I went there, bought 2 iridescent for $50. They both died in less than a week.I have a very healthy fish tank with another 10 fish in perfect condition.This is not the first time I have this issue with this store.I called them and they told me that I had to bring the dead fishes to have an exchange, I told them I flushed them and I have pictures of them and they did not care.Horrible customer service and this is not the first time I have this issue with them.For $50 I learned an important lesson, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I bought fishes later developed white spot disease at this store. Their staff strongly recommended chemical cure that is toxic, it killed my catfish over night. They recommend all kinds of product to help cured my catfish, while they don't even know what was going on with my catfish. Never buy from this store again.

Don't forget the pet's on the holidays! They have a great selection of treats and good prices. If you want great items and small toys ...this is the place to come. The staff is busy but always takes the time to answer your questions.I was happy to find a matching collar and leash for my dog. They even gave me a free cookie for her.

The manager was amazing very knowledgeable. I forget his name but it was after 4 he was short brownskin with glasses. With his assistance my tank is 200 times better fish seem happy

Staff is knowledgable and helpful in nearly all matters related to its products, even how to set up and maintain a fish tank. Occasionally nobody is at the register but i understand, they're not always full staffed and doing other duties in the back.

Such a shame, I like visiting Petlands and occasionally purchasing something, but due to my experience with the man that works in the back by the fish, I would recommend you take your business to a different Petland. He was very rude and didnt seem to acknowledge any customers that needed assistance, instead stood on his phone until actually being approached. Looking at other reviews, it appears other customers feel the same way.

Been coming here for almost 20 years! Love it, everything is organized well, store is always clean, all the animals are very wrll takeb care of, and the staff are always polite and willing to help, overall a great pet store!

When I'm in the area .. I go in cuz not all stores have the same merchandise..But people go in & everyone's on their own..Nobody comes to assist you...Someone could actually walk out with a load of stuff from the store & nobody would notice ..Everyone is in the back of the store not paying attention to the front of the store..!!!Not good !!I gave it a1 🌟 but I'd give it a zero

Great place to buy your pets food. Very friendly and helpful. Place is cleaned and fully stock. It's right in the neighborhood. Easily to walk to.

This store would be a lot better if it weren't for the ridiculously rude employee with the laughable bleached blonde hair in a ponytail. Every time I come in here if I need something I have to deal with this attitude.

I don't care for the selling of animals. They also are not well stocked. I get more variety of flavors of cat food at my supermarket. Staff not very helpful.

Everything looks pretty ok... except 🤨 fishies. I noticed at least 3 died fish, for about in 2 minutes. So... if u r not going to buy a fish, this store is ok. 😊

Some workers are very helpful while some can be very stuck up and nasty...the manager for example had a lot of attitude.
