Amazing place! Highly recommend! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Olga is so kind and my dog didn’t cry or had anxiety as he did at previous place. He smelled amazing and haircut was impeccable, That’s the only place I will be bringing Charlie for grooming from now on.

Very disappointed. I saw the reviews and was looking for a new pet groomer and called to make an appointment. She rescheduled me the day of, an hour before the appointment due to an emergency. I said no problem. The day of the new appointment date I showed up, place was closed and she did not call or message me. She did not answer the phone or texts at the time of the appointment when I saw the place closed. My pet and I were left annoyed and put out of our way for nothing. Unprofessional and unpredictable. Look elsewhere if considering this place.
