Staff was very nice and very helpful they also have very good deals all of their Live pets look very well taking care of. I bought the fish tank special. All of my fish died and when I return back they tested my water for my fish tank told me what the problem was I don't have to be build a better aquarium for my children

Over the years i have been to this store multiple times.i purchased fish twice and both times my fish had ich the first time I thought it was my fault my fish died. The next time a friend told me what it was and 3 out of my 6 fish died with treatment. My other fish brought from another store are still perfect. I will never buy fish from here again. I have also purchased dog food and other little things many times 9 times out of 10 I got no help. I now just go to another one where I have no problems.

I love going only because I feel like they keep high maintenance of the store and show that they interact with the animals, very responsible employees, and they're also ready to educate you on the different kinds of species they have as well as the products they sell. I've watched them go from the bottom to the top and I'm honestly proud of the new crew and management.

I was there 3 times in the last week because of my new foster dog& the service was amazing. Not only did I get very good advice on food, but they gave my dog water, food and a lot of cuddles. On top, they gave her a toy squirrel for free and treats for the way home. I would highly recommend this place, especially for dog owners.

I bought some cichlids from here and they had ich. At the time I didn't know what it wasI went back after I researched what it was I found out it was ichI want back to the store and asked if the had ich infested fish and they claimed that it was the pH levels 😐😬😡 don't buy fish cause from I saw other fish with the symptoms there. All of them died when I gave them the treatment because they had it before I bought them

this has been my neighborhood pet store for the last year, and they're definitely my favorite pet store in my neighborhood. it's clean, and the people that work there are knowledgeable about their stock and helpful. a little on the expensive side, but ... you know.

I just want to say that the fish at this location are in such bad shape...skinny to the bones..the employees at this location dont take good care of the animas.theres always dead fish in the tanks and fish about to die from hunger or bad living conditions.. the staff is friendly and knowledgeable but need to do a better job with animals

Most staff member seem helpful. There is always one who acts and you can tell doesn't want to be bothered with. Selection of products are a lot of the needed basics with a few brands to choose from.

They didn't have the medicane i need for my cat. But I bought awesome stuff here so at least I didn't walk out the store empty-handed. Cat nip, toys, and cat tooth paste.

I still can appreciate this chain .Please support all Pet land stores .They hire neighborhood people. It's a nice place decent prices . A wide variety of everything pets ,food, medicine for all animals .Just a over all nice store.

Just bought 4 lil fish, a tank, and supplies. I made the mistake of naming a fish after my dog who passed away last week, which made it all the more heartbreaking when that fish died 2 days after taking her home. 3 stars bc the others are still swimming! ...for now

Rude dont really help cost more then the other stores but some of the things i need are there. If you need actual help and you are ready to spend some money go somewhere else. But if you are local and dont need help go here.

Has the basic for a variety of pets. However, the brands of pet food I buy are not sold here (Omega One ane Turtle Gourmet for turtles and Oxbow brand for rabbit).
