so giving them hard plastic could potentially crack a molar. Not to mention leave shards of plastic all over the house as potential choking hazards. I contacted the support email about this issue to which they replied that if I didn’t receive the 2 toys and if I am concerned about safety they’d send me replacements in my NEXT order. When I responded that I’m not ordering again until I get what I already paid for, they stopped replying. The treats and chews I received were great. It’s just unfortunate that customer satisfaction is not a priority. If you want to maintain customers on a subscription service, 1) you should give them everything they paid for and 2) go the extra mile when you screw up on your end to make it right ASAP.I will not be ordering again.

I signed up for ShaggySwag with few hopes of it being worth the money. I WAS CLEARLY WRONG. Full size bags of treats, toys that can withstand even my Pits rough play, and free bonuses arrived in the first box - awesome! Our monthly box is not only worth the money but it's a fun way for our fur-baby to feel even more a part of the family!!

I am super disappointed with this company. I redeemed sweatcoin offer for one month of shaggyswag. Was really excited to try it out and treat my two pups. That was in the beginning of October I have yet to receive anything, they emailed me and said that it was sent out on October 22th three weeks ago, at the tracking information shows the FedEx has yet to receive any package to send to me. I was still holding out that maybe I would get something for my dogs but based on reviews I'm not holding my breath.

This was a absolute terrible experience. I received the first box and within the first HOUR the toys were destroyed by my dog. At that theme I sent several messages asking to cancel and say I am missing the flea and tick shampoo and spray that I purchased separate. To this day I have not gotten either one nor was I assisted with my experience. I requested several times throughout my subscription to CANCEL AND GET A REFUND AND MY PRODUCTS I HAVE NOT GOTTEN!!! When I received the second box I was very upset. I reached out that time and was able to do a live text chat and I explained what was going on to a representative and they never once responded after asking for my email. Then the chat became ‘offline.’ I will NEVER purchase from your company again and plan on expressing my experience to everyone possible.

Got a box for my dog who granted is an aggressive chewer but I was told by the operator I spoke with online that their toys were the "toughest". When I received the box the "healthy" chew was not included. Gave my dog the toys and within 2 hours both were destroyed. Then there were the treats. Both bags were tiny. One was fine but the other was labeled turkey but it smelled so bad. My dog, who eats everything, refused to eat them. I paid $38 for this box and they only refunded me $16 (I am still waiting to see the refund that I was promised). That means I paid $12 for a small bag of treats. UNFAIR

Horrible Customer Service (or non existent- hopefully time will tell). I received a free 1 month ShaggySwag trial through a Sweatcoin promotion. The ShaggySwag website clearly stated that the first month was free and that I would not be charged for the subscription until the 11th day of the following month, however I was charged on my card the day that I signed up for the promotion. I have sent 2 messages to the support email listed on the website over the course of the past week and have received no response about my problem- yet I have received 6 promotional emails from ShaggySwag trying to get me to sign up for extra goodies... I have a friend who is in the exact same predicament. Terrible response time and customer service. I would not recommend going with this service.

Best dog box hands down. My pup is obsessed and can’t wait for his box every month. He has an entire toy bin but somehow always finds the shaggyswag toys. They are his favorite. The box is highly customizable and the Shaggyswag team takes great pride in their product.

I am a first time puppy parent, and Shaggy swag created the "paw"fect box for our little guy. Indy not only devours all of the treats that are provided in each box, but he also is obsessed with the toys. They are really one of a kind toys that you cant find in the market anywhere. Mr. Sloth to this day is with him every night he goes to sleep.There is a lot of care, love, and handwork put into each box, which you don't see in some of the competitors.

Its not a bad box, just not suited for my dog. We got 2 bags of treats that she doesnt like. 1 pig ear looking chew that she ate in 10 mins. 3 stuffed toys that were destroyed in mins. I know I marked that she is a chewer and was really hoping for toys that would last. Toy destroyer need to be an option. I wanted to share pictures but it wouldnt let me.

I cancelled my subscription after the first box because it was a gift for a friends dog i was watching. i no longer have this dog clearly and somehow my account got reactivated and took 30 dollars out of my bank account. i have contacted their support team by email three times and asked for my money back and no one has gotten back to me and i can’t find a phone number anywhere to call. i think it is extremely unprofessional how they say your account is canceled and then it isn’t and there is no way to remove your card from the website. all i would like is my money back and no one seems to care to get back to me which proves this company is only in it for the money.

Extremely upset with Shaggyswag. They continued to ship after I put my account on hold, and were unresponsive when I tried to contact them about it. All the boxes were whipped back to them, and yet they refused to refund anything.Would NOT recommend. Get Barkbox or Pawpet instead.

I redeemed my first box through sweatcoin. Website said orders were shipping out October 4th and my order said out for delivery. Today I get an email saying that they had to postpone my delivery because they ran out of stock of boxes and won’t ship until October 25th. Very disappointed.
