They have a lot of puppies, incredible cute all of them! We got a Yorkie teacup for our son and so far she's been amazing!! We love her so much I'm glad we found this place. They are very straight forward with the information you ask, I like that. The number they give for consultations about the care of your puppy is always available which give me a lot of calm with this whole process. Also big coincidence without knowing my cousins mom bought her Yorkie here too couple years ago, she was the reason why we decided for that breed. We very happy with her. Thank you guys!! 100% recommended

We purchased our beautiful loveable yorkie Toby here in 2006. He brought so much joy to our family. Unfortunately, he passed away this April 2024 : (. We miss our boy tremendously!!! We will be going back to the Puppy Boutique to get another fur baby without hesitation.

I went to the nyc puppy boutique for my fur baby and got a maltese. He's so playful, fun, and loving and fits right into my family and 100% healthy. I took him to my local vet and they stated he is healthy. They were able to answer all of questions thoroughly. I would recommend them to anyone who's interested in getting a puppy.

They have adorable puppies, good selection and prices. They don’t pressure you or stand over you like other pet shops. They gave us space to play with pup and decide what we wanted. They were great about answering questions when we did want their help. I love that you can call them whenever to ask a question after going home, cause as new pet owners you do have plenty.

I bought a male teacup yorkie from here in May 2023. The owner was friendly and gave me a $100 off discount on my puppy. Total cost came to around $1900 after taxes. He is a very cute and friendly well behaved boy, loves to be cuddled and loves to play with toys. He has not had any health issues. The problem is that my dog is only 6 months old and already over 5 lbs! Teacups are to be under 5 lbs. I was told he would be 4 lbs maximum.Update: he peaked growing and is now officially a year old and went back down to 4.8 lbs. So he is over what they told me but he is still technically teacup! I’ll attach a photo of him now as an adult. He still has not had any health issues and is still a very good friendly boy. I would purchase a puppy here again in the future

They are a excellent pet store I highly recommend I bought a puppy a teddy bear and comes with their food and a health care plan even with instructions for their first days home such cute puppies prices are acceptable for such cute puppies comes with some food to know in the future and instructions on how to give it to them. Staff are friendly,helpful,honest,patient. This store is extremely wonderful for my first time buying this little girl.

I just purchased my puppy from here and they were super sweet, accommodating(Answered ALL my questions with no problem) and informative. I had a scare with my puppy and they were quick to help… even stayed open late to see us and make sure everything was okay. I spoke to 4 different employees on both occasions and they still had outstanding customer service. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!! Thank you to the team at Puppy Boutique!! 2 weeks ago my husband and I made the 6 hour trip from Vermont, to pick up a yorkie puppy. I knew which puppy I was going to get, all thanks to the help from Lisa!! Lisa helped me to have a puppy held for me until we could get there, due to living so far away. My little girl is healthy and happy, and she is settling in with our 2yo cat nicely. The store was clean and the puppies all seemed quite happy and excited to see people as they came in. Thank you to Lisa and all the staff!!

Your lucky to not buy here!! Very rude business. I called and said to whoever answered the phone I am interested in a puppy. I asked if I can come over to look. He said we are closing in ten minutes but yes come over. We came over and we asked about a dog. Someone said 3800. I proceeded to ask questions and he told me because we aren't buying the dog they are closing. That is extremely bad business. As a local business owner I never kick out a potential client. I also read on Facebook that the dogs have parasites at this store. The store was dirty but I guess I got lucky for not buying there. Owner also compares puppy’s to Car brands by their “price point” why would the same exact dog change prices if the sales rep claims it’s the dog on the site. The owner and staff can’t reasonably justify their price hiking scheme and will just rant on all about his business in 26 years and the packed out lines around the block that he imagined smoking crack and drinking cat piss. The owner is a slob and their whole business is shady. I do believe they’re buying from puppy mills. Fake Vet that will fool you.

