If I could give this place a zero star, I would. I took my dog to get groomed and they ignored all my instructions. His tail was groomed which I specifically told them do not groom his tail and they did in the most ugliest way. He also came back from this place with his entire body itching which cost me a vet bill. I would not recommend this place to any dog owner.

My pup really needed a groom and I couldn't get into my regular spot for several weeks so I thought I would try something new. Bad decision! When I first dropped him off he was terrified and skittish, which he never normally is! At the groomer or the vet, he's always happy to be in new places and meet new people. Normally his appointments take anywhere from 2-3 hours; so when they called after an hour saying he was ready I was shocked! When I got there to pick him up he wanted to leave as quickly as he could. I did a quick look over and found his entire belly had been missed. They basically threw him back up onto the table and speedily clipped it. When I got home I noticed how red and irritated the area on his belly and testicle area was. He wouldn't stop licking it and was clearly having lots of discomfort. As the day when on and I took a closer look at it all, I saw how truly uneven the entire thing was, so many spots of long hairs left behind, and now a week later he's still uncomfortable on his bottom.Will never come back here and want other to know what a poor job they do before trusting them with your fur baby! They did a rushed job and it was completely awful. Could have done better in the back yard with my shears.

This place has been servicing my dog since she was a puppy 8 years ago. Friendly environment. They know how to separate the dogs that can socialize from those that can't. Friendly environment. My dog Layla loves coming here.. Best dog car for a dog neighborhood.

We go here for daycare regularly. My dog loves going here and its affordable. I wish the hours weren't 9-5:30 though, it cuts into my work hours. We've also used the grooming services and it was good. They cut my dogs ears much shorter than I'd like, but otherwise it was a good groom

Professional and did a great cut on my dog. Many places won't follow your design but they followed to a T. Offered to trim her again before leaving if I wanted more off her face. But I love my dog face full. THANK YOU !

Grooming was rushed and the groomer was confrontational. I booked an appointment for a full-service grooming, "the works", but when I got there they were surprised that I wanted him to get a haircut and a bath.I have a large dog, golden retriever/great pyrenees, and the grooming services for "the works" usually takes about 3-4 hours, but this place was done in only 45 mins. Here's why:- Rushed hair cut that is uneven- Did not trim the hair around the pads with care or caution- Did not trim/clip/style the head, hears, cheeks, neck- Uneven shaving on the belly, sides, and near the collar areaOverall I would say this grooming services is not worth $125 + tip and I recommend finding elsewhere for grooming services.

I always took my dog there for grooming. and dealt with John., very good I never had any complaints about him. He knew exactly how I wanted my dog groomed. I happened to go on a Monday and there was a female groomer (chinese) This lady cut my dogs hair too short where you could see my dog's skin, She cut my dog's nail too short causing my dog to bleed. i was very upset and when I complained nothing was done about it. She obviously doesn't know what she's doing. Do not trust her with you pet. Have John groom your dog.

I just had our dogs groomed by Liz. It was a very pleasant experience. She is professional and knowledgeable. My dog was a HOT MESS, very hairy with long hair needing a lot of work. She took great care and when she was done with Remy she looked like a different dog. I 100% would recommend this company for everyone. This was not an easy groom and I am totally satisfied with the results. Her price was VERY reasonable and I will be using her service in the future.

Our very cute Russian Bolanka just went for regular grooming upkeep (March was most recent groom) & we are generally satisfied with the Pooch Perfect results. Not this time!!! The female groomer must either hate small breeds or is totally unfamiliar with this type--a sweet and gentle 8 pound dog, who, rather than being groomed was shaved down & absolutely unrecognizable as his entire mane, which was not matted, was completely cut down. He looked more like a chihuahua...all bulging eyes....with the tail sheared clean to resemble a rat...we were Horrified. I called and spoke with the owner to complain. He listened, yet merely summed it up to "miscommunication". If the Chinese groomer hired had a language problem, then likely it's a two-way issue -- not a one-way problem from the owner's end. If and when we entrust our pet's grooming to this business, we surely won't select this groomer, but wait instead for when their other more prof'l groomer is available.

Marlon is the only groomer for my dog but he’s not there daily. His personality is very welcoming and he definitely treats the dogs as his children, loving but when they need to be told no he’s not afraid... but still in a loving manner. The staff are always professional and friendly, I just wish they would get some good plug ins... not because it’s a grooming establishment means it has to smell so horrible In the entry, the actual grooming and daycare is in the back.

Had a great 1st groom for my pup…idk why everyone says this place sucked but so far my pup looked very cute after I brought her there. The one who groomed for me was SoHee so maybe ask for her next time you go here~

I really want to give this place more stars, but I simply cannot.Pros- They are extremely friendly and from what I can tell him to be gentle with my pup and gives a report of his behavior(good always) when i come back to retrieve him. They are usually quick with services ranging from a hr to hr and half.Cons- They never actually give me what I want. On the occasions that I brought my dog Leo there to be groomed they would cut his hair very low and would and shave his face -_-. I’m not a fan of that as it makes my puppy look very old looking.This time around I brought in a picture of a dog that looked like my dog to show them exactly what I wanted. This time was worse as they shaved him completely down and he has hardly any hair on him and looks extremely skinny. To but the icing on the cake they left his face very full so he looks like a bobble head :(. I’m just confused at how they missed the mark when I showed them a pic of exactly what I wanted. This is the second or third time I’ve been here and have been dissatisfied each time and will no longer be returning. I wish I had waited patiently for his primary groomer to have an open spot available.

