Awsome Place!. The staff is really nice and attentice to the different things you need. Fishes, birds and other animals are at a great price and affordable. Pet food, toys etc. . . Are always at a great price and if you buy 12 bags of dog or cat food you get 1 free. I also have a Cane Corso that I often bring to the store and they are very nice and sweet with my dog and to myself as well. Been coming to this place for years ever since I was a little girl won't change it for anything! Will recommend this place to anyone and not to mention it is the only pet store in the area that has been around more than 10 years!Love this place! Awsome job guys.

This is such a friendly location. I enjoy talking to the Lady manager (can't think of her name) she so pet knowledgeable and genuinely kind. I purchased multiple products pets and supplies there. I take advantage of the VIP pet clinic and find its yo be a one stop shop for my fur and water babies. Thanks Petland Cityline

Ive been a customer at this store years and today October 6, 2018 i didnt know that u couldnt use the bathroom and when i did an employee named Christian opened the bathroom with a key while i was using it and he tapped me and said “yo boss did u ask to go to the bathroom” and i said i didnt know you couldnt and he left the door opened and walk away. That was very disrespectful and rude .

I have been a customer here for countless years. And as of today, 10/06/18 this place has provided the rudest customer service I have ever encountered. An employee by the name of Christian in particular. My younger sibling was using the bathroom, which was left open in the first place. He had the door locked from the inside, and the employee (Christian) unlocked the door, exposing him, and asked him if he asked to use the bathroom. He then proceeded to argue with us trying to justify unlocking the door on a child using the bathroom. I also bought worms for my lizard from here which, upon arriving home, was found dead and infected. They were extremely disrespectful and against what store owners should stand for. Never shopping here again.

This store was more amazing last year. This year, they barley carry fish and mostly supply. Most of the time I go there, the fish have ick.The people however, are really helpful and kind.

Some birds are sick. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful. Once had to wait for 5 minutes in front of front desk, waiting for someone to notice there’s a customer ready to pay..

Them product expensive and fish are expensive too. I bought couple of goldfish from them lots of fish die after few days. I take fish body and give to them. they did't exchange it. And talking kind of rude too. Believe or not check yourself what I said. You will find a difference. I am writing the letter make sure you are not losing your money. for me forever patland. Ok selection but noticed a lot of dead fish in some of the tanks and the one I bought developed ick and died a few days afterwards

Fish are sick (bought 9 cichlids & the all died in only 3 days), cashier overcharged me for purchase, very dissatisfied & will not EVER go back🚫.