I got a puppy from here about a month ago, and I’m completely in love with her!! She seems to be happy and healthy, fortunately. I originally wanted a Maltese, but they were a little out of my price range and I decided on a cavapoo. Their prices are low compared to other puppy shops, but the only thing I would be weary about is that it’s more than likely that they get these puppies from unethical puppy mills. After showing my vet her paperwork, they told me that it’s unreliable because the vaccines are just photocopies and the only real vaccine was the last one with a sticker, which she probably got once the shop bought her. I’m really happy with my puppy, but I would advise to look into reputable breeders or shops that are open about the origins of the puppies if you’re looking into getting one. Also, although my girl is a cavapoo she doesn’t have the curly hair like most cavapoos but that could just be a chance of genetics or she might not be a pure breed, but I love her anyways.

Read all the Health reviews before purchasing a puppy here!! I got two Maltese here and they both have a lot of health problems! Ear infections, Kennel cough, worms, vaccines where not up to date, Hernia, eye infections, not eating, losing weight. I have been to the vet several times and I just got them and they’re just puppies! The expensive is outrageous! I feel so sad that they are suffering and I’m doing my very best!Be aware READ the reviews on the HEALTH. They are ALL true bc this is what, I’m going through. It’s so SAD to see a puppy suffer!

It’s been over a year now since we’ve purchased our baby coco from here. Let me tell you, this place does not steer you wrong. All the puppies are healthy and well taken care of. My puppy has been happy healthy and playful ever since we’ve purchased her from puppy boutique. I’d definitely recommend, do not go with a cheaper store and then your puppy’s health might be at risk.

What can I say? I just brought a Maltese for my girl and she is in love. We have a Teddy Bear breed and she fits right in. I mean the Maltese is so little and adorable just have to keep an eye on her cause she is so small. Great prices and just a great place to get a forever pet. 10 out 10.

Purchased my toy Yorkie in April 2011. Little guy is a great companion. He's presently 13 years, still full of energy. The staff as I remember were great, very helpful. After searching and visiting so many places, Puppy Boutique was the best place to make my purchase' The owner even lowered the price for me after a little negotiating and I save $50 on my purchase. I don't think I would go anywhere else. So to any new customers looking to find a decent place to get your first small breed puppy, don't pass this place up. I highly recommend !!!!!!!!!

I bought two dogs here. My first was Deniro, my little yorki boy. A year later I bought my little girl, Lola, who is also a yorki. Deniro is a toy and Lola is a teacup. Never had any issues with them and the staff is always sweet.

not going to lie in searching for a puppy i was alil hesitant to purchase my puppy from here. being there was a lot of reviews that this establishment sells sick puppies, that unfortunately passed away (**allegedly** )but being that my mom has purchased 2 puppies from here 4 years ago, & they are alive, healthy, & thriving. i decided to go ahead , & purchase from here. plus no matter where you go ppl will say that. overall i am very happy with my puppy so far. in loveee with himm. they do have the best prices. i purchased my male maltese for basically 1300 after taxes. he came neutered , micro chipped , & they even give you food, supplements etc to take home. i think that was a really good deal. they also follow up with you to see how the puppy is doing. i have since took romeo (puppy) to see the vet , a few times now. he is healthy. the only thing i will say is since receiving him he had a lil sneeze , for a few weeks. they do tell you that the puppy can develop a cold, & the vet also said that’s it’s normal. i have had him for almost a month now. would deff recommend, would purchase from here again.

They are paying for reviews. Most of the good reviews say they bought their dog years ago and they are still fine. Y'all don't find that suspicious that people are leaving reviews years later and BBB rating is 2.3/5***Update*** I guess I pushed a few buttons or maybe it's the additional bad reviews that followed after mine. Your BBB reviews speak for themselves. Poor management, rude staff, and sick dogs. I worked for my engineering degree, no need to lie and be fake like your reviews. 🤣

Puppy Boutique is a very clean and well run small-breed pet shop. The owners and employees were courteous with us, even during the busy holiday period. The shop takes the health of the puppies seriously, having all customers wear masks and disinfect their hands before handling any of the dogs. Unfortunately, the puppy we came to see that was listed online was not available, despite checking with the owners the day before. Not necessarily a surprise, as it's a method of getting people in the door. We just wish we had known so we would have come in with a clearer picture in mind.That said, we found a healthy and happy puppy that day, and after a bit of negotiation, I was able to bring him home. They provide a significant amount of treats and food for the puppy, as well as other essential vitamins to be able to care for them at home. They also work with several veterinarians in both Queens and Brooklyn who provide a 1-year wellness policy for the puppy (only a small co-pay is required).If you are looking for a specific small breed dog, this place would be a good option if you do not go directly through a breeder. All AKC paperwork was provided upon the purchase of the puppy, and the store registered the microchip and NYC License information with the NYC Health Department for me. It was nice to see a family run business that took good care of the puppies they had to sell.Remus ("Remy") is a happy and healthy Yorkie puppy, and I'm very glad to have found him to be part of the family!

