Really enjoy shopping here. Clean, well stocked animal friendly store. The salespeople are knowledgeable about their products and inventory. I took the dog to be groomed. Unfortunately, he bit the groomer. I was immediately called, and inormed of the situation and the fact that she could not continue to groom him because he was very nervous. When I picked him up, I was given pointers to try for future visits. The groomer was very kind and patient and offered to try again with a late day appointment so she could invest more time on ensuring his comfort with the hopes of completing the grooming. I will definitely go back.

Staff and employee is so friendly and the cashier is also very nice I got bird pellets here not to long ago and they worked for my parakeets. I have been going here for lots of times and everyone is very nice. I would honestly ignore the bad reviews because it is the complete opposite.

Got a call from this store saying my dog’s grooming appointment was completed and she was ready to be picked up. Earlier that same morning, my beloved dog had passed. I have never even been to this PetSmart but somehow they managed to call ME and not the actual dog owner. This phone call caused me great distress and has given me a sour taste for PetSmart in general.

Overall I have a good experience when I visit this location not all, not all, not all; but most employees are helpful and pleasant. Register service is always excellent (they always hook up my dog with free treats). Overall I recommend this location with a 7.5 out of 10. Much better than that bummy place up the road also known as Petco by KP. Avoid that place at all costs!

Review March 2023- Beware groomers at this store injured my dogs eye and did not take responsibility for anything happening during my dogs visit. My dogs right eye is closed, when I picked her up I mentioned something was wrong with her eye and even returned to the store for them to look at it, however, the groomers kept saying they didn't see anything or know what happened. I am very disappointed in the service I received. My dog came home differently. She has a serious issue with her eye. I pray she is not permanently injured. We are going to the vet ASAP. I waited overnight the eye was worse, sealed shut with pus. I am was sad.I contacted customer service and will be returning there today, I will update the post with details. Good, bad, or indifferentUpdate*** The Petsmart manager called me and assured me they would help my dog get well. I went to the VEG emergency, where I found out my dogs eye was scratched. She was given medicine, and we will go to our regular vet next. Petsmart covered the emergency visit. So far, my dog's eye is healing. It still has mucus, but the medicine should help clear it out in about a week. Annoying those groomers didn't admit what happened, though. Thank you to the supervisor, Alex, for stepping up and helping me with my dog's negative experience. Petsmart did one thing right with you there to manage incidents as they happen.

Walked into a clearance deal by the door. Science Diet 7lb bag for $5 (normally $25).May 2022 update: ended up donating all the food. Neither my cats or my ferals liked the big kibble chunks, seemed more appropriate for a small dog but it was cat food. 🤷🏽‍♀️

They never have staff to help you and the ones that do come out are rude as hell. I came in almost 2 hours before they close and they had no one to help smh. I got fish last time I asked for all girls they have me just anything found out most were males

Let me start off by saying this pet store changed my life for the better! This is my baby TUX he is my heart and my companion that I love so dearly and deeply. I adopted him a year and a half ago at this store from a wonderful lady that still adopts kittens there daily. He is cute , smart and funny all at once and it’s such a blessing to have him in our life. We spoil him like crazy with his first tower home that he had to learn how to climb and jump off of! So adorable watching him learn and grow to love his new home. We want to adopt more but due to us having such a small place it’s not good at this time for us but in the future we will be adopting more of these precious babies!! Thanks again to the staff and adoption lady that work there, they completely changed our life for the better and wouldn’t have been so lucky if they hadn’t insisted we take a look at the adoption area of the store. Blessings to the families that adopt kittens from there cause it’s worth every moment!!

Big location place with all pet needs. Came to this particular location because the Santa photo shoot was not over-sold. We were running late because of traffic so we called ahead to ask the staff if it would be ok if we arrived a little late and they said yes. They waited for us since we were the last booked for the day. Thanks to the staff for waiting!

I got my cat about less then 2 years ago from a lady name Linda. She was so sweet. My cat is health and she loves being home. This is the place you can trust when it comes to adopting a kitten or a cat. Highly recommend

I admit I came a couple of minutes after the closing time and I stood at the door just to see if I can grab a box of pinkies even if somebody could bring one box of pinkies to the front but instead of talking to me I'm saying anything to me like a human they all just looked at me roll their eyes and kept moving in their own Direction I know most of the time One customer doesn't matter but they just lost one

I ordered 85 LIVE crickets on DoorDash and received them DEAD. As you can see from the photo, it’s a lot of crickets and not one is even alive. I would definitely not blame DoorDash for this because I know it was handled with care and no way this would happen on a 20 minute drive. I also buy lots of crickets for my bearded dragon and not once has this happened from another store. They would either say out of crickets or give me live ones, this store didn’t do that…. I don’t know what’s up with these big animal stores but they don’t care for the animals or customers. It’s completely rude to give that many dead bugs when you asked for live ones, sent it out and wasted someone’s time and money. A few dead is okay but the whole bag? Really? Definitely need better people to work in that environment who cares about quality and the animals. Be careful when ordering from places like these, sometimes you’ll get lucky and get the exact amount and/or alive or get neither.

My white and yellow angel fish died and I just brought them and put them in with the other baby black angel fish I purchased from there and both of them died one today and one yesterday but the little black one is still alive and eating and pooping something was wrong with them

Not a good selection on fish. Almost all the tanks were empty. Mostly had goldfish. And seems like their a bit understaffed. I waited ten minutes yesterday by the fish area and no one came to help. A lady passed and said she’ll be back and I didn’t see her again. I needed up going somewhere else. I did but my starter kit from them last week. The lady that was there that day was able to help me

By far one of the worst experiences I ever had. I took my 5 month old mini poodle to get his first bath and trim and I was called over an hour later to be informed that services needed to be cancelled due to my puppy biting the groomer and showing aggression. The groomer called in with the only attitude which was already my first red flag. I asked what was done during the time prior to this happening and she told me she was able to clean him up meaning cut his facial hair, trim his nails and clean his private areas. However she lied. When i arrived my dog looked the exact same and they wanted me to still pay $30 for something that obviously wasn’t done. I arrive home and noticed my puppy lost 2 tooth’s and he was perfectly fine prior. So because I did not want to pay for something that obviously wasn’t done to my dog I was informed that I will not be allowed to come back again by the supervisor who spoke to me extremely nasty. Do not waste your time going here. Very unprofessional staff. As you can see in the picture his face obviously wasn’t cleaned.