Not a fan of the abruptness in service on the groomer's part. Most places have you fill out forms or speak to you in depth about your pet's condition. This would cover any ailments, behavioral issues, preferences in cut. This guy grabbed my dog and tried to run into the salon before I could say anything. After warning him about her numerous warts, he said he'd be careful. When we picked up my dog, she had dried blood on at least 2 warts. So much for "being careful." I had him re-do several parts because it was careless, and parts of her face and body were cut uneven. The receptionists were friendly and patient enough to bring my dog back in several times to clean up the parts that he messed up. Overall, a very average experience based on the space and staff limitations they have.

I've been taking my dog here regularly for about 3 months now. I live close enough that they're able to send a dog walker to pick her up or drop her off when I have to work too early or late. Their biggest daycare package makes it about $20 for a full day. No-brainer compared to just a 30 minute walk through something like Wag. The staff are all great, and they've been so understanding when my pick up/drop off schedule has to change. The very best part though is that my dog loves it here. The first time she ran downstairs to go see the other dogs, rather than staring after me as I was leaving, I knew I'd be a customer for a long time. Thank you for taking such good care of my pooch!

Really nice shop and really nice employees. I made a nail clipping appointment for my dog and got there early and they were able to take him right away. The door to where the grooming table was is glass so I could see as they clipped my dogs nails. They were super fast and friendly to me and my dog even though he is a little crazy. I do wish they would have clipped his nails a little shorter but overall a great experience.

This place is by far the most awful groomer I’ve ever been to. I took my dog in for a routine nail clip and the groomer was not only rough with her but she ended up falling off the table and was left hanging there from her leash before I rushed back to save her. I will never be coming back to this establishment.

We've been bringing our dog here for the last 4 years. The mutt has grown up knowing Pooch Purrfect as his second home. He gets super excited every morning when he knows he's going to be dropped off for the day. All we have to say are the words "day camp", and his ears perk up, he jumps off the couch and bolts to the door. The owner Charwin is awesome, and all the staff are great with the dogs and all around good people.

Would be a 5 star place if they had outdoor space and better ventilation.So why does a bottom floor duplex in a narrow building get 4 stars? The staff is SO FRIENDLY. Penny (our dog) LOVES to go - she sees all of her friends and the word is she plays all day. Is zonked the next day. For a full day they get one walk outside, not for a half day. They also do pickup and drop off for $5 each way.There is a large room in the back on the main floor for the quieter dogs. There are different areas to split them up when they are tired or not playing nicely. They also do doggie spa stuff here (not fancy). The downstairs is where the loud dogs go. Never been down there. I'm OK with that.

My dog loved the girl when they were Kiki’s but the caucasian male... with curly hair sometimes has a ponytail and glasses... my dog growls at him. He cannot even come next to my dog... yet my dog is very friendly. A stranger could take him. I don’t know what he did too my dog... but my dog does not forget. Other than that the staff is pretty cool. Let’s see how Marlon the other groomer goes... fingers crossed.

We have been going to Pooch for over 1.5 years now and our dog pulls to get there each morning. He freaks out if he sees anyone that works there on the street because he loves them so much. It’s truly his home away from home. When he sees others Pooch dogs at the dog park on the weekends he goes crazy he is so excited. We 100% trust each person there. We have boarded our dog there over the weekend and we use their doggie drop off service. We are so lucky to have these guys in the neighborhood.

I dropped $90 hard earned dollars on a full wash, nail clipping, anal expulsion, and de-shedding for my 35 lb dog. They called me less then 30 minutes after I dropped her off to let me know she was ready. I courteously asked if they were absolutely sure they meant to call me based on the bath I had paid for and the amount of time it took and the associate assured me they had completed the full bath. I will never return to this place for a bath. As someone who gets regular baths for my dog, my pup was barely washed, nails did not appear to be clipped, and she was literally shedding as we walked out the door. I regretted handing over my card for payment for this and have been thinking about how much of a waste that was for weeks. Highly regret coming here and still wish I had my money back.

Would not recommend. They nipped my dogs tail and didn’t inform me. It wasn’t till our walk home when I noticed the bloody in her body and dry blood on the tip of her tail. When I called they said it was weird because the groomer would have told the front. Never called me back with an update or apology.

I've been taking our dog "Banjo" to this place when it was kiki's and I know the Woman Groomer was Great. We were very satisfied with her. I still take Banjo here even now. We have No Complaints about the Groomer or Anyone else. I Love the People there. I've Never had a Problem with them and we will continue to Banjo to them. I don't care about the name change. I bring my dog here all the time and he always seems excited to go. It's great for a half day just to socialize the pooch or a whole week of boarding while I'm on vacation! Highly recommend :)

Hmmm....I'm on the fence with this place...I've been taking my dog whiskey there since it was kikis for a while. There was a female dog groomer who was THE BOMB!! Can't remember name right now, but she would even have safe colors if u wanted to put on your dog that usually washed out, quickly, but it was fun...Anyway I really enjoyed them back then. Then they got john...smh. every time I'd bring whiskey in he would always say his hair is matted...my dog is a poodle shitzu...when it grows, his hair gets really curly. But the reason for me explaining this is because, I would tell him to take a little off and he'd shave him all the way down, which is so crazy to me...he does what he wants, which i don't like. I would like to try the other groomer that's there on the weekday so I could see how she is...overall the place is ok...that's the only complaint I have