My boyfriend and I went the week before to look at the Maltese puppies came back that next week to purchase and we are so glad we did! Ezekiel is truly a tiny one of a kind puppy 😊. They let you hold and play with the dog see how they interact with you and other puppies in the playpen and give you an orientation plus items to go home with. Do bring them to the vet within 14 days to make sure all is well with them if not they honor changing the dog for you. My boo is so healthy and getting his rest of vaccines soon so we can travel. He learned his name fast. I do recommend puppy lessons which mine will be doing at petco he’s not too interested in walking outside but hopefully soon! Already recommended Puppy Boutique to 3 people. Best Christmas gift ever.UPDATE : 4 months later look at how big he is!!! I’ll come back with more photos in 6-8 months ❤️Just wanted to say I want another fur baby again because I love Ezekiel sooo much and I’m grateful for puppy boutique for blessing me with my baby boy ! Definitely getting another when he hits a year so he can have a sibling to teach 😍

We come to this place every month, we go shopping in that neighborhood, Frank & Sals once a month, so it’s always fun to stop in and see the puppies! Our 2 dogs passed away from old age, so we’re always 1 moment away from getting that puppy for us! They have really beautiful puppies there! Many different breeds and there all small, expensive yes, but designer dogs will cost ya a few bucks! We’re in the market for a puppy and when the time is right and the dog makes that connection, where definitely get one from here! The workers are as friendly as possible with the traffic that’s coming in daily!

DO NOT BUY any puppy from this pet store. I bought a pomeranian puppy 7 months ago and turns out its not standard, badly bred and most likely mixed. Do not trust this store. They will scam you out of your money.I uploaded pics of what standard pomeranian looks like vs what I was sold in the grass.The one that was sold to me is more a german spitz or maybe not even.The size, weight and looks of the dog is not standard of a pomeranian.

Sells dogs from puppy mills. Their store claims they are under new management with a sign outside, yet if you see their owner’s rude response to all the truthful customer reviews, he will claim they been in the business 20 years+ etc etc. so what is it?The guy store manager is rude with no customer service skills. We asked for basic information about a puppy we were interested in such as the puppy's parents, medical and breeder information and he got pissed and denied giving us the information. said information will only be provided after we purchase the puppy. Any reputable breeder or even pet store would gladly provide such. We will never come back here again and will advise everyone else not to. The place also smells horrific with all the puppies in cages pooping and peeing on each other while No one cares to clean them. Many of the puppies were lying there very lethargic looking as if they were on a lot of medication. We even saw puppies having diarrhea right next to each other. Stay away, they sell sick dogs from puppy mills. Also if you read the google reviews carefully, they are bots giving fake four star reviews that doesn’t make sense like “metal”, “ the puppies are tasty”, etc etc.

Got my Lucky here last year in March. First 2 pictures are when I first got him and last 2 pictures of him now. I’m very happy with my pup. The place is a bit small but they have healthy pups and I would recommend this place to others. He’s a happy and healthy puppy. He just turned 1 years old in December. I’m so happy having this little guy in my life.

I bought my fur baby Khloé in December of 2021. I loved how friendly and kind they were. They are very respectful. The pup environment was clean. I felt safe buying my baby here. They vet the recommended was also my last fur baby’s vet. Highly recommend for anyone but please take them to the vet first because the directions they send you home with the vet didn’t agree with. We just purchased our second Toy Yorkie and we couldn't be more thrilled.We took her to our vet and had her checked out and he said this is the healthiest puppy he has seen in a long time. We were given a care package from Puppy Boutique consisting of special wet and dry food, vitamins, special hanging water bottle, and extensive written instructions on how to properly care for this puppy in all aspects. I highly recommend Puppy Boutique to all my family and friends... Thank you Puppy Boutique!
